I am Sorry but I thought that I had Archive this cache it seem to be a lot off muggles working here so I am waiting to see when they are moving on so I can look for a new place in this area to put a new cache Cheer's port63
Went to have a look that this one and it would seem to have been Muggle look for new spot when it is a bit cooler Cheer's port63
Very confused here as we could not locate the cache, used other logs for assistance but they confused us even more as we couldn't figure out whether the cache was supposed to be near all the cut down trees where the co-ords were pointing or away from them. It is a top spot though.
Great view even on this over cast day. Would be better if the flys weren't ripe! Thanks
8am departure for a geocaching day ending at 19h, I have found it is 60 and 2 dnf! The main objective was to make the series "Noah's Lark Gambol in the Gorge" located in Werribee Gorge State Park.
Très belle cache ! merci pour cette découverte.

Wonderful views, we must have had the old co-ordinates as where we looked there was a load of trees that had been sawn down....... but we had a look around and spotted it (you can't miss it)
After the last failed attempt I tried again. Would you believe I ended up at the same spot. Hmmm. Then I realised that I had written the new co-ords on paper. Quick trip back to the car where the new numbers were entered and off I set again.
Great views here and really nice to find such a large cache too.

I had the old coordinates in my GPS so at first, all I could find was a fence line that had been recently modified. I made some lunch and admired the view while I waited for a 3G signal, finally I was able to discover where the cache had been moved to. I took an awesome picture of a rainbow!
A quick find with a bonza view, the view was a big surprise for me, thank you for bringing me to this spot port63.
Coordinates changed from:
S 37° 39.870 E 144° 18.230
Coordinates changed to:
S 37° 39.837 E 144° 18.264
Distance from original: 259 feet or 78.9 meters.
After thinking this cache was lost as the farmer had put a new fence in I took up a replacement cache and as I was looking for a new spot the wind must have blown the cache over the side where i was to put the new replacement so after seeing if all was good I have put new coordinate's in so that this cache can be up and running again

After finding this cache over the side as it looks like it had been blown over there I have relisted it and all is good inside and there is still a TB inside as well so good luck and check out that view Cheer's port63
After getting a did not found today I checked it out on my way home and some workers have ran a dozer right where the cache had been looked all over but could not find so need to get a new cache and new spot Cheers port63
Sad to say that I was out of luck today. There were workers close by and it looks like the cache may have been covered by a some sort of ground work in the area.
If I was not visible to the workers spraying I would have used my spade to poke around more but felt too conspicuous.
I need to colour in a box for today so decided to come back another day and hope that the cache is still there.
Liked the view port63.

Junior geocachers wanted to use the 'fourth' on May the 4th Be With You day. Turned out, this was in our favour.
Thank you for bring us to this spectacular view. Even managed to spot wallabies bounding away to the side.
Left Donald Duck, found Handyman Harley who we will rehome at our next find big enough. See if you can spot the accidental image in Donald's photo.

Could just make out the view in the moonlight but it was an immense, serene vista. The wind was very strong and threatened to tear my hat off.
The cache was found about 10m downhill of its obvious hiding spot at GZ, on its side and in the open with the unpainted bottom clearly visible. The contents were perfectly fine.
What seems to have happened is that the local rabbits have been sheltering in the hiding spot and probably digging about, eventually dislodging it, and the powerful wind blew it a distance downhill. I picked it up and put it back at GZ.
Left Handyman TB.

WOW! What a cache! This one certainly isn't a micro now is it? Although we have to admit we did feel slightly sorry for any poor horses who could be kept on the other side of the fence with this cache nearby! Thanks port63 for this amazing cache!
Found whilst out and about on a free Friday arvo collecting some smileys towards my 200 and this is it my 200th yahoo!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely amazing view from up here and great to have such a large cache to find. Parked at the co-ords and made the short trek and admired the view. Found on an afternoon run through to Ballan. Used to come up here often to visit friends but never made it this far down the road! Left a toy car, a clip on kiwi and Kaha the Kiwi TB to start his big OE. Picked up a silver fern aerial topper and the Yoda TB. Will be interesting finding somewhere big enough to put that guy! TFTC.

Found this amazingly big cache together with Kinkell1. Enjoyed the great views from here and reminisced about the nearby Noah's Lark series that we completed on a much hotter day not long ago.

I love a good view and this one is pretty good. You can see more than the valley too - the You Yangs and the bay, and even further on a clear day. Thanks for putting a cache here (and a big one!) port63.
This was one of over 110 caches I found during a huge day and night of caching with my fellow cachers Trailrunning, Rebel Acts and Blacklegend (The Demolition Crew). As we all had the day free we carefully planned in advance the run and decided to call it Ballarat Smackdown II. The plan was ambitious and resulted in almost 22 hours of continual caching.
The day started in the early hours of the morning in the far eastern suburbs of Melbourne, then moving through the northern suburbs then onto and along the Western Freeway to Enfield State Forest then north up to Ballarat itself. We cached through Melton, Pykes Reservoir and Bacchus Marsh and many of the country roads north and south of the Western Freeway as we made our way west.
We had a fantastic day finding all the different types of caches and there were some quite inventive, very tricky and well constructed hides that we found. I thank all the cache owners for the time and effort they have spent in placing all the caches we found today.
Some lovely early morning views across the valley.

Another legendary cache run by The Demolition Crew (myself, TrailRunning, Quasar3671 and Rebel Acts). We have dubbed it Ballarat Smackdown II. This was a huge run taking us all the way from near Cardinia, via the northern suburbs of Melbourne, to Bacchus Marsh and Melton and finally Ballarat. A massive loop, and over 100 caches for the run. The company was as always fantastic, a lot of laughs, good dinner, and great caches. Many thanks to all the CO's for the hides, without them we wouldn't have been able to find anything.
Nice and quick here. Great view as well, TFTC.

This was, cache # 34 of 117 finds for the day in the company of The Demolition Crew. Nice views from this location. My thanks to port63 for the cache.
This cache was found by me today in the company of The Demolition Crew.
While I strive to make my logs personal to every cache, I have far too many logs to do, that I apologise in this instance for using a generic log. I thank you for the placement of this cache as it was one of many that made up a great day for me and the crew..
The Day's Blurb...
The annual holidays is always a great time to relax and take it easy, but not today. The Demolition Crew had decided that after such a long break from caching together that we would start the year off with a bang! So the planning minds were put into operation, and Ballarat Smackdown II was conceived.
The smackdown started along way from Ballarat, in fact in the hills around Cardinia Reservoir and from there is was a push across the northern suburbs of Melbourne through Melton & Bacchus Marsh. It being such a hot day, the waters of Pykes Creek Reservoir cooled and refreshed us, and we were soon off to start on the Ballarat caches.
Since our first Smackdown in the area, many new caches have popped up, so it was a fruitful run which ended well into the early morning. A couple of caches were replaced as a way of saying thanks to those who took the time to place them, and I think in the end my tally was well over 100 for the run.
It was a completely awesome day, and I thank you for placing the cache. We will return to the Ballarat area soon as there are still a number of caches we left undiscovered.

A great valley view, and overlooks some of the places I walked a few weeks ago in Ingelston gorge, and there was a wedge tailed eagle right on time.

It certainly turned windy while we were here.
The views were unbelieveable.
Geo dog went straight to GZ. Must have smelled something.
Took kookaburra and dolphin. Left brilliant ribbon and lots of small plastic items.
Thanks for the cache and for bringing us out to this beautiful area so close to home.
