We looked high, we looked low, we looked in, we looked out, but today there was no way we could work this one out! We're a tipp'n it's a miss'n.
As others have suggested and the NM log amplifies, think this one has gone.
Anyway, thanks Crisp image for bringing us to this location.

2 of the 4 signs have been removed and from what the 2 experienced cachers that were with me on the day (and today) have said, it’s likely that the cache has gone with the signs.
Needs maintenance. Went with 2 other experienced cachers today and it wasn’t where it should have been. Signs have been removed. Either due to old age or vandalism and it’s quite possible that the cache got removed at the same time.
The Sun had come out and living in Baw Baw shire we were not locked down so I decided to head out for a day out of the house and a nice walk along the TCT trail, Gippsland has some great locations to visit and lots of caches that have not been found in awhile, so with my new caching gear gloves, sanitizer and mask I ventured out, I had a great time touring around the area finding caches and exploring new places. Sure is a big piece of equipment, no trouble finding this one.
Thanks Crisp image for the cache.

While spending the day caching in this area, I was driving past this one and had to stop. Took a little while to find, but I got to it in the end.
Did enjoy watching the 2 dentists in the cherry picker cleaning the giant teeth. Not a fun job that one.
Currently writing this log already drowned about a kilometer walk from my car, waiting and hoping for the rain to stop, so I can either keep caching or dash back to the car. Not looking hopeful.
Thanks for the cache Crisp image

This took us way longer than it should have. Clever hide and a great location.

After a quick visual inspection I poked every hole, felt along each surface then changed my l8ne of vision. Ahh. Amazing I couldn't feel that. Was expecting this initially but had Changed my expectation to a thin metal strip folded stuck in a crack, as I saw in a couple caches at Canberra. Nothing so devious. Just needs careful examination. Cache found in good condition. Only one space left in log sheet. Tftc
Checked it was still here and guess what? It was. You need to look a bit harder.
Had looked for this one other time but hubby found it straight away today! Nice hide!
Marshall’s Geelong found this cache today on our Gippsland adventure!
This one had us stumped! Such a clever design!

I live nearby. Found on first visit but wasn't easy. I overlooked it twice. Tftc
Love these hides. Glad that I've seen these before it might have taken a lot longer.
Yes!!! I finally found it!! Love love love it!! Second attempt and i got it!! Brilliant! One of my faves!
What a unique cache! Took a bit of looking but we got there eventually! Needs a new log strip.
Tricky. Just standing around at the end looking for a nice bush and it’s just sitting around laughing at us. Nice clever hiding spot
Wow certainly is some big teeth! Can’t even fathom how massive these machines are. Nice cache. TFTC
I guessed what sort of machine might greet us when we got here by the cache name and my knowledge of the industrial history of the area. I was tricked at first where the cache was hidden but a second look revealed a different type of cache than what I was looking for. A closer look and I saw something different. The log is full and finders are now signing along the side.
The magnificent machine is quite a sight to see. Thanks for bringing us here.

Out today with the family on a little outing and managed to convince them the dog needed to stretch its legs again! So off we trott on a little adventure to collect a few cache. Weather was not great today but at least we got out. TFTC
I was just driving down the road with t00thpaste this morning when we saw this massive beast.
T00thpaste wanted to check it out so we went to have a look. We also saw this cache. Wow, what a coal machine.
I had a read of the cache page and the history before searching for the cache. We searched in the places we thought the cache was but no luck.
After a while, t00thpaste made the find.
The first place you search is probably right, just don't rely on your eyes! Thanks crispimage for the cache, knowledge and your story!

What was to have been a quick weekend trip to Melbourne to accompany leafotwind on his 3,000th cache find (since I had also recently completed the Victorian Premiers whereigo ) became an 8 day trip because there was a CITO [^] at Traralgon the next day which then led to Mallacoota and the Snowy Mountain Highway [^] since I couldn't legally use the Great Alpine Road as I didn't have snow chains because the boring freeway back to Melbourne and then back to Shepparton didn't sound like fun
The first day, I met my sister in Bendigo as she waited for her semi to be unloaded and reloaded, so we went op shopping in the meantime[:X] From there it was off to Melbourne and the group find of the Victorian Premiers whereigo which had taken me to many spots in Victoria [^] Then the group slogged our way up a slippery, muddy slope [|)][xx(] to get a couple of simple drive by 4 x 4 caches (when the tracks are open) before caching on into the night
I made a find on a previous DNF at Moe then it was off to Clean Up a Creek at Traralgon [^] followed by finding some bloody good caches (both containers and reasons for placement) around the area with leafotwind, NoWorries andAlphaDeltaIndigo [:X], chatting to Crisp image as the group found Wherever I Lay My Hat before Rex and I left the group, walking in the Crinigan Road Bushland Reserve at dusk[^], seeing a huge Dr21 dredger once used for coal mining and now placed at Morwell, finding a tiny grave in the middle of a shopping area , finding my 1st 3D printed cache container and then it was off to the Lakes Entrance area and wandering out on the peninsula[^]
Seeing old RAAF airfields and radio bunkers, seeing tiny country towns and meeting some great people (including an almost muggle woman and her children in Mallacoota where she had previously looked for 1 cache and who may now get into geocaching properly [^]), seeing the sun rise while surrounded by kangaroos and standing on the eastern coast of Vic and chatting with Rollmatrix throughout my time in Mallacoota and Genoa
Spending a few hours chatting with a lovely truckie, Michael [:X], who was on a wood chip run to Canberra as we traversed the countryside in the dark (after I had apologised for slowing down his fully laden rig as Harry crawled his way up a hill ) then I pulled into Cooma for a break and an EC and also found a cache, Southern Cloud, about the aircraft accident and then accidentally ended up at another memorial cache, Southern Comfort, Southern Cloud or Southern Storm, later on in the trip
Seeing brumbies amongst the snow along the edge of the road at night in the mountains in NSW [^], seeing a thermal pool early in the morning with steam rising from it in the cold air and water plants growing up from the sandy bottom [^], seeing the grave of the alleged Man from Snowy River while finding the multi The Man from Snowy River - HCPPP [^] and then chatting to SciFiRulz who I managed to sneak in a quick visit with before heading home and finding The Highest Railway Station on the way
Over the 8 days there was 9 DNFs (although I did manage to find a few on my 2nd attempts ), 1 CITO event attended and a total of 111 cache finds including 3 FTFs
As I am about 8 months behind in logging, I'm resorting to template logs to catch up.
My heartfelt thanks to the COs who have placed some tricky, funny, exercise required, scary, interesting and devious caches in some amazing spots! [^]
Rex and I have had some amazing adventures and enjoyed some incredible moments thanks to this fantastic hobby

Had to wait 5 minutes for the muggles to leave then made a quick find here with mansgirl. Tftc
Happen to be driving close by and knew there was one here..great history, worth a stop TFTC
A dismal day to be out and about caching, but the things you do for a few souvenirs for the Planetry Pursuit. Doing it the hard way by chasing mainly traditionals, but location predicts the caches we have available.
A day spent between Traralgon and Moe with a couple of finds in Morwell included. The rain kept us on our toes as we moved from cache to cache.
Thanks to the respective CO's for the placements on the caches we found today.

Finally got this little sucker. I've been back twice since it had been replaced and didn't find it. Spotted it today and thought... "Oh little *****" tftc crisp
Nach dem Besuch des earthcache ein interessanter Platz! Auch diese Art des Chaches habe ich in dieser Form noch nicht gesehen. Sehr trickreich. Tftc
For many years I drove up this side road to park and then work. "Dredgers" they are not but this is what everyone calls them, even to this day. Try BWE's (bucket wheel exacavators). Ingenious cache by the way.
