Couldn't find it, shattered, will try again in the daylight. Has been recent renovations to the spot so not sure if it has been accidentally uncovered and removed by a muggle. Or maybe wasn't looking hard enough!
My last day in Tassie (Easter Sunday) I fly out later today. Team GoldJ and I want to bring up my 500th find here in Tassie this morning I needed 4. We grabbed one on the way to Easter service, 1 on the way to meet mother GoldJ, now we have this 1 there is 1 to go and we know where we are heading. TFTC.
Way too many muffles about, especially ones wanting a word about the traffic flow. Pro-tip: wearing work overalls while searching is an interesting camouflage experience.
A couple of workmen on scaffolding blocked my entry to the GZ.....
Maybe next time.
Thanks anyway Sue&Peter - I used to work down here to school every day.

Travelling around Australia and spending a few months in Tasmania.
Our last day in Glenorchy today so we had some errands to do but of course we made sure to find a cache or 2 to continue our GeoStreak. Today is day 658 of continuous caching days!

Found on second visit.
Log is about 3/4 full, could still last a while depending on how large people write.

After much perseverance & the magic 'I give up' & scouring logs while asking Larry Laptop what that was for...
What do we do on "Back to the future Day" and the day we are waiting for Geo-daughter to give birth to Geo-granddaughter? We go caching in an area near to the hospital!!! Having cleaned up the Domain decided on picking up some of the street caches. Had looked for this unsuccessfully previously but today discounted where the GPS wanted us and looked for something related to the hint. Then there it was. At last.

We did a bit of a night mission tonight and geo hubby finally found it, I had touched it more than once lol. TFTC!
For some reason this was still showing as needing maintenance, but it was replaced months ago and there are no new maintenance logs.
A few caches with the nephews today. One of them yelling out he found it even before i had left the car, luckily noone was about. Tftc
Late night cache. Like others we had trouble finding this one. The GPS really doesn't like the large objects around GZ. Found best method was to walk away, get a good fix and approach slowly. When we did that the cache location was obvious. Also its a nano not micro!
It isn't there anymore. I went to show my kids recently and it wasn't there. Forgot to log it. I saw some fellow geocachers searching while walking my dog past today. I didn't want them wasting their time so stopped to chat and show where the cache used to be. They had already looked there.
Looking in the right area makes all the difference. It turns out we were off by about ten metres when looking in the rose garden. Found it instantly this time. So tiny!!! Marked it with a "V".
Note to self, don't trust my GPS as always being accurate.
Note to others, pop the coordinates into Google Earth for another perspective.

Me & my kids are new to geocaching. This is the first one we haven't found. This is also the first time we have looked for a nano.
The GPS mark is on the edge of a triangular rose garden in the middle of the road. We checked the rose bushes, under some rocks, the base of the small tree, looked for magnets on the keep left sign and even opened the gas pipe door to look for magnets under that.
We will be back...

Very tricky, but found after I thought it just has to be on the one thing that really does look out of place. TFTC!
Cache zombified. Was about to give up when I thought there's only one place it could be. And it was. Tftc.
Ahhh, St John's Park. Funny old place. Lots of odd and sods of office buildings out this way. We also had our Christmas do at the St Johns Park Bowls club.
Like a few others, this one had a stumped for a while, until I noticed the thing out of place others had mentioned. Geoniece swarmed in and retrieved.

I thought it looked strange. Wouldn't be that would it. Of course it would.
I may have written 2013 on the log. Still getting used to the new year.

This one had me going for a while. I was almost about to give up on this one after searching all the obvious places. I saw the object when I first arrived and thought it looked a bit strange. It looked a bit like something else I would expect to see here but I don't know how it would be used for that purpose, I wonder what was used for.

Sneeky little cache tricky hide even with the clues TFTC TNLN nice day to go caching
I could have sworn I had found this one before but it turns out I didnt so needing a cache today it was perfect since i was working out at St Johns Park anyway.
While I was waiting to get in to one of the many buildings I walked the few meters to GZ and after a short search I soon had the cache in hand and signed and replaced.
This morning it was all nice and sunny but now its raining again oh well finding caches in the rain is nothing new to me
Thanks for the cache.

Finally found it. Been here 4 or 5 times and looked all around it. Today, walked up and put my hand straight on it. Doh!!! TFTC
Found while passing by on a caching trip. Good coordinates led to a quick find. Thanks Sue&Peter.

I was in Hobart for the weekend to attend a wedding this afternoon. As luck would have it, the wedding happened to be at this church so, while mingling with the other guests and waiting for the bride to arrive, I had a quick look around and a quick check of a likely spot revealed the cache. I didn't open it then, but waited until we'd exited the church, taken lots of photos and were heading off to the reception before retrieving it again and making a mark on the log (I had a pen with me, but these log sheets are too small, so I just marked my visit with a couple of X's). I tried to impress a few of the other guests with my find - but they seemed curiously indifferent!
Thanks Sue&Peter

The rain was pouring down, there was movement in the bushes which we first thought was a rat but then later we found out it was a rabbit. One of our knights had given up but 2 were still looking. After 10 minutes we finally found the tiny container. Thx sue and Peter.

The first time I looked at this object I thought no... After looking around a little whole longer I went back to it And the cache was in my hand!! TFTC #13 of 31 days!!
A fine day to be out & about geocaching. Found this one very quickly with the hint. tftc
Smiley found this one while the bear was at work and after dropping the cub off at school. A similar type of location as the Old School in Campbell Town. TFTC.
With a bit of deduction found with no worries. Thanks for bringing it me to this wondering church.
Hi Sue and Peter. Well this is at least the third time I have looked for this one and finally saw and grabbed it. Previously I misinterpreted the clue and was looking about 10 metres away. TFTC.
Didn't post a comment at time of finding this cache as we were trying to use the new geosphere app without really knowing what we were doing.
Did this one in the dark so took us a little bit of searching.
Organ was bing played in the church and was lovely.
Nice hide. TFTC.

lots of muggles about playing soccer on the nearby oval - GPS was going a bit zany, but found it after a few minutes
Found the cache after a short search - nicely tucked away !
Thanks for the cache, Sue&Peter !

We didn't have much time but a small search yielded no luck today. We were not aided by the rain and the wind so we'll have to come back another day.
1 canes (?) so far. flat and paved for what we did. It doesn't look like it will get any harder.

15:02:23 Out with the kids for there scouting caching competition and as we passed the door the bell in the tower chimed making sb8 jump. After I tapped into the wrong idea which would come in handy a little later in the day. The cache was found logged and returned.
JABs.

As I walked past the door the bell rang. When we got to the cache dad thought it was the tap.
Great time out with the family. DR JAMES, SMELLY BELLY 8 and JABs Had a lot of fun and it was a very lovely day. Gained lots of fantastic memories and visited some cool places. This was part of my geocaching scouting challenge.

Co-ords a little off, but found the hiding place after a quick search. TFTC!
Lovely spot very near the back gate to Gold's old school. Ah, the memories. The cache was soon in hand - TFTC
Initially GPS took us to spot 10 metres away that matched the clue look near church
We had come to Hobart to help one of our sons with some more home renovation tasks and a family gathering. We completed the required tasks earlier than expected which left some time for caching before the family gathering. St John's Church is a wonderful building which, despite being encroached on all sides by other developments over the years, still stands tall and majestic. Our GPS settled quickly and we were able to make a quick find. the cache and contents were in good condition. TFTC Sue&Peter and for bringing us back to take another look at this wonderful part of Tasmanian history.
Hi Sue&Peter
Thought it was the tap and headed straight for that but it was dripping - no, not the tap.
Reached low and voila there was a very quick find.
Signed the log at 1357hrs.
I visit this area quite regularly to visit Mum when she is having her dialysis just round the corner.
Also used to play a lot of bowls at both the Bucks and St Johns Clubs.
Good cache
Cheers OldSaint.

This one proved a slight challenge as the GPS initially had me going about 10 meters away to an object that matched the hint. When that didn't work I widened my search.
And you're right dippy. Ghost tour of Hobart used to end here.
Thanks for the cache

I was nearly home after the Campbelltown event, and it seemed a good opportunity to visit a couple of these caches. I can remember finding a cache at this location years ago - was it a Cheesy Pigs cache? Thankfully I found this one much more easily. In fact I decided on the area it should be, sat down, reached out and had it in my hand, without actually realising it had been hiding there. I read a book once by a fellow who had been one of the orphans - it sounded very tough. Thanks for the cache. I must say I initially thought the tap was the cache - it's very new and shiny...but thought it was pretty clever of the hider to get it running water as well! (That would be convincing cammo, but not very conducive to a dry log). Thanks Sue&Peter.
I came here from Wendover and think I have a good idea where it might be. However there were a lot of people coming and going from the building next to the church so I left it for another time.
Maybe my GPS was behaving much better than Budgie's, but I found this one very easily. Actually, I thought it might be where it was and as I approached I saw the cache from some distance away. Neat spot for a hide
Took me a long time to find, firstly as my gps would not settle a then because of the great hide. Finally spotted it from a distance and said, that can't be it. Yes it was. A very good hide.

This is my second lunch break in a row looking for this one. The first attempt was very rushed. This time found it easily. I can't believe I didn't look there last time. The clock is my favourite part if this church.
