### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###

Hi there Gonefishen07,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).

Found it but very over grown hard to get to. Don’t go on a hot day. Just be careful
Very overgrown and a long time since found but in great condition

Another day off and perfect weather so bribbed the teens to head out with the pooch and enjoy this weather, a few grumblings that its hot, how much longer... teens...
Parked car at Anderson and walked the trail... Saw a horse (on the trail), a snake, loads of birds, some dragonflies, cows (they weren't very good at playing "Hey Cow"... had the trail to ourselves pretty much of the way but saw a few bike riders when we headed back.

Using a new Ebike along the trail finding some good caches today found reasonably quickly signed and replaced...TFTC
An easy hide with plenty of natural cover. I was expecting something else, snake, spider...
Apologies for the late log. My family were away in New Zealand so I planned a few caching excursions and I’m still catching up on logs. This was a great day spent on bikes on the Bass Coast Rail Trail with liambaxter88. Rain was forecast so were really pleased to get through till just after lunch when we had to abandon and not before we had brought up Liam’s biggest ever caching day. I apologise for my logs being largely generic as I didn’t take notes on the day and have been slow to log. Another couple to pick up on this section. My 21st of 49 finds for the day. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache and the series Gonefishen07.
We didn't work out what Bounty Trackers biggest phobia was... probably for the best.
This series was part of my biggest caching day so far! Thanks to AnnoyingTarbit for taking me down here and Gonefishen07 for the time put into the series. We somewhat managed to avoid most of the rain.

Continuing on our adventure after attending the Alexandra Mega Event, we found ourselves spending a few days on Phillip Island. While we tried to take advantage of the many great places to see on the island, we were pre-occupied with trying to complete the qualifying requirements for a particular challenge cache we had signed in Ballarat prior to the Surf Coast Mega Event last year. It really does pay to check the finer details of a challenge cache before you decide to look for it We had thought you needed to have found 100 caches in Victoria, but it was only when we came to log it that we realised the 100 caches in Victoria had to have been placed by the same cache owner
Anyway, initially we thought we would complete the challenge by doing the Mt Disappointment caches, but then friends who knew we were heading to Phillip Island told us we would easily qualify for the challenge there, and they would be much more interesting caches Well they were quite interesting, and some of them were downright sneaky
In the end, we had an enjoyable couple of days exploring Phillip Island and finding a variety of cache hides, with some great walks along some of the beaches and other places
Thank you Gonefishen07 for having placed the cache and maintaining it for everyone to enjoy

With the light fading we determined this would be the last of the day. With geo-kids given the task of doing the duties on this one, they forgot somewhere along the way and got distracted. Geo-mum stepped in to take care of them instead, however forgot to read the cache description and some of the hints. She may have even ignored geo-dad's advice who knew his beloved's fear of certain creatures. There was a squeal/scream that rang out throughout Gippsland, sending all the cows in a 20 km radius into immediate milking mode.
For once in the marriage, I was able to say, "I told you so."

With 3 million geocaches on the planet, we've chosen yours to find. You should be thanking us!

I offered up my Uncle duties to the three kids for the day but they had plans so I threw the bike in the car to head down to the rail trail series again. I didn't see many people on the trail today but even better was the lack of flies. They really got to me last time I came here.
27 cache finds and 3 dnf's.
Not bad all in all. The weather was great and the exercise was much needed.
Time to finish off this section of the rail trail. Gave me a fright when I opened the container! All good here.
Thanks Gonefishen07

Since moving from New Zealand I have been enjoying the area, exploring and finding caches. I have got a nice streak going and hoping to let it run for as long as possible. I usually cache on my own but sometimes I will collect my nephew stinky bob and my brother stinky tom who both enjoy this hobby.
A big thanks goes out to all the cachers and cache owners without whom this lifestyle would not be possible.
The caches I’ve found in Australia so far have for the most part all been in great condition. Keep up the good work.

I tackled the last part of the Bass Rail Trail starting and finishing at Mc Garth Road. Another good cycling experience with plenty of caches to keep me amused the along the way. The ride back to the car was a nice downhill run. Cheers and TFTC
I am heading NE along the rail-trail. Thank you so much for this string of caches. I couldn't find some which I will aim to report on. It is a poor morning for caching with constant light rain - unpleasant for caching.
Started a new leg, where I drop geo-hubby off and then I head off to a pre-determined pick up spot. It is so great to be able to make consecutive finds, after all the "Wonthaggi Specials" we have encountering this weekend. TFTC
While out in the company of the McLookers we set out to get a start on the trail with bikes ready & roaring, plenty of water and snacks packed we were off. The sun belting down made for a hot ride but with sunscreen applied and our helmets for protection we enjoyed the trail and all caches on offer. Most caches were found with only a few DNF'S as we kept the pace up ...pedal, search, sign, pedal!
Thanks Gonefishen07 for your efforts put into this rail trail series, we had a ball.

Right...well...eeeww! I don't like these either.
In the area on bikes with The Tritonz with the aim of completing the Rail Trail. The grass was very, very long in many places. Fortunately we did not see a snake...I am not sure how as it was a very snakey kind of day. Thanks GF07, it is a brilliant picturesque trail that gave us the opportunity to see another very pretty part of Victoria.

Steve and Erin out and about on our adventure day, decided to come back to Kilkunda and have a meander down the historic Bass coast rail trail and grab some caches while we are at it. TFTF )
There is a much easier way to this cache then the way I went lol.

Spending the day down at the Bass coast with little Ruverbug and muggle husband decided to pay this rail trail a visit, such a scenic area, and find a few caches thank you for this trail
And mine too! Out for a ride with Mark9375 and 4bait. Quick grab and we were on our way. TFTC

A nice quick find as we were out cycling along the rail trail today. Log signed and back safely.
I can think of worse things to be afraid of, which is why I had my eyes peeled. Kept trying to think which action hero is also afraid of these? Quick find today. TFTC
We always wonder what fears people hold, we personally have the same not so much for fear but more that ewww feeling like you get when you see spiders yuck, tftc with geodude#74
We did a huge chunk of the rail today, so much work has gone into this, the variety of hides and types of containers. The weather was good to us, alothou very windy at times trying to blow us of our bikes. We enjoyed the ride and will continue to do some more tomorrow, Thanks for the hides.
After just 2 hours sleep, JSando and I got up super early, with bikes and esky loaded and headed to Wonthaggi for the annual New Years event, with a plan to knock over at least a small piece of the rail trail around here. This was our sixth find for the day. Think many of us share Bounty Trackers phobia! Many TFTC
A magic day for a nice ride along this rail trail which we wouldn't have known about if it wasn't for this series. It was so nice that the I expected to see a snake or two lounging in the sun but we didn't see any all day.
Despite the hint being almost the same as several others we DNF'd, we got this one quickly. In good condition. TFTC.

Out for a walk with OrionJ today. Mr LHE Duo dropped us off and was meeting us at the other end. This would be one if my phobias as well. Was glad to log this one and move on. TFTC
Almost forgot to mention the extra find We came across here. Just walking along and see what was obviously a cache on the wrong side of the track for the one we were looking for. Left it for on the way back only to find, after some research by OrionJ that it was the original for this cache and had gone missing in 2013. Still a mystery how it was in full view today. Was not impressed by what was inside though.

Taking a little look at the Rail Trail today with LHE Duo, and we had decided to start at "Rail Trail - Steelie" which unfortunately was a DNF, and from here we headed south from here. We continued on and found some 20 of the caches along this trail finishing with "Rail Trail-You can bank on it."
Mr LHE Duo helped by moving the car to the end, while myself and Mrs LHE Duo walked the trail. The walk totalled around 7km, and was fairly pleasant, with the exception of the flies that were in abundance.
An apology for the copy and paste log, it is not meant to take anything from the enjoyment I had doing this trail, or the beautiful part of the world.
---
An interesting little side story to this particular cache. As we approached heading for the next one up the track we noticed a container sitting out on the other side of the track. Thinking it may have been off the coords a little we left it for the way back. So soon we were back taking a look for cache here and found it on the coords, but the box 10m or so away on the other side of the track had us intrigued. With a little research it turned out that we had found the original container for this cache which went missing early in 2013, kind of interesting really.

#847 - My forth and final day down the coast today and I had decided last night that I would just do a few easy caches on my way back up North. As I drove past Kilcunda though, I ended up surprising myself and parking…
I still had half a rail trail to complete and a bike in the back! Even though I was extremely tired and sore from the last three days of intense caching, my mind was made up and well.. Once a Mountain Goat’s mind is made up, good luck changing it!
So off I rode, completing the second half of the rail trail. Even though the sun was out in full force today, there was no muggles to be seen! This was a huge bonus and sped up my ride considerably as I did need to be getting home!
By the time I hit the end of the rail trail, I had been able to put 45 smileys on caches and only had 7 DNF’s which was a good figure considering the rush I was in. Once again the high standard and variety of caches that awaited me blew me away. Such a well put together series that keeps you interested and always guessing!
Thank you again Gonefishin07 for the time and effort you have put into this series.

In Wonthaggi this weekend for a whole heap of geocaching! Hopefully going to hit 900 finds by Sunday evening.
Friday afternoon, wanted to get the rail trail from Anderson to Woolamai completed, and I did just that. About 35 finds (I think) in about 3 hours, so safe to say i'm pretty happy, a good start to the weekend!
I wasn't scared....much!

We made the trip down from Cranbourne to Anderson to find all the caches between Woolamai Racecourse and Anderson, having already found 10 a week or so ago. Most caches are easily found although some care needs to be taken whilst walking through long grass for snakes.
This was an easy find.

After the struggle to spot the last one I feared that my plans to comeplete this part of the trail today may have been a bit of a pipe dream. however this find came quickly and we were back on the charge TFTC
We were staying in Korumburra for a couple of days with The Drovers with the main gaol of completing this rail trail and also hopefully picking up a few challenge caches.
Today started off windy and rainy but at least the rain held off long enough for us to do the first leg. On the plus side there were no muggles to worry about as we only passed one other person on the entire track.
We had a fantastic time finding some unusual containers and with only one DNF we can say what a ball we had today.
Many thanks Gonefishen07 for not only the trail but for all the work and effort that you have put into the hides.
We apologise for the generic log but are leaving a favourite point on each one to show our appreciation.

Met up with Team Crackers for 2 days, to tackle the Rail Trail and a few local caches.
With the threat of rain, we headed out on the bikes.
We found a good variety of hides, with the odd one being a little tricky.
This is a fantastic trail, and we award each one a favourite point.
Many thanks for placing this cache, Gonefishen07, for us and others to find.

Travelling around Australia in our Caravan with our cat, today was moving day.
We were moving closer to attend the Wonthaggi New Years Event. After setting up camp it was nearly 3pm but Mr Felix was keen to make a few finds. Mrs Felix dropped him at the end of the rail trail. By 5.45pm it was time to return to cook dinner so the Anchors were thrown and a pick up was set.

An awesome numbers run today with a plan to pass 4000 finds by the end of the year. Managed to find 32 all up which had left me with only 13 to go before the milestone cache.

We found this cache today at 5:00pm as number 44 of 60 on our Head for the Rails Southern Tour. It looks like the little surprise that was set up in this cache no longer works but nice to see none the less. Thanks from D, HA, H & A B-A.
