NOR HERE AT ALL, not tucked away needing any stick to retrieve, just not here.
Had a very good hunt around and read all the clues. Looked in cracks crevices around the building and all over. Could not find
Quick walk to get this one. Found the log, but no cache container. Placed log back in hiding spot. TFTC.
A "different" sort of container. The mysterious box on the eave had us convinced but unable to move. We must have looked pretty strange trying. After giving up on that we had a better look around and came up with the goods. SL TFTC
Following in the recent footsteps of many esteemed Ballarat Geocachers I noticed. This was an odd cache type, sticking out from its hide. So replaced in more securely and in close proximate position. TFTC Bloody Tourists.
Found on a day of adventure, laughs & caches in Bacchus Marsh with Wozzle68, The Tritonz, Frog_Lady, DAB, Jacko83, Naw'al, Buckleys Babe, Roads75 & ThePacMan, it's amazing how camouflaged an "Invisible" container can be

Even with a good team looking this one still took a while to find. Not what we were expecting at all. I wonder how many people have dismissed the cache as " nope can't be that " TFTC Bloody Tourists
Found as part of the Geelong crew caching road trip.
Wow, thats the cache! Haha. Found by nawal
Wow, thats the cache! Haha. Found by nawal
This was find number 13 on a huge day of caching spent in and around Bacchus Marsh. We started out in Lara with an early morning flash mob event and then hit the road, caching our way towards The Marsh where we added a couple of the Ballarat crew to our number. And so with Na'wal, Frog_Lady, ThePacman, The_Tritonz, Roads75, Wozzle68, ST37E, DAB and Jacko83 we drove, walked, waded, scrambled and slid our way to a total for me of 36 caches.
We parked nearby and headed over to have a look for this guy. Even with so many groups present it still took a little bit of finding. It might also pay to be careful where you stick your fingers whilst searching for this cache as in one location we found no cache, but instead, a red back spider paying some close attention to a snail !
Thanks Bloody Tourists !

Found This cache took us quite awhile for us to find after I drove the geo mobile into the area and quite close to the hide [^] It took us so long to find due to there being no container [?] We searched in a lot of spots before I found after looking at the right angle thinking it was some rubbish.
A group trip including Frog_Lady, Buckleysbabe, the Pacman, the Tritonz, Roads75, Wozzle68, ST37E, DAB, Jacko83. It was a fantastic day that we had traveling from Geelong into Bacchus Marsh. Some very clever hides were found, plenty of laughs and great company.

Found with the Geelong crew on a geocache road trip with a great bunch of folks. Lucky there wasn't any sport going on because the cache took a bit longer than expected because of what it is. TFTC but it could probably use a freshen up!
We were on a group assault up from Geelong with the company of Na'wal, Buckleysbabe, The_Pacman, Frog_Lady, Roads75, Wozzle68, ST37E, DAB, and Jacko83, with lots of fun and laughs along the way, cleaver camo, Thanks for the cache.
what do you do when there's a cache inside a sports ground? do you park and walk? No, you drive right up to it this cache had us all stumped and could easily be dismissed due to it's appearance..... TFTC
This was a DNF for me more than a year ago, but today with a large group it was a find. I did realize why I hadn't been able to find it earlier. TFTC.
Funnily enough this cache can survive over winter even though it has no winter coat, indeed nothing more than a tattered plastic bag. It will survive because of the waterproof paper if nothing else.
probably could do with some TLC though
Thanks Bloody Tourists

Could not find today. We did find a magnet at GZ so we assume it may have been muggled? Might need to be checked

On a visit to Bacchus Marsh, we were able to make time to seek out a few caches. The geo-dog enjoyed exploring the site while we looked for the cache. We were about to give up when P-P found the cache. As the 2y'stassies logged around a month ago there is no real container as such, which means the cache may not be very durable in the winter months.
FEEDBACK TO CO:- You might like to provide some TLC for this one as it is missing a container, stash note and cache identification.
TNLN .. . . . SL . . Thanks to Bloody Tourists for the hunt.

It took a few minutes to find how to access the sports ground. Once that task was accomplished, it was a quick walk to the area around GZ. We hunted around for about five minutes before one of us noticed a roll of paper on the ground - it was the log and it ws in good condition. The other widened the search area and found the plastic bag. We didn't find a container. After signing the log, we placed it in the plastic bag and hid it in a location where our GPS indicated GZ should have been located. We have advised the cache owner where we have hidden the cache and requested that it be checked as soon as possible. Thanks for the cache Bloody_Tourists.

Found on a days caching with LumpyJRB who was visiting from Katherine in the Northern Territory. A sneaky hide here. LumpyJRB made the find after about 10 minutes of looking in all the wrong places. TFTC Bloody Tourists.

Found this afternoon with my 2 mini geocachers, and with my new etrex 20 gps. Thanks!

This was our 4th cache find in the caching run & we found it at 14:31
So this now makes our total find count 6272.

Just a quick cache raid today with our grand-daughter Eden along for the ride.
This one took us a while as we were searching where our GPS said GZ should be. We spotted the cache just as we were about to leave.
[/blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: Fair (Around 7 metres)
Cache Condition: Container and log book are in good shape.
Took: Nothing.
Left: Nothing.

With The 2 Wanderers we decided to come armed with some tools and try to retrieve this cache. We managed to coax the cache out from it hiding place after at least a good 15 minutes thanks to the tools used! We tried to replace the cache so that it will not be as difficult to retrieve next time but cannot be sure of this???
TFTC Bloody Tourists and the challenge it presented of retrieving it!!

While out with JulieandGG's we went back to this little blitter again, after quite some time we managed to get the cache out and the log signed. Hope the next finder doesn't have as much trouble as we did getting it out. Oh the challenges of geocaching.

Found by Mary & David at 0905. A different view of this great complex. Nobody here at first, but after we found and replaced the cache, a dog walker and a jogger appeared. Our thanks to Bloody Tourists.
On tour of this area to convert some caches into smileys - tftc Bloody Tourists
No way was I ever gunna figure this out. GPS had me 3 meters away. But my little snow flake was straight onto the spot, and quickly puled out the required item. Cheers.
It would've had to be a darn sight rainier to deter us from finding this cache, given it was so close to the last near this ground. Another nice, quick find and log signing. Loved the changing room colours! Thanks again, Bloody Tourists. Appreciate the work. Happy Easter!
Arrived late in the afternoon, so very few muggles about. Found and logged cache without a hitch. Cache in good order. TFTC
38 degrees so no muggles whatsoever. Both GPSr and phone GPS were jumping all over the place, so I couldn't narrow it down too much. Plus, I didn't feel comfortable lurking around outside public toilets.
Good sporting complex , watched dog training, then tried out the running track but only to out run 2ride on mowers ( we're not that fit ) tftc
At first I took the GPS too literally and spent a little time in places where the cache wasn't. I then had a re-think and the next place that I searched had the cache.
Last in this series for Tess and I, and another well concealed container.
Thanks again Bloody Tourists for the tour of the centre, and 3 great reasons to visit.

We walked to this one from your nearby cache, as we closed in on GZ I was hoping it was not going to be too close to the building, as it turned out we had the place to ourselves so was not a problem and the cache was quickly found.

Had a call from my caching mates the suscoe team was the ageing Bushfire up to a day of caching up here in the Eynesbury area and then on to Bacchus Marsh.
I did not have to think about this so the answer was "What Time" We had spoken about this series before and I had found #1 on a recent trip to an event at Melton.
In a previous life Bushfire was a wool classer so the Eynesbury series bought back lots of memories of twenty four years out in the sheds and in the wool stores in Geelong.
After a break for lunch in the Marsh it was back on the trail of a few more smileys.
Arrived here and after a short search the cache was in hand and log signed.
Thanks to the Bloody Tourists for placing this cache.

A special trip out to find this cache so that my calendar is coloured green.
This reserve was where my son practised cricket a long time ago and boy has it changed since then.
It could still do with more shelter and shade but it is much better than it was.

The Demolition Crew were together again for another legendary caching run, and again, out to Ballarat area after starting in Melbourne. About 65 finds for the night in the company of Quasar3671, TrailRunning and Rebel Acts. Another fun filled night, plenty of great caches, and a night where Rebel passed 8000 finds, fantastic. My thanks to all the CO's for their cache placements.
Nice quick find here as our run started to really get into gear. TFTC.

Found in the company of Quasar3671,Trailrunning and Blacklegend (aka The Demolition Crew) on another Ballarat caching run, we still had a few to do in town since our last visit and a few new ones had popped up. A great night was had by all with lots of laughs and good times, we celebrated my 8000th find. A quick find, was staring at us, surprised it has not been Muggles. My thanks to Bloody Tourists for the cache.
This cache was found as part of a TDC cache run on the day/night of 21-22 Jan 2010. Turning off Young Street we were soon searching for this one. A nice quick find in a bold location. Thanks.
Run Summary
----------------------
The Demolition Crew had been preparing this cache run for two weeks after our last cache run in the Ballarat area only a few weeks ago had left a number of caches behind, and the caching community had placed a number of new caches in the area; so it was timely that we return to finish what we had started.
Rebel Acts (Eric) was creeping up to his 8,000 find, so it was going to be a celebration of big numbers and caching in great company. It wasn't long before the 8,000 mark was hit with a FTF on a cache called "A Local Family's History" in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. At this point we headed west through Melton, Bacchus Marsh, Enfield and then into Ballarat proper. Clearly the highlight of the night was Eric reaching the 8,000th cache, but the three Earthcaches and another D/T crossed off the list were also personal highlights for me. Thanks to all the CO's who have put the effort in placing and maintaining their caches.
