A quick find and sign. I think this structure may have been on a tv show about homes a few years ago. It really is a brilliant idea. As I grabbed the cache it started to rain and a beautiful rainbow appeared behind the home. Cache found in good condition. Hope I put it back correctly but just copied the person before. Tftc
YAY - I finally had a chance to come and look for Fair View. And I found it. I love how the Water Tower has been re-purposed into a home. It looks amazing. I'm guessing the view of Traralgon, from the top of the tower, would be pretty special. Thank you KI bug for setting up this cache.
P.S.: The Troll Dolls (TN6TR0) were with me when I found Fair View.

After a couple of recent logs I checked the cache and log sheet out this evening. Amazing! Apart from someone being heavy handed with the log sheet it was all fine and there wer at least 20 blank lines. Anyway I have added a new log so all is again perfect.
Camped at Gormandale after returning from Tasmania. Out for a few caches today. Fourth for the day, quick find, cache and contents all good, good coordinates. Took nothing, left nothing. TFTC
Hi there KI bug.
Today was a quick run into Traralgon for a few caches and a spot of shopping. We are impressed with the caches we found today, a lot of thought and effort has gone into their location, size and placement.
All up we found 4 caches & DNF'd 1 in this cache run. Thanks for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places while we meander our way around Australia.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing
**Left:** Nothing.
Regards
Ian & Penny.

While searching for this cache we found the water tower turned into a home . We must come past one day during daylight. Although I have seen caches hidden in places like where I found this one, this was more subtly hidden than the others. Good eyes were needed to this and how to extract the cache.
Caught the train down for a celebration of a life.
My Uncle.
Walked the back streets from the station and picked this one up on the way past.
A quick search and I soon had the cache in hand.
Thanks KI Bug TFTC

It appears someone has slipped. We are not able to retrieve for a few days however it will be back up soon.
Found this afternoon while visiting a friend who had previously found this one. I could see the cache at the bottom of the post guard but unfortunately we could not extract it. Photo taken of evidence of visit. Happy for CO to remove my found log if you insist on a signed logbook. Cheers
Over in the valley doing a little Christmas shopping, just time to squeeze in a few caches before heading back over the big hill. We remember how the water tower used to look, wow they did an amazing job on converting it to a house! Great co-ords saw us quickly have this one in hand. SL TFTC
I really enjoyed the house. If I were younger I would love to have it (now, not all those stairs). It appeals to me. A favourite tick for showing me it. TFTC KI bug.
Did about 2 laps of the pole then found some thing unusual then we had the cache in our hands
We were passing through Traralgon and had to stop for an emergency pair of shoes for geobud (I remembered the dress, leggings, hat, everything, but some fancy pants shoes!). Given we'd come from Melbourne we wanted to get out and stretch our legs so we located a playground (now compulsory according to geobub) and were hanging out on the swings. Now geobub can get into a bit of a trance on the swings, so I thought "Hmmm, wonder if there are any geocaches close by" and grabbed my phone. Low and behold there was one not too far away and with a few favourite points too. So when we left to continue our journey, I gently asked if we could stop.
I'm glad we did. We had seen this building on the way in and speculated on what it was (we were right on the water tower front, wrong on the usage). While we were waiting for the GPS to settle the residents came out into the garage, so we also got a sticky beak at their belongings (they are well off!). They gave us a bit of a look as they drive off, but they are probably used to all the gawkers of their unique home. The only thing I'm not fussed on is the astroturf. The cache was soon in hand (only a geocacher would see it).
This is everything a geocache should be. Taking you to a location you would never have visited otherwise, giving you a bit of local history and a cleverly hidden cache. Thank you so much for bringing us here!

I have ventured here early on in my Geo days and didnt find it. Now with more experienced eyes, a much easier find. Had to be sneaky and quick. TFTC
Saw it had been replaced. A quick find. Thanks for bringing back to life.

I am in town visiting family and couldn't go past this cache. Because when I was a little kid, my grandparents used to live in #36 Henry St and I have fond memories of visiting here. Thanks KI bug for placing and bringing back those memories. A fave point awarded. Cigc. Tftc
This little devil had gone AWOL so a replacement has been made and delivered on a very cold and frosty night.
I remember watching the progress of this being built, I would like to have a beer or two up the top .... Tftc
Hard to use stealth with a 3 and a 6 year old getting antsy. Ingenious use of an obsolete structure.

Great find unfortunately geokid dropped it when putting it back. will need to be replaced. So sorry for inconvenience
Knowing the logistics of building, I am fully impressed with what they have achieved here. The building looks great and would love to take a look from the top.
Getting to gz, knew where the cache had to be but was expecting a magnetic micro, nice surprise.
Thanks for the cache KI bug

It was there all of the time, although someone had not been careful in replacing the container!
It appears that the muggles have been at it again! I will have to have a long think about this one as it is becoming a bit of a pain!!
Great interesting location and a very interesting hide. Thanks for placing the cache. TFTC
Thanks for the cache, KI bug. I was visiting Traralgon today and was very pleased to find this inspirational cache. SL TN LN.
This cache had been a little quiet of late and on checking tonight it has indeed been muggled! [:0]
So we have manufactured a replacement and it is good to go again - hopefully to last for a while.

We had spoken to another cacher, the cache was not where we were told, please check. Maintenance required.
Found it easily with Belladeka, what an awesome house! Log is full and needs replacing
