I am archiving this cache due to the unfortunate lack of action taken to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, Grammie & Grumpy, requesting additional time.Despite ample opportunities provided for the Cache Owner to respond, their silence leads me to the conclusion that the cache has been abandoned. In such cases, archived caches will not be unarchived, and as a result, this location is now open for the placement of a new cache by another interested party. Thanks,BalayangCommunity Reviewer - Australia
###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by Grammie & Grumpy and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

Joined up with ICNothing and Cirrus_WA for a night of caching fun.
Unfortunately no luck with this hide here.

Unfortunately I was unable to locate this cache today. I will add it to my list and hopefully return soon to claim the prize.
Spend a good 15 minutes checking every nook and cranny we could get our fingers to.

Catching a few date hidden caches to fill Probsty’s grid.
There was plenty of room in the log. Remove NM flag.
Someone has left a random teddy bear here

Geo daughter found instantly before I even gad a chance to start looking lol, she’s annoying like that! Beautiful location, thanks for the cache.
Found after a bit of a hunt as it wasn't where coords suggested. I replaced according to nearest coords. Log signed. Extraction tool suggested. Tftc
Found it but took us a long time. Couldn’t write since too tiny, needs to be easier to be taken out. We (DaGruffalo2, Cheweevee and I) think it was moved.
Extra hint if needed: look up

Catching up on a few logs from when we were up in Perth.
A neat hide here, thanks for the cache.

Absolute genius. Just when i was about to give up. I thought ill have one last look and bam. Good spot
So confused...is it in the grass or under the tree near the playground. This is our first attempt at geocaching
Easy find but could easily take longer. Returned it to my car where a log extraction was carried out. Signed and returned. TFTC
Good find, nano. We actually found 2 different nano sizes containers with logs here not sure why there were 2??
Found 2 nanos with logs one is easier to get out then the other but not sure why there is two
Good quick little find. No pen in the hire car so couldn't write on the log. Took a photo instead, but won't post here. Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the great cache. This is REALLY small! First of a planned 8 for today.
Find 20 of 30 with 2 DNFs on a pleasant, sunny bike ride centred on Leeming and Willetton. Today's fun was mainly sponsored by Paskersfind.
Our nemesis cache host, but for a change this was a quick find.
Many thanks for the cache, Grammie & Grumpy

Today we had two objectives. First to do some shopping in Fremantle and secondly to log the Master of Mystery Perth which I had solved long time ago. On our way of exploration we also were able to find a couple of additional caches.
Thanks to Grammie & Grumpy for placing the cache.

GPS-Wickie was excited already this morning, because he knew that we today would go to Fremantle and on our way back to visit the MoM Perth.
On our way we also stopped by for some boxes which were not that far from or route.
Thanks to all COs for placing and maintaining the caches.
Found and logged together with Swerik, Mikaching and GPS-Wickie.

I really hate gazebos. I spent waaay too long looking for this cache and when I finally spotted it I was kicking myself for not finding it sooner. Sometimes I look too hard.... TFTC

Found them... both off them. There were a few muggles but they didn't notice. Geocaching told us it was in the middle of the grass. What kind of hint was "Cleat"?! SuperNicholas13 out.
So do caches reproduce?..does this count as 3 smileys? Is this the true definition of a multicache?..so many questions..lovely quiet park on a storm day..as noted went for 1 and found 3 caches..signed all the logs..all in good condition ..tftc
Well, after a DNF back in 2013, and a return back to the game in recent times, it was time to turn this DNF into a smiley. Low and behold, I found two caches for the price of one! Signed both logs and returned as found - which admittedly seemed rather exposed.
Thanks for the cache...s... Grammie & Grumpy!

Spent ages here years ago when the kids were little and found nothing. Today, we found two!
So small and tiny. Could have easily missed this one, Hard to get the log out. Thanks
Went out with a friend (Mini). Looked around GZ for a good three-quarters of an hour but could not find the cache
Your cache and log are both in good nick Grammie and Grumpy. Clever little one, the type of which stumped us in Geraldton but here; a Smiley. Thanks for setting this one up and bringing us to a nice wee park.
My record for finding caches on structures like this is not very good but after a very close examination I eventually spotted the little blighter. It was nice to be able to search out of the rain but the log was signed and it was back out into the wet as I continued my morning run to the next one.

Out for a long awaited kid free caching day, we did some riding along the Roe & then followed it up by adding a few more smilies to the list... This was cache was one we found on our day out
Many moons ago we had a DNF here... I think at the time we presumed it to be missing due to the line of DNF's! Now I am not so sure that it was ever missing as we found 3 nano's this time Yes, you heard right.... THREE! We added our names to all of them before heading off in search of the next one

Out caching with WebblyWA again. First she had a target of 300 in January, tick done. Next was for find # 2000, tick accomplished. Now she has upped the stakes to 500 for the month, hopefully it will be ticked off today.
Cleat obviously mean something different in Oz. nevertheless I spotted it Webby retrieved it. Team work! TFTC

Although team work is not required it was certainly utilised with PP2 spotting the cache and me making the use of my attributes and going in for the retrieval. Our log retrieval tool came in handy once again here. TFTC Grammie & Grumpy
Another clever hide and find
Found within 5 minutes... next half an hour was spent trying to remove the log as we forgot our tweezers

Took a short detour on way home for this, having aim to find all within radius of my home.
