Not here at all ..I saw those many DNF`s to late ..It looks to me this cache is gone and not looked after anymore or to much rubbish leying around .from Swiss guy..ha ha ha we like it clean !!!
We too were unable to find this cache. We couldn't even see anything relating to the hint.
Wow, there is a lot of rubbish in the grass & under the trees here. I had no luck today; I even tried from the other side of the fence, as the gate was open.
Given its location I'm surprised I haven't stopped here earlier. Good to find on a sunny summery afternoon. TFTC
I initially went right past this one as I had particular reasons for targeting the cache at the memorial as my #1400 and I was already at 1399.
Once the mission was accomplished a quick find on the return journey.
Last find of an enjoyable day's caching in Carterton in ideal weather.

On a trip to Wairarapa today to make a dent in collecting some of the 100 Wairarapa puzzles I've solved over winter. Left home relatively early to collect as many of the solved puzzles and other caches as many as I could.
This was a quick find at the GZ. TFTC

#2519. I have been on leave all week which was a good option as I have been caching away during a long run of dot days. With stunning fine weather forecast, I decided to head over to the Wairarapa to pick up a bunch of caches to get my July numbers up. Pulled up at the power station and followed the GPS directly to the cache thanks to good coordinates. The log book was dry. Signed log and replaced cache as found. Thanks for hiding it here.
We're coming back home from a weekend in Napier with 73ponies and stopped off to find this one in the rain... a sigh. Found it though and it was a nice little easy one
Had been working in Wellington doing an installation. I also had to do a very small quick machine setup in Masterton.
I had this spare day set aside to drive up here and do my install.I completed this within a couple of hours meaning I had a little bit of spare time for caching.
Heading back to Wellington now and decided to just stop for caches that were on my side of the road and fairly easy to get to.
Parked close to GZ and made the quick find.

Picked the wrong pole at first. Quickly realised that I was on the wrong track and found the cache easily once I widened my search. Thanks for the cache
another nice quick find while up and down the side roads on a number collecting day. TFTC #8384
another easy find. i suggest that if you're struggling to find this one you dont think too hard about it.
the log was in kind of bad condition to be written so i put in another slip of paper to act as a log.

I came over to New Zealand to meet my son, who is staying now for more than five months on the other side of the world. Our intension is, to travel now for 4 weeks through this fantastic land and visiting a lot of fine spots on both islands.
Met in Auckland, our first trip led us to the Far North with some spectacular locations. It was a lot of driving, but we think, it was worth the result.
Now the second part of our travelling route led us to the south. Going via Hamilton with some fine locations, Hobbiton was an absolutely must of our "unexpected journey" . Went then to Tauranga with a hard upclimb to Mt. Maunganui, visited Rotorua to see lot of vulcanic activities, have had a lot of fun with Zorbing and Claybird shooting and drove then to Taupa, to doing Skydiving.
Here we go: Napier with it's beautiful Art Deco district and the great Aquarium was the next stop.
Final destination on the North Island was Wellington, were we visited some great places and met some friends from Germany.
Of course, even if it is not our main activity during this holidays, we will looking for some caches, which are laying beside our route.
So this cache was one of those, we've picked up.
Many thanks to skindo for this fine cache and best greetings from Germany.

Quick easy find on my way home from a camping weekend for the martinborough fair. Tftc
another day of caching the wairarapa with zz6000 but at a slower pace today. Tftc.
Couldn't find this last time we were here in January, but today the whole stop (find, sign, rehide) took 54 seconds (!). TFTC!
Over read this one quick find on the way past. A great day for caching on the motorbike
I was running early to meet a friend for coffee and had to pass this cache on the way. Would have been rude not to stop.

Night time has arrived and it is very dark. A quick find all the same. The last of the day. TFTC
Picking up this cache as i pass through the going home. At first i looked at the wrong place but extended my search and found it a little way to the east and not quite where i would have expected it to be. I wonder if it has suffered from Geo creeps....and found itslef in a home nearby. thank you for this cache and another smiley face for today.
Searched for a few minutes and then gave up. Lots of bottles and trash around and no sign of the cache.
#1307 Found during a 24 hour caching raid in the Wairarapa with Nic-jay- seeing how many we could find in 24 hours. Nice easy find in an appropriate spot. TFTC!
Finally time to get this off the "not found" list. Last stop on a 4-cache, 13km circuit on a sunny but increasingly windy bike ride taking in Moreton, Park & Somerset Rd caches. No trouble with any of these simple skindo hides. It looks like Telecom, (I refuse to acknowledge their infantile new company name), has been trenching right up to this junction box in just the last few days. It looks like the worker(s) probably checked out the cache and recognised what it was because it was carefully repositioned, albeit a bit exposed, so I merely gave it a bit more protective cover after signing the log (which is nice and dry).

Log and container wet. Hung around in sun to dry it out abit. Replaced it back in upright position. TFTC
Wbond1116 and Wbond-Jnr went on another day trip to Wairarapa to try to get 100 caches. It rained most of the day
The great news is that we got 101 !!!
Some of the caches we logged with both our names, however to save your logs we simply placed "Wbond x 2" on many. We trust this is ok.

Day 3 of our long-weekend of caching the Wairarapa. Hoping to bowl over a few puzzles and pick up some others on the way.
Always fascinated by these engineering marvels. How does it work, I wonder?
Once at GZ, a straightforward find; cache in order, log signed, safely re-hidden.
TFTC found with team cacher Sweet P too

We went and did a spot of caching with setucurst today, while heading down to wellington as we have many still to do here and we come down here often, we thought it would be a nice drive down didn’t get in any shopping like we hoped but managed to pick up a few caches for the day, sorry for the basic log as these were saved to my phone. Tftc left our calling card.
Find #1870. A great day in Carterton on the bike exploring the out-lying roads and picking up caches along the way. Quick find and replace. SL TFTC
Managed to wangle most of a weekend in the Wairarapa. Knew it was coming up for a while so had put in a bit of an effort solving some puzzles. Had a great couple of days and wound up with about 300 finds. Hardly scratched the surface really - I'll be back!
Cache # 1,607 - found with Violet Butterfly and Astro Hunter on a very nice autumn day in the Wairarapa. Quick find. TNLNSL. TFTC!

Headed down to Wellington for a fly-down-drive-back-caching weekend with mike-miss and Lostcourse - basically a caching binge drive back to Auckland, caching under the moniker "Team F.M.L." We headed out of Wellington as quickly as possible to get some serious caching done in the Wairarapa and Hawkes Bay before heading back to Auckland. Apologies for the copy/paste log, but we found >310 caches in 36 hours and for many it's hard to remember specific details. We headed through a bunch of interesting winding back roads and saw a lot of beautiful sights and historic spots. We shared the driving and stopped for about an hour to catch some shut eye in Pongaroa before continuing, caching all the way. Saturday was my biggest caching day ever, and this Feb, after just the first 36 hours, is already my biggest month ever. Another quick find here on our way past. TFTC!!!
Took the first flight down to Wellington on Saturday for a fly-down-drive-back-caching weekend with mike-miss and FMZ - basically a caching raid across the North Island.Team FML! for the win! We headed out of Wellington making a beeline for the Wairarapa and Hawkes Bay before venturing back to Auckland. We headed through a bunch of interesting winding back roads and saw a lot of beautiful sights and historic spots that only geocaching could have bought us too. We shared the duties around and took a few micro naps when ever prudent. Saturday was my biggest caching day ever, and this February, is easily my biggest month ever.
After picking up lunch and vital supplies in Carterton it was off again to hit the cache trails. I got it into my head that this was a masterful bit of camo...no that is way too real. Oh, there is the actual cache just behind it. Cheers for the cache placement!

Headed out on the first flight to Wellington Saturday morning with FMZ and Lostcourse. Relocating a vehicle back to Auckland meant we had a big caching road trip ahead of us...! We headed back through the Wairarapa towards Napier, clocking up the numbers through skindo land. Sorry for the copy/paste log as its now all abit of a blur having cached for 36 hours with only a few short naps in between. Enjoyed the drive through these rough and winding gravel roads and saw alot of interesting sights.
36 hours, 1,200km, & 315 finds made for an epic adventure! Many thanks for the cache and the perfect excuse to make a weekend of it!

last day of christmas break so decided to head over the hill and have a big geocaching day in the Wairarapa ahead of the Finnish Carrington Park event. Great day of caching around the back roads, and seeing parts of this area we've never been to before.
