A nice walk around this area and a few caches found on our way. Once we figured out the right side of the trolls house to be on we made a quick find. Liked the way this cache was set up.
Grabbed this one after admiring the eels further back along the track. All good and like how the cache is attached to the structure, attracted!
We have our daughter up for a week and are entertaining as we go. It being the weekend it's busy as ever, and a trip out to Browns Bay was mrs capperz's choice of activity. We headed out and along the beach walkway, and back through the town before heading off to a park that mrs c had been to with my Aunt and Uncle last year sometime. Only a couple of cache options were available but 3 finds were made there, and I headed out to Te Atatu later in the day.

Took a bit of clambering in the undergrowth with Daddypig123, Geohound was supposed to be on lookout but he was more interested in leaving his mark on every blade of grass. Great hiding place (glad we didn't check the gallery first and spoil it)
Quick find for us here today. Grabbing some caches with Mum (SethRaven) after the Long Bay event today. Great weather for us today. TFTC
Came out to grab a few caches after the Long Bay event. Quick find for me & 2FLYTim here today. TFTC
Guess I’m not a troll.I usually find just dirt in these kind of caches.Better luck today. Tftc
Searched for awhile but found nothing that looks like the pic. Actually searched under the whole bridge and there was nothing. But sad for our first.
You can access it from both sides of the bridge, but not both sides of the river
It's great to be out geocaching again after the covid-19 lockdown. I'm down to visit the family. I've missed them since they spent the lockdown with us up in Paihia.
They had to return my Grandson's library books nearby and we carried on to this park. We went further up to the playground too. An interesting bridge and a easy find, thanks

Interesting little bridge indeed. During my search, a motorcyclist ride over the bridge, and I got bitten by a mosquito. Otherwise, logical placement, one you figure out what side of the river you need to be on!
Was out with 'out and about Auckland' and saw a nearby cache, thanks for the hide
Heckin strong magnets, but a funky find! Couldn’t log though, cache too wet.
After a lovely afternoon of sampling the local fare and the enjoying the company of the great grandparents in their new retirement village, we decided that we would try and grab a few caches while we were up this way, as we don't get to come here very often.
We had already found a cache on the beach-front, and since there were no others along the beach, we decided to try some of the more inland caches, this being the first one. With Mr. Kiwi navigating and Mrs. Liver Bird driving, we parked up across the road from GZ and Mr. Kiwi jumped out to grab the cache. Looking at GZ, there was really only one place that the cache could be hidden, so in he went. It couldn't be spotted in the first places that he looked, but then something caught his eye. Could this be the cache? A quick inspection revealed that, yes indeed, this was the cache. A clever little design he thought.
Anyway, the log was extracted and signed then the cache was replaced ready for the next cacher to enjoy.

Found today while on a visit from Wellington. Thanks for showing me this delightful three way bridge.
#642. Tonight I went for a run on a mission to try and find trackables in preparation for an upcoming overseas trip. Trackables were located. And trackables were logged. And trackables came with me. And all was good in the geocaching universe.
It was very obvious where this cache was - you could see the geotrail to it from a mile away!
Thank you very much for the cache!

My family of four and my two dogs went on our first hunt. It was fun! Thank you very much.
Found but didnt really have the right shoes on to go for it so had to be careful. It looked like a herd of elephants had been here before us. TB visit TFTC.
Kids enjoyed it, thanks. Very wet, had to pour the water out of it. Too wet to sign.
We tried looking everywhere, even under the bridge and couldn't find it. Sad but had fun looking.
Thanks for the nice cache Logged together with zamppa00 using nickname ZZ FIN
