Found this one on a lovely walk to the centre of New Zealand. This is a fascinating place and completely hidden from the path with all the foliage. We wouldnt have known it was here without a cache. Thank you x
Mysterious little concrete structure, especially with the bent bars. Unfortunately I have lost my pen so have attached a photo of the log as evidence, hopefully this will suffice. TFTC
Out for a bike ride up the valley this afternoon, had an idea where this was hidden but there were workers nearby with the road down to one lane due to traffic stop n go signals and traffic cones everywhere. No problems later as its starting to get dark while on my way back, and a quick find here, TFTC
A very small dwelling. Would have to sleep standing up. Found after the walk to center of NZ tftc

Nice sunny Saturday, we went to the market first and then for two shorter loop walks in this area. First quick find here.

Very delayed log. Was in Nelson area for orienteering Nationals. Found this on our last day after we walked up to Centre of NZ. TFTC
Very busy spot today despite all the roads and walkways being closed off. This was the landing spot for a helicopter once again as part of the civil defence/council clean-up of my devastated neighbourhood. Most of the day it was flying between Cleveland/Atmore Terraces to Branford Park directly over my house. Firstly, moving a car that had gone down with a slip two weeks ago and then transporting trees as they were also removed from the landslide or cut down to mitigate further damage they might pose to the properties in the area. But it also landed several times while waiting for the next tree to be felled. Quite an amazing site all round and all day.
Found it yesterday but forgot to enter was fairly easy to find but still good fun with the kids

Came down Branford park way down from the centre of New Zealand. I loved this cool little relic. Only some workers and drivers nearby, but was able to stealthily return the cache to its hiding spot. Thanks for getting me to stop here. Find # 748
A very quick find on a nice sunny day out with the wee people. Something fun for the school holidays. TFTC
I'd been down this road before. Back then my GPSr gave me the impression that this one was way up there. Today things were a bit clearer and I was able to find the cache without climbing anything. The cache was a bit exposed so I covered it with some rocks, but this should be just as obvious to a cacher. TFTC.
