I do not think this is here anymore , there are no pipes weeping the area no more either
My apologies, I will fix this cache up soon. It had fallen off my radar, now added to my Acko List
Very accurate coords at both locations. A nice container at WP1. The tiny logsheet was basically mush. Replaced it with a small logsheet. TFTC
GeoDaughter went to Penrith for work business.. make quick find with her friend.. thanks
I was out today on a caching run around the area visiting Nth Richmond Glossodia,Freemans Reach and up to Kurrajong Heights.
I had an excellent day caching out here finding almost all that I searched for,
Today was extremely warm and dry with a thick smoke haze blanketing throughout however this didnt dampen the day in the slightest,
It was a huge day with many finds so a big thank you to all the COs for placing their enjoyable hides,I do apologies for my generic logs.
Thanks for the cache

Find # 5202
Found with sesblocker. The logbook is completely mush. We can't believe that the container could be so wet inside. We added a new strip of paper for the log.
Great coordinates made for an easy find.

Ok the final is missing here. I will replace asap. I would have done it today but i didn't have my spare tubes with me.
After a good look around and im sure we were in the correct area. The cache m.i.a.
Think i was in the right place for wp2 and knew what i was looking for due to spoiler photo but no prize did i find. Maybe next time , too damn hot to keep looking now.
Quick and easy find after a short walk from Beware the "Old" Trolls so thank you ack son of hack for bringing me here on a lovely late afternoon.
Nice short multi. The wife spotted the 1st WP and we then headed off for GZ where the cache was quickly found. TFTC.
9/7/17. 3:48 PM. Cache #5191.
2nd of 4 this afternoon - Hobartville, North Richmond.
Spent most of the day with family painting at my father-in-law's place at McGraths Hill. With one coat down, I had the nod for a break to go caching, and took my young nephew with me.
After getting the newish cache "Street Library", we crossed over to this side of the river to do some more caching. I explained to my nephew how multis worked, so he was interested that we were looking for two things at two different locations just to sign one log.
At WP1, we had to navigate our way around some farmer's friends to get to what I had spotted on the walk over. I grabbed the final co-ords and we made our way over to GZ.
At GZ, I thought at first that we'd need to pick our way downhill to trickier terrain, but once we were down there I saw that I'd miscalculated and we returned back up to an easier place. My nephew wanted a turn to find the cache this time, and once I had seen the hint object and a little something revealing the cache, my prodding hints were enough to get him the rest of the way to a find. SL, replaced and then we continued on foot to "Pine sensation". TFTC.

We found the coordinates months ago but couldn't get to the final GZ due to the most recent floods... found the time to revisit the area again today and found the cache without too much trouble. TFTC!
#3843 (3 of 5 today)
With a furniture delivery coming sometime early this afternoon, I went out sooner rather than later, knowing I could get home in the 1 hour notice we were supposed to get from the delivery people... just. I deliberately picked an area with three close together caches - Hanna Park. Main problem here were all the council workers - gee it's very wet and boggy to cut the grass.
Well, I had no problems with the delivery time, but my wife didn't let me know soon enough to allow me to get back. So I went for an extra cache or two... or three. Only one DNF, and did a bit of maintenance on one other.
I still got to move it into place once I got home, though.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Always a bit melancholy finding a cache by this CO.
Tramped across the long wet grass to the first waypoint - the council worker hadn't quite got to this area yet - and immediately homed in on the coordinates for GZ. Was able to get to some cut grass to head cachewards and then it took embarrassingly long to spot the obvious.
Completed signing duties and replaced.
All nicely implemented here, and waypoint and GZ are both OK.

Arrived at the parking area and waited while the muggle man on the mower finished doing his thing. He headed over towards the river so was out of view. Then we wandered over to where the listed
co-ordinates indicated and quickly found some more numbers which then took us in another direction. As we neared GZ there was the muggle mower man cleaning his mower. Stealth was needed and as we got close to GZ and a tell tale sign clearly indicated the hiding place. Log was signed and all returned to the proper place quite quickly. Thank you to ack son of hack for this multi.

First find! Managed to find it after some rummaging around. Now I know what to look for!
Heading home from doing some birding and caching i headed here for a break. I had previously done a cache nearby but thought i would try this multi. Not sure what i was doing i went for a walk to the listed co-ords. Ok now it makes sense! Headed on to wp2 and found the cache without too much trouble. Signed log and returned as found. Walking back to the car i realised how strong the wind was as i was sheltered before. Time to head for home. TFTC
TFTC Thank you for going to the effort of hiding this cache. You have shown us a new place and have helped make geocaching an enjoyable activity. Interesting history.
Had a couple of hours spare this morning, found in what I though was the most obvious spot. TFTC
Found while walking the dogs on a beautiful afternoon. Littlel Miss Henderwick is beginning to like this "Treasure Hunting" game as she calls it. Great Hide. TFTC
Found it after about twenty minutes. For some reason I managed to not see the typical hiding spot at WP2. Had a moment of "I'm an idiot" when I realised. Great cache, my first multi.
As per previous finder suggestion, drying log in sun for a few minutes

I came here so long ago and had no idea what to do. It was the same today. So, I just decided to go for a walk and look in places that were suggested to me in the story. I was actually just looking for the cache, as I did not go to GZ for any clues. And there it was! Not the cache, but the coordinates to the cache.
The cache was soon found, but the log is a touch damp. I only had a pencil and felt that using it would tear the log. The next cacher might like to have a picnic at this spot and let the log dry in the sun. It would only take 30 minutes. There are a few of us out there that will keep this one going for you ack.

Just moved to the area.. Hunting out some local ones.. And this is close by TFTC...
After getting the coordinates we accidentally walked the opposite way thinking that the parking lot was GZ. After realising our mistake we headed in the right way and found cache easily. TFTC
Tftc, wasnt expecting to kno what i was expecting to find. But walked straight 2 it and looked at sumthing and was like 'that must be it' and it was. I love passionfruits.
Back for a second hit at the General, this time with JJCC in tow for another set of eyes. On this visit we decided to take a wider berth before approaching WP1, so starting out in the middle of the field we headed into the wall...a few minor GPS realignments and we arrived. First chip we inspected but was a no show, but as we were replacing that chip another candidate was eyed lower down. Retrieving this chip revealed the coordinates for WP2 - all in excellent condition. After replacing, we plugged in our new coordinates and proceeded to walk to our destination.
On arrival at WP2 there was a six foot tall wall of beggar's tick, cobbler's pegs, devil's needles...aka farmers friend (Bidens pilosa). Coming off second best against the first tier cache attack we soon got through these defences to the suspected cache location. We were not disappointed and soon had the blue devil in our hands. Both cache container and log are also in excellent condition, which we signed and replaced.

Out with Team Merlin to solve this multi. First part of this multi was a simple chip that is until you identify it. Now with coordinates in hand off to the next stage. Great hide on this final stage. Log and cache in great condition. Note to self after rain must put in gumboots.

Unfortunately did not find information at WP1. That said there are several candidate 'chips' and reading previous logs checked these spots as far as I could reach, but no clues found.
Boys excited but couldn't find wp1. Perhaps the large storm last night dislodged or we need to sharpen our skills
After a nice day in the cantons at Mount Wilson, I had to dig up the energy to find some cashes.
after a quick energy snack I made my way to the indicated park, threw a rain jacket on and took the walk.
Both waypoints were easy finds.
Thanks for the cache.

Enjoyed wander this area - we tried to save lizard from mesh wire fence but he didn't make it, oh dear... but we found the cache ok. thanks ack son of hack.
Great day out for caching - enjoyed the travelling in Richmond area. Thanks for the caches around here.
my second time searching for this one. A little more understanding of the hide techniques. making the right discovery at WP1 then a quick find at the final location earning a good walk around the park on a fine winter's afternoon/ tftc
What a cache, took 4 goes before finally finding!! Surprisingly quick find in the end

Parked my KIA and wondered over to Wp 1. Have seen these many times so was on the wp2. Which had me closer to the water and this aided the clue to mislead me even further.. Was thinking of something else. But then looked at a pic cue and the find was made. Tttc
Found it!!! I must of been here 6 times previously looking for this one, today i thought im more experienced now and ill try again, took me a good half hour to find wp1 so keep looking guys dont give up! Found cache easy after aquiring gz co-ords tftc!! It was a chalenging one! (:
Quick find with the kids after some bike riding lessons. Spur of the moment so didn't have a pen, but got photo proof.
Did this one at night, I can only imagine what this park looks like during the day and what these overhanging backyards have to offer. WP1 took a little bit of time to locate as coords are just a bit off but GZ was spot on. SL #1448 on streak day #699. TFTC
checked today, is still there but wp1 was hidden a little further back and I had to look a little harder. still good tho'

Searched and searched WP1 was not to be found. Been a while since last find might beissing.
Been here a few times now and having trouble finding WP1, might be taken or something .... Or maybe we are just going crazy haha
While at wpt1 the smallest hailstorm I have ever encountered hit Corn kernel sized hailstones, very strange....Off to GZ for a simple find. Thanks asoh.
nice easy walk in to wpt 1 a quick search and a "it has to be there" moment then on to gz. as I walked up there was a couple snuggling up just nearby do I had to be stealthy while I snagged and returned but all in all an easy find for day 37

Started this one on the way to taking hubby to a horse trail ride for Father's Day.
Don't know what the GPS was doing. Had us going around in circles and 50m or more off track. Maybe the RAAF were scrambling my signal???
The clues were what got us to WP1. Ran out of time though and had to return after the ride. GPS was behaving this time and led us straight to GZ where it was an easy find with the clue.

With whitemushroom, kieran6 and rest of our geotribe we were on a bit of a caching trip through the Richmond area, stopping for lunch in a nice park (a pizza or 3 from over the road), after lunch thoughts turned to caching and this nearby multi was spotted and conquered in next to no time, with yours truley (MrASO) .......spotting the chip, and then sending the little 'chip off the 'ole block' in for the find! TFTC ack son of hack. ...Plenty of fun had here and the clock was spot on!
Found quite easily, once NanaFozz had located the chip. Enjoyed teaching the kids how to use the sundial and watching a gentleman fly his remote controlled helicopter. Log signed and cache returned. Thanks!
A nice quick multi. Located the required info at WP1 and was soon on my way to GZ where a quick find was made.
Quite a few young people about at the skate area and a few paddlers on the river on a lovely sunny Sunday.

Our second find for the day, on a Sunday morning drive around the Hawkesbury area after a few caches.
Both the waypoint and the cache were quick finds, but we had to take our time walking between them & the car due to the high number of irresponsible dog owners that appear to use the grounds (lots of dog poo to dodge!)
Thanks for an interesting multi.

Turned out to be an easy find since pjmpjm had already worked out the final coords. The clue made for a quick find, all is well with this cache.

Found today with rogerw3 during our afternoon 'GCA Loop' trek from the Blue Mountains, down to Richmond and Windsor, and them back home again.
I'd already found WP1 on an earlier visit, when it was getting dark. So we went straight to GZ today.
rogerw3 put his hand on the container quickly, due to the excellent clue, and we found everything to be in good order with the geocache.
Many thanks to ack son of hack for another good hide.
(Have also been a Civil War buff for more than 40 years, so appreciated the historical reference.)

We couldn't yell charge at WP1, so we snuck up on them and caught them by surprise. By the time we were spotted here we were away for the final assault for GZ.
Both were spotted without headAches and yes, it was GUIs after yesterday's rain. Good multi, SL TFTC

I now know how I missed this great multi cache, it want happen again, I am very grateful to WaywardWoman and bikerbuddy for alerting me to it.
I made my pilgrimage from the car park to the “Great Wall” and found the coordinates for WP1 were spot on. Have been to this “Great Wall” before, looking for a GCA cache many years ago, and placed by the same CO. I walked back to the skate park before plugging in the given coordinates for WP2, you might not want to do that if you don’t need the exercise.
The sun was out this morning after a very bleak week and this made the walk through the park most enjoyable. Again the second lot of coordinates are very accurate so the cache was located without too much difficulty, except for the Hawkesbury River mud under foot close to GZ. By all indications the cache had been well under water only days before however, these great containers are water tight so no harm done, the log is in perfect order.
Signed the log, took a few pictures and replaced the cache as found.
On my return journey it was great to come across the Analemma Sundial in the park, never knew it was there, thanks ack son of hack for bringing me back to this wonderful park.

Taking up a new part time job in Bligh Park allowed me to do a bit more geocaching than usual in one day, some on the way to work and some on the way back to the Blue Mountains. In all, I managed seven finds, one DNF and one partial completion of a multi. Not a bad day at all!
This new multi was the day's partial success.
I made it to the North Richmond WP1 just as the light was failing, and almost decided to head off to GZ, not too far away.
However, I had a schedule to follow and am growing wary in my old age of searching around in unfamiliar places (especially near rivers) in the pitch dark.
So I'll save the second stage of this cache for another day.
Nice quite walk at Hanna Park without a soul around . . . very peaceful.
