###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
Hi there Cache Owner,
This cache has come to my notice as there is a 'Needs Maintenance' log that that indicates there is some sort of issue with the placement and it needs your attention please.
Check out the Guidelines here: [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) If you can't attend to the issue promptly, then you need to [**Disable the cache**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235) - I have Disabled it for you this time.
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Check on the cache, repair and/or replace the cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will unfortunately have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

Cache was found in the last place we looked, which as usual was not the first place we looked. Thanks for a fun cache. We signed the logbook FETT.
Found on a short, post-Christmas sojourn to Victoria with Freddo, Team Waldron and thewhitedoggang that involved plenty of driving, cycling, walking and even some boating and wading.
The weather was on our side (albeit a little warm at times), which made for some great caching. There were plenty of varied finds, with some excellent and often tricky hides and and just a few DNFs. We signed most logbooks ‘F.E.T.T.’
Thanks tnt_trent_130 for the cache.

Find #3681. Found @ 18:35 with The Good Lady Wife.
We're in Portarlington on a getaway, and getting in some caching is a part of that plan. Today's plan went awry from the get go, and The Good Lady Wife had to return to Melbourne on an errand for a few hours. That left skirrel, j-bean and I without any transportation. At least there were a few caches still in Portarlington that I'd not done yet... so after a lunch of fish-n-chips, a-walking we will go.
The Good Lady Wife was back, and we had to go and collect some take-out for dinner. As they were not answering the phone to place the order, we had to occupy ourselves between ordering and food being ready. The last unfound (non-T5) caching in the area was calling, and I intended to answer. We drove right to GZ and found the log book very wet. It seems that the zip lock bag is holding in all the wetness, so I replaced it outside the bag in the hopes that it will dry out a bit.
All the time that we were at GZ, the sheep from across the road were watching us like... um, sheep.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache tnt_trent_130

Found this one on a rainy day and it has become a mess. Container and log both wringing wet.
Like others no golfball in sight, the log has dried out a bit and I was able to write in it. Tftc
After attending the Flash Mob, CITO, and Christmas BBQ events today, we ventured forth to see what caches we could find in the vicinity.
I'm sorry to say that your golf ball was not in sight. It possibly left home because of its poor living conditions. The interior of the cache was so wet that Surefoot24 did her best to empty it out and dry it. The very soggy log was only able to be signed with my special pen for writing on such wet paper.
I did find a golf ball when I was filling my bags with rubbish at Bell Post Hill this morning. I hope that wasn't yours because it ended up in the dumpster with the rest of the discarded trash I collected.
Thanks for the cache, I hope you come and visit it soon. I think it needs some loving

No, we didn’t see any golf balls around while looking for this cache. We saw some golfers, presumably with golf balls to play with. Easy find after event nearby.
A too easy find as despite the location the pile of sticks is indequate. Tried to cover it as best as I could.
Found it, but the lid wasn't securely attached, the cache was full of water and all of the goodies were damaged.
With the sun shining I set off for the north eastern parts of the Bellarine Peninsula. It's been more than three years since I cached between St Leonards and Portarlington, so I had quite some catching up to do. Starting off early in the morning walking around Edwards Point Reserve with gloriously bright blue skies I continued into the afternoon, by which time the skies had darkened and brought with them cold downpours. I kept caching in the hard rain thinking the adverse weather conditions keeping muggles away would mean easier caching, but by the 10th DNF of the day (a new record for me [B)]) I headed back home. Despite the miserable afternoon it was still a worthwhile day's outing where I explored some new places .
I didn't see your golf ball but I saw the cache which was even better.
TFTC.

Manzie and I were in Portarlington for a bite to eat and a few caches. The camo for this cache was easy to see from the road, and upon opening the cache, we found the log and contents mouldy and damp, as had been noted by previous finders. TFTC!
Down in Ocean Grove for the Christmas holidays and managed to get an afternoon to myself to head out and tackle a few more of the plentiful surf coast caches. I decided to head roughly in the direction of Port Arlington to tackle a couple of the series newly placed since my last visit and whatever else I had time to search for before I was due back.
Last one on my way back and this was a quick drive by, in fact I'm surprised it has survived here for this long as it was pretty much just sitting there. The log was damp but still usable and I've covered it up as best as the surroundings allow, which is not that much. Thanks for the cache.

Almost drove right up to this one, so a quick easy find here. A nice easy cache in the back of town.

My fifth day of my geocaching holiday. Some of my chosen caching grounds ended up a bust, but I found other places to hunt.
I had chosen my final caching area, and this one was just on the side roads on the way there. A quick find in a really quiet place.
Thanks for the cache.

Found cache full of water. Has been a lot of rain. Juniors enjoying the bike ride.

While I was in the area early his morning, I made the trip to locate this one. I turned the wrong way at first before reversing and parking very close to this one. The cache was located quickly, there was some water in the cache and the log book was quite damp and a little smelly. Signed and returned as found.
**Thanks for this trad cache, tnt trent 130** [^]
**Cache container ok, log wet**
**Took Nothing, Left signature**

Easy find but unfortunately contents were saturated a broken glass and bottle tops had been put in the cache. Got rid of the rubbish for you but it will need a new log book.
Out for an afternoon of caching with suehut and this one was our first. Good coords meant we were soon onto it, and signed and moved on to find some more caches. Thanks for this one.
[:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort.

Spent the day in Portalington with friends and cleaned up the caches in the area. This was a very easy find I could see the hiding spot driving up the road. Cache was in good condition.
Found at 3:17 PM GAFF1.
Gosh - what an exposed hide this is. Surprised that it is still here. The container lets in water and the log book is damp and becoming mouldy.
Thanks tnt_trent_130.

Headed out to Portarlington with KumaCat today to spend some time in the sunshine. We set out to gather the caches around town and this one was our final for the day. A quick find which was handy for us. The log is damp but still good. Thank you
Weird location for a cache! Mind you i love a little park n grab that requires little time and effort.TFTC rodfra
Went for a drive around parts of the bay with Geowife and Geodaughter, Posho6 today. We thought we'd see some sites and spend some quality time before school starts back. This was a nice easy find to help round off the day.
Only other thing we can say about this is...... baabaabaa

Another part of Portarlington I'd never been to. The golf club was absolutely packed (in golfing terms anyway), which is interesting. I'd never heard of it before. Anyway, it was an interesting area. TFTC

With Norlor65. Very easy. Thanks for the cache. Log book soggy and hard to write in.
Easy find, although not in a tin. Some spilled bubbles have made the log wet signed the log anyway and restored cache
Passing through on a sightseeing drive along the coast this morning and stopped to grab a few caches. After parking nearby it was a short stroll to GZ where the cache was soon in hand.
Once the log was signed all was returned as found.
