Had 20 minutes spare to look for another cache and went for this one.
After 10 minutes searching, was unable to find it. Then saw something from 1 angle looked like rubbish, but from another angle did look like something that could be part of one of Cathy L Morgan's caches. Unable to find the rest of the cache (Assuming that it is the cache of course) that would contain the log file. Photo sent to Cathy for conformation.
Thanks anyway

Cache owners needs to check the cache.. Looked around for a while hour and nothing came to fruitation! Looked near every plant and hiding place yet got no where with this one!
I found this cache after a long and stressful day at uni . After catching the bus to my moms and had a quick walk from the bus stop to pick up a cache before I get home and to keep up this geocaching streak that I cant just give up on right now. Anyways this was a quick and easy find with little trouble looking for it. Anyways thanks for the cache and the adventure

Found by Team Ninja 22/04/16. This is my 800th find!!!
I traveled by train to Baxter today with the intention of photographing the steel train to Long Island and grabbing a few caches whilst in the area. Unfortunately upon arrival I discovered the steel train doesn't run on Fridays at the moment so my primary objective turned to geocaching!
The area was almost deserted today with the weather being rather cold and overcast. This obviously made geocaching a lot easier!
After a wannabe tour de francer whizzed past I snuck into the bushes. I was expecting a sistema container magnetized to the steel girder here. Obviously I was wrong! After checking a few spots I found something a little unusual. Hmmmm....cache found! I got back on the path just as another cyclist appeared in the distance (the only two people I was whilst on the trail!).

While we were on this side the bay after a family wedding nearby, we had a little time on our hands while the geo kiddies were being looked after. This was the fifth of today for us. A quiet early morning made this one easy for us to find today even with a few passing riders while on the track today. Very hot early in the morning. A very interesting wall here, took a nice photo. Cache was located quickly and well hidden away from a few passing riders. Signed and returned as found.
[blue]Thanks for this trad cache, cathy morgan and julz76 [^]

I have been picking off a few of the newer PLT caches down this way but this lunchtime I targetted two of the older ones along here. Parked nearby and as I made my way through he dog park fences a little kid asked "are you here about the fence?" I said I wasn't and his Dad helpfully pointed out (looking at my vest), "No, he's here from South East Water". Ahh, the invisibility cloak that allows me to search for caches without any suspicion. Walked on to his one and once I realised where it was going to be it was a pretty quick find. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache cathylmorgan.
Found with Eartheddivine, BenJess11 and GeoJulz. There wasn't to many dogs out today which meant we could find the cache easily. Us kids spread out amongst the tress to search. Mum (eartheddivine) and GeoJulz soon found it
Found with Eartheddivine, BenJess11 and GeoJulz. Was fun to see the dogs and I like flowers
Found with BenJess11, GeoRo11 an GeoJulz. Great spot for the kids to empty the tank. Nice quick grab
While on my way down to visit my son and do a night cache I always need to clear out a couple on the way. Parked the car in nearby street and footed it. Nice easy find

Back in 2013 we pedalled the first part of the PLT, so it was good to get a little further today. After catching up with the walkers at Pip Squeak, we caught them again here - they must think some folk have strange riding patterns!
Our thanks to cathylmorgan for bringing us here.

Good spot for a cache against the barrier. No muggle dog walkers thankfully. Tnln.
Nice straightforward one. Love the decorative flourish. The log, such as it is, is a bit moist. Thanks again!
Great hiding place, quick find for the kids while they were out scooting on the trail.
Another quick to grab cache. TFTC

Out on a treasure hunt with poptopPete tonight on the bikes. Hoping for 15 caches. Fingers crossed. Tftc
A beautiful day for a ride to Mornington checking out the caches on the way. Some beat me but I got most. Thanks cathymorgan.
Out for an evening bike ride & caching with Team Nekochan on the PLT and stopped for this cache on the way.
Nice little hiding place and no muggles to be seen when retrieving or putting the cache back in its hiding place.

Out with the Monkey King for an evening bike ride. I took some photos of the horses near by whilst the cache was being retrieved, just in case some muggles saw us, but none were around at the time.
We are Touring Australia and currently staying with family in Bittern.
Today we decided to head out with the GeoBikes. We parked midway on the PLT trail and headed northwards. After only maybe 3 caches we were struck with Trail closed signs so we retraced our tracks and headed south. It wasn't long before we had a spill with cyclist 2 taking out cyclist 1. [B)]
After counting fingers, toes, cuts and scrapes we were back on the hunt.
The weather wasnt the best but not the worst either. Overcast and light drizzle on occasion but that helped keep the muggle factor down. All in all a great afternoon out on the GeoBikes.
TFTC cathylmorgan and helping us to use Geocaching as a tour guide to this area.

Catching up with some late logs.
After the 7 souvenirs of August event Mrs Crackers teamed up with Mrs Coffee, alansee and Muzza for a very enjoyable afternoon's caching.
After finding a few cache at the Flora and fauna reserve we were now back on the PLT trail to pick up a few more before it got dark. This one took us longer to find than it should have but we were able to add our names to the log in the end.
Thanks again for the cache.

Found with Team Crackers and The Coffees on a lovely day. We found it despite not seraching teh obvious properly enough twice!
Watched the small trees. Spotted something a little different and bingo. Logged and safely planted to grow another day. This was the first of many today as we cycled along this very pleasant trail.

Find #6 of my solo Peninsula Link hunt!
The cache was out in the open, laying on the ground. I replaced it where I'd assume it was supposed to be hidden, after signing the log. Might want to check this one out to make sure it's in the right place!

Loved the cache because the 3yo with us picked up the "clue" and was surprised with her find TFTC
First cache ever for our family and found by Miss 3! Very exciting. Cache is big enough for trinkets so we might come back and put some in.
Mrs Making Tracks stayed at the track with the bikes as I headed to the GZ...then I wondered back down to get the pen and walk back again with the jeers and taunts from the 'good' lady coming from behind.. :/ SL TFTC
nearly didn't find the log in all the bag but luckily we did. two muggles on bikes approached with gazing eyes so we ripped off their helmets and smacked their heads together. we now have new bikes
2014-01-18 23:18 Out on a night mission to find some Things to Come and PLT caches. Dusted off the old treadlie and started at the Eramosa end. Made it out near Cranbourne Rd before calling it a night. Another nice quick find. TFTC.
Found the cache, but was unable to get the log out as the mud has caked it shut. May require maintenance.

Sun had set by the time we'd trudged to this one. A couple of polite muggles were using the track; but disappeared quickly. TFTC.
I had done a lot of the PLT caches on two days in the last week, and with such fantastic weather, I couldn't resist completing the series today. This was the last cache of the PLT series. I discovered that Lochb had found it today, so I called her and she was still close by, so we met up at a nearby cafe.
Thanks to cathylmorgan and julz76 for this cache and a very enjoyable series.

It looked like the best day of the week, so we got the deadly treadlies out, and headed down to the Peninsula Link Trail. Bettyboo3747 and I joined many other bike riders (and walkers) using this trail today.
Seeing there was supposed to be a northerly wind we started on the southern end so we would have a tail wind coming home. Of course the wind turned as we were coming back!
BB was sure this one must be at that noisy dog, but the GPSr said otherwise.
The bottom of the container was a bit muddy, but the contents were fine.
Nice top.
Thanks, Robmc.

# 3748. Robmc and I headed down this way to make the most of the winter sunshine and lovely day to do some of the PLT. We parked at this end so we could head north and return with a tail wind (hopefully).
Thought with the reference to Bark it might be at the doggie area but our GPS's said no. There must have been a deluge of rain here at the weekend as there were so many wet and soggy places. We clambered amongst the newly planted tiny seedling and Rob soon found the cache. Cute. Signed and we were soon back on the track. TFTC

Cute hide. Kept my feet dry today. Perfect caching weather except for cold wind, dogs don't seem to mind though. TFTC SL
Very squishy ground around the log. Sunk to our ankles at one point. With the mulch on top of the squishy ground it was kind of fun.
Out for a ride with the kids, finally got a chance to check out the Peninsula Link Trail. Had a great ride of nearly 20kms and grabbed a few caches along the way.

ABL973 found this while out caching with Square_Pegs. I brought a few travel bugs with me which will visit this cache. The weather has been much better than I expected, although it has been quite cool. Thanks to for placing this cache.
There were no dog walkers or in fact any kind of activity going on in the nearby reserve. We quickly located the hide and added our names to the log. Thanks for the cache.

What better then to do a power trail on a long weekend! Today's weather looked ideal but there was a mention of windy conditions in the afternoon which was a killer on the ride back to the car. Joining me today was my caching wingman and mate Ahomburg who was also keen for some numbers too. We started at the north end of the trail, parking close to PLT - Wee One but failed to final the northerest one and well after 20mintues decided to head south see if our luck would improve. Four hours later we had completed all the caches even the 3 newer placed ones just past Frankston Flinders road. Looks like this trail will expand even further south as other sections are open up. It was a great morning and only took about 1 hour to get back to the card pushing hard against the 40km/h head wind.[xx(] Great hides of different styles seen today which was great too. Many Thanks to Cathylmorgan & Julz76 for the huge effort in establishing this epic series. Awesome!

After a quick decision between myself and my caching partner in crime, SedgwickDave, it was decided we would throw the bikes on the back of the car and head for the newly created Peninsula Link Trail as well as a number of other caches in the area including another cache crossed off our D / T matrix, AKA "Project81". Dave picked me up at 7AM and we were on the trail by just after 8AM.
A nice easy one. So Windy now!!
