Out on a bike ride to clean up all my unfound Runanga caches. The container was stuck to the post with cobwebs - seems a spider liked it very much. TFTC.
My daughter and I went to this one and there was nothing there. Unless the nylon string was the object. Which in that case lol
Thought I should come and grab this nearby cache while I was waiting for my laundry to finish, nice quick find here, cheers
A quick wee find. A bit of change in colour on the new sign. With magicaltrooper and geodog
My lefts and rights took a bit of a pounding here. It depends on one's perspective I suppose. TFTC
Today I decided to try to locate and sign off caches close to Runanga. I had the company of Hazedarus. This is the last for the day so Hazedarus and I headed back to my snail shell.Cheers for the cache, Gracie7 + Mum.
Trouvée Found it one the ground, so put it back hanging. Logbook could need some drying. Tftc !
Day 7 on our holiday in New Zealand. Today our tour is going from Fox Glacier to Punakaiki. We also visited this traditional cache, found it, and signed the logbook.

Was a small grey container just didn’t want to ruin the egg

#10,083. Day 4 of the geocaching road trip. Infoferret and I flew down from Wellington on Wednesday and have spent a couple of nights in Greymouth. But its time to leave now and head to our next lodgings in Westport. We have geotour caches to find, some adventure labs and a lot of solved puzzles on the way. Will pick up any traditional caches if we have time. The weather is still holding out and its another fine, warm, sunny spring day.
Making our way north and stopped for this cache. This is not a town or settlement I have heard of previously. There was a challenge cache in Auckland GC3KBNR (now archived) that required you to find caches associated with Welcome to signs. Maybe a SI version could be set up. Nice quick find here. Signed the logbook and replaced the cache where found. Thanks gracie7 + Mum for hiding it here.

Found with GSEL as part of our drive north - think this was one of the few today that I managed to spot first. TFTC.
The other end on my tasked drive... Another cache here, this just works out really well
TFTC gracie7 + Mum, the cache was found in good order Signed, sealed and returned to GZ. 3 find(s) of 4 today, making this find #2915

Found with NZDi. We are staying at Carters Beach Holiday Camp as a base for a few days geocaching on the Wet Coast. Todays plan is to head to Greymouth picking up as many roadside PnGs as we can, with a few more interesting excursions thrown into the mix.
This is our twenty-fifth cache of the day, and was found in the second place I looked. The first place I looked was what I considered to be the hinted location, however as with a previous cache by this CO, our directional views differ slightly. Never-th-less a QEF PnG.

We stopped on the way passed today to rehang the cache as originally intended.
All good here again. Happy caching

Coming home from some cache maintenance on Point Elizabeth we stopped to check on this one.
The cache was no longer hanging but had been tucked into the leg at ground level. We didnt have any nylon so after wiping it out and swapping the floral log for a waterproof logstrip we placed it back. The hint has been updated to reflect this. All good here. Happy Caching

Luckily I located, signed, and replaced the cache before some muggles walked past! TFTC!!
I think this is a beautiful color for a sign! Spider has built web around it and paper was wet. Wish I had a small baggie to put it in. Sorry....Thank you!
(# 5376). Today is day 6 of my West Coast trip. Today is a lot brighter after all the rain. Today's plan of attack was clear up some caches in Runanga then do some of the Point Elisabeth Walkway from the north. No chance of completing it as time would not allow it. A quick find. Everything in order. TFTC
Had a great drive around the block today Greymouth, Reefton, Westport plus a few side roads, a bit of rain, many thanks to all the cache placer's. Thanks Bitsprayer
Out on a maintenance run today and we stopped here to check on this one.
Thankfully this one is still here and doing fine. All good here. Happy Caching

22185 Traveling through New Zealand to see nice people and places. Also to find some geocaches.
Today we went from Greymouth to Nelson, via Punkaiki and we had all day, so we made many stops. Allong the road we found many caches, but we also visited the Pancaces and Windholes. The caches brought us to many special remarkable places.
Most caches were found quite quickly. A few took more time. Muggles did not watch what we were doing.
gracie7 + Mum TFTC and the fun it brought us. Theo

We found a number of caches in Greymouth and further north this afternoon, having travelled to the Coast on the TranzAlpine train this morning. Dull and drizzly at times, but no deterrent to looking for a few caches! However this wasn’t one of them. Expected this to be an easy find. It wasn’t the only one in this vicinity that didn’t seem to be where it should have been. Has it gone missing?
Determined to finish the day with a find, my 19th and final find of the day. Caching today took me on a gorgeous walk and into town today. 19 finds in 23 attempts isn't bad for a day of caching.
Last day of caching in this area before continuing our road trip through New Zealand. tftc!
Another quick find during our trip today. Thanks for hiding the cache and maintenance!
I'ive started my beautiful trip of the South Island in Christchurch, I've visited many beautiful locations. I've travelled via Lake Tapeko, from Dunedin to the most southern part of Bluff. I've then continued with a cruise in Milford Sound and then back to Queenstown.
From there on I've visited Wanaka and the Haast pass to the Franz Josef glacier. I went all the way up to the Abel Tasman NP. Richmond und Nelson as the sonnierst cities were on my list as well.
I've soon reached the east coast in Picton and Blenheim.
After a couple of days, I've then travelled back to Christchurch via Kaikoura.
I've spent a couple of days in Christchurch and it's surroundings.
I've visited many geological sites and have found many caches along the way.
I've travelled 3500km and have experienced so much.
Thank you to all the owners

A quick cache and dash whilst passing. Out caching with Will of the Wisp on our “round the world” trip to celebrate retirement. TFTC.
A quick easy find. Mrs W.E.K.A.'s favourite colour, but perhaps not the best choice for a sign. TFTC
Two Germans on vacation in NZ on our west tour from north end to south. We combined our trip with some caching and took this one which was a nice trophy. Thank you for hiding.
A short drive from Greymouth to Punakaikai and attempting to grab a few caches along the way.
Visiting from the UK after a break of four years and caching as we go.

We are out this way on a maintenance run today. Again we were surprised that this one was missing aswell - but that turned into quite a theme for today
We added a new cache in a slightly different place. All good to go again. Happy Caching

Another the day during our holidays has begun early.
We were on the road at 8.15 and we did some caches on the way south to Greymouth and further.
With an early start you have enough time to stop on the way and so we did.
We saw some train - road combinations we did not meet until now, some old bridge and more things special.
Helas, we didn't visit Dunollie but we felt welcome.
Team Mavos - Albert and Maria

#14873. After walking the Point Elizabeth Walkway, it was time to head into Greymouth in search of a late lunch. We were tempted to check out the Dunollie pub, but in the end opted just to stop for a cache. TFTC.
Found with StreetWalkerNZ on day 2 of a long weekend visit to Greymouth.
A quick find as we headed back to Greymouth after out walk around Pt Elizabeth. TFTC.
