Out on a loner Motorcycle today, a Yamaha Nexin. Odd looking bike with 2 wheels at the front. But a joy to ride. Got to GZ and a lucky dog was enjoying the dogzone. Once he had passed it was time to dig up the bone and sign the log. A quick find with spot on co-ords.

In the area to drop Geoson the Younger at a horse-riding birthday party nearby, this was a quick park-n-grab with Spannaworks making the insta-find while I was still looking at the GPS.

Signed the log, visited a trackable. Thanks for the cache, BBDAMN.

GPS coordinates were about 10 metres off, but a quick search found this cache without any trouble. TFTC.

A final cache on this dreary day! Bring on summer. I am so over being cold! When it warms up I might actually bring my dog here for some off lead time. Didn’t know it was here so thanks for showing me. Now to go thaw out in front of heater! Tftc

Walking back to the car from the nearby cache I was targeting for a hidden date I of course had to stop off here. No-one around today so got the job done quickly and continued my commute home.

It had been a long day after attending all the Geelong Christmas events and finding a number of other caches but the day was not finished yet.
After the dinner event was done and the Laraness monster was found I headed out with jascat for a few more finds before heading for home.
We parked the cars and went for a stroll to GZ where we had a bit of a look around and shortly after the log was signed.

After staying at Bunjil Lookout last night n spending along day, with sharkiefan, in the bush around Steiglitz hunting down Cludo and Star Wars themed caches, the odd other in the area and a quick flying run into Geelong for a Virtual and attending the Geelong Annual Christmas Dinner at Lara.
It was time for me to head home. But not before grabbing 1 more cache just out of Lara.

It's Christmas Eve! I decided that an early Christmas present to myself should be a find - it's been a while! Spent the morning with my brother's family and then came past here on the way home.

There were cars leaving as we arrived, but they did not pay any attention to us as we made the quick find. It's good to have my drought broken!

Heading towards Lara for tea and had some time to spare so spent it wisely by locating a few caches.
Parked in the small parking area and went off in search of a cache.
No 4 legged muggles or their owners today so I had the place to myself.

Found It....... Found this guy while down in Geelong shopping and with the Geo Son needing hours for his L's we headed out this way to get a few more smileys. After pulling up i jumped out and started searching but i soon spotted something that looked out of place so with the log signed we continued on home. Thanks BBDAMN for the cache

Nice little hide. Was only millimetres away from 7yo geoson being bitten by a red back who had set up camp on the container. It is no longer there, but care should be taken. TFTC

Heading out of town for a charity event with the geopup and decided to leave early and collect some more caches along the way. Fantastic park, the geopup had a great run around. Found the cache very quicly. Many thanks for the reason to stop.

Doctor Owl and sushilord are off on a long weekend trip to find some quality caches in Mexico. We suffered the laughs, joys and frustrations normally experienced on a caching trip and bonded as geobrother and geosister.

Day 3 of Owl and Sushilord's excellent adventure saw them concentrate on puzzles. And trads that called to them from the side of the road. This one was just over there, so a quickish find to add to the total. No dogs, owners or others in sight.

Quick find on our way home from Mt Gambier. It got to 9pm, and we still hadn't hit Colac, so decided we'd done enough caching. I asked Lea how many we had: 894. We looked at each other and grinned - couldn't stop this close to 900! So, 6 to get before we get home. This was #2 of 6.

Caching around Lara today to get My multi souvenir and to clean up some others around the area. There were a couple of people around when we found this cache but we were out of sight when grabbing, signing and replacing the cache. TFTC

After attending a CITO event at Avalon Beach this morning and with a third of the family away on holiday, Posho6 and I decided to tidy up the caches closest to our house. These just happen to be in Lara. We ended up with a comfortable tally of 22 for the day. This was a nice easy find today but I could imagine there would be some days this would be near impossible.

Brought the Geodog (and Autumncs) out for a walk today. around GZ a tree has been recently cut down so there was some mild worry about the location of the cache, but we had a good look around and it is still there. Geodog enjoyed the many doggy smells. Cache is in good condition. TFTC BBDAMN.

GPS was a bit jumpy on this one today. Strangely enough, someone seems to have left a clue as to the location of GZ about 20 or so metres away, which aided us with the shonky GPS issues. TFTC!

Head to Geelong with Mogni and Brisal5 for an event and a few days caching!
All up, I found 141 caches , attended 1 event and had 6 DNFs
We did a few series and enjoyed them, we met Bushfire and enjoyed learning about his considerable knowledge of Geelong's caches and we met Team Autumn and several other interstate teams while having a blast during the Geelong-Opoly 2015 event! [^]
All in all, a fantastic weekend.

In Geelong for the weekend with Mogni and Locus Cache. Today we had participated in Geelong-opoly 2015. Having completed the event to commemorate this series we decided to do the series....and any caches we were passing. No dogs today. And after putting my foot it in earlier, surprisingly no land mines either. I guess the responsible owners just pick it up. Quick find and then a shortcut through the park to the next one. We managed to make this a quick park and grab today as the gate was open (thanks to the local dog club)and we went on through and parked near the gz. Signed the log and considered doing another cache not far away. We were heading off to grab that one too but I decided to ask the local dog walker if they were planning to lock the gate soon and they said they would be leaving in 5 minutes we then decided to get back in the car and park it in the nearby car park instead of risk having a car stuck on the wrong side of the fence. Thanks BBDAMN for the cache.

In Geelong to get a few caches with Happy Pants. The gate was open as there were people at the clubrooms, so we pulled up right next to GZ. I'd barely got out of the car before Happy Pants quickly made the find. I didn't have the geodog with me, but she'd love a run around here. We actually drove past the clubrooms to get closer to another cache nearby - it was mid 30's outside and we were getting hot & lazy. Happy Pants was worried we'd get locked in if the dog owners left and locked the gate. I said "she'll be right". But good call by Happy Pants, he asked one of the dog owners and they said they were about to leave. So we quickly drove back and parked on the other side. TFTC BBDAMN.
