Thanks for the cache, thankfully by chance it was low tide to find this one today
#15193 14:22A long weekend of geocaching away from Sydney. For this long weekend, a group of 8 geocachers descended down upon Callala Beach at Jervis Bay. Each day a different area was selected and all logs were signed with I'M ZEBRA, comprising of the initials of each member of the group. With the IM ZEBRA crew clinging around me, this cache was a quick find after we had lunch at the nearby park. The general store was busy as! Luckily I had cash with me, so while buying a Coke I could skip the queue as all others were to pay with their phone (and pay the surcharge).TFTC
Sheltered at the nearby cafe, after the rain Iade my way here to correct my previous DNF.Cheers
Water was just below the oyster line, lovely excuse to get the feet wet and not too tricky to retrieve. Excellent spot thank you
Timed it correctly for low tide. Difficult otherwise. Easy find with good hint and found the stars! All dry inside. TFTC
I attempted to look for this one last year but couldn't cross the stream. Luckily this year I came at low tide and managed to jump my way over the stream and to the mangroves. I went 'down to Earth', almost cutting my feet on oysters. Once I found the camo I quickly had CIH and signed. Very nice spot. TFTC
Thank you so much. This is my 100th find. Came here the other day but it was high tide and decided to come back and check if I am able to get it and with luck I was.
Finally got it....
This is our second trip to Currarong and finally timed it for low tide - yey. Missed it last time.
Favourite part of the coast and will keep coming back.

Out and about in Currarong on holidays with pdbunce & chrissyb. Find it funny we had walked the beach along the other side in the morning. Now I find myself here. Wasn’t as easy to find as I thought and thank goodness it was low tide. Good hide though. TFTC
Came by with the work team after having fish and chips at the local store. Tide was low, which made the search much easier. Thanks for the cache!!
Came here last night, tide too high. Loved this one. Very adventurous. Watch your feet! No pen so photo it is. TFTF.
Loved it. Watch your feet. So adventurous.! No pen so photo instead TFTF
Yes that’s lucky for us to finds and grabs it while there was a low tide on rainy day! TFTH
What a ripper location for a hide! Wasn't really sure how to tackle this one and stay dry...soo...
Rolled up the jeans & took the socks & shoes off and braved the incoming tide and oysters! SL and left as found. Tftc. We have loved wandering around Currarong grabbing the Adventure Lab today.
We collected our final stamp for the wonders of the world passport becoming an ultimate explorer with this hide! Very appropriate we think.

In Currarong for a few days. A walk along the beach area at low tide helped. Geopartner spotted the hide. A great location worth a fave. TFTC ws
Geoson back at it again
Recommended to do at low tide not high like we did

Found it but forgot the pen like a previous cacher. I love the sheltered hiding spot. Feels mysterious.
Was a bit nervous to head under the tree but once I did it was an easy find. Very neat. TFTC
I travelled to the Shoalhaven Coast for a week’s R&R before COVID bites again and took the opportunity to search out some geocaches while I was away. Today I visited Currarong to walk in Abrahams Bosom Reserve. This cache was a reasonably straightforward find, being in an obvious position on the coordinates. What a hiding spot, in the middle of the village, but completely hidden from view. Fortunately the tide was out, but there were many oysters to snare my unprotected toes. Thank you wandering stars for installing and maintaining this cache.
Great spot. Definitely clinging. I would not recommend doing this cache at high tide, as the spot is waterlogged. Tftc, wandering stars.
This is why you take kids geocaching... i got to sit and watch them get this one. They loved it. Super spot.
Beautiful spot! Tricky find, thanks to geomom, Strandlopers. Favourite for us! TFTC
Out for a bush walk on this lovely day with Clan Venter.
What a lovely area with lots of caches.
Thanks for the cache.
Greetings from South Africa.

What a great spot. We are staying at the caravan park which is fantastic. And we had friends turn up lunch so we invested in the cafe called Zacs. Fantastic service great food and they even allowed our dog in for lunch. Oh and we found the cache as well
Beautiful day down round Jarvis Bay. Nice escape for some caching and fun, fish and chips at the seaside plus a post caching swim. The number of caches found was not high but the enjoyment of being down the coast was. First time I have had the pleasure of caching along a shoreline – no shoes, feet getting wet and as the waves come in then ouch oooch as you need to duck into the vegetation to find that cache. Found my first red hearing – sadly not the cache so a return trip will be needed. Funny moment my screaming like a girl when the wasp I was photographing flew towards me. There were a few DNF’s this time and given that we had come all the way down spent a bit of time looking fore them before throwing in the towel. The trip was more about just enjoying what caching brings and the places it takes you and it definably delivered on the enjoyment factor.
Love that caching has me climbing over rocks and going to places I would not have bothered to if not for that elusive smile to obtain. Love being in the space and places that it takes me.
This spot was magic. We were lucky enought to be there at low tide and could get down and amoungst it all to find this wonderful spot. Definate Fav Point for this one from me.

#4859 15th for today
Yet another lovely day out at the coast with CBRChic. No grand plan today, just grab some caches around Jervis Bay & have a good time. Well we managed that. A few DNFs ate into out available time, but that happens. Quite an abundance of wildlife encountered today including, but not limited to: spiders, stick insects, ants, pelicans, foxes, crabs, a flathead (fish) both for lunch and in the water and an amazing blue wasp.
This one was probably the highight of our day. I'd tried to get this one in the past, but the tides were wrong & I could not get to it. Today were in our favor and we scampered around like crabs after some carrion. I spotted the cache while admiring the surrounds, not really looking for the cache. It's a lovely spot on a warm day like today.
Thanks to the COs: wandering stars

We had a lot of fun finding this one, and then we played in the water. I really. Liked this one. TFTC.
What a beautiful spot for an afternoon stroll with the geofam. Loved this little nook and would never have found it if it weren't for geocaching. Found with bushwalkinggirl and Roarts. Tftc
Bit awkward to get to at my height, but it made for an easier retrieve. Great hide, very cool spot! TB collected. TFTC!
This was found on behalf of our cousin we were caching with, @crazycatlady. TFTC, great location.
TFTC. We've been here before and either hadn't come at the right time or hadn't brought a pen. A great place and a fantastic hide. A favourite from us.

A windy, but otherwise fine, day saw GeoSon NationalSteel join me for a second day of walking on the Beecroft Peninsula.
I stopped here on my way to our rendezvous point this morning but the tide was high and previous logs suggested that was a bad idea. We both came here at low tide, wandered around following the pointer and soon had cache in hand.
The cache was in good condition. We took a path tag, left nothing, signed the log and replaced the container as found
Thanks wandering stars for the cache.

On an early morning walk and had to find this one. Picking the right time is obviously essential and so it was spot on today. Lovely views but perhaps some remains from pre sewer Currarong. Thanks for placing the hide here
OCW Pel Droed Gwin in Ellie the GeoKombi, we camped for the weekend at the beachside park.
A stunning place to explore
