### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as one that may need attention. Perhaps it is time for the CO to check on this one please.
I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
Your prompt attention to logs that indicates things could be amiss will be greatly appreciated by all geocachers. It is generally accepted that 3 consecutive DNF's is reason enough to check, see here: [**Owner is responsible for visits to the physical location,**](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance )
Please respond to this situation by **12th July** to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and indicating a date when you believe the situation will be resolved.
**And don't forget,** once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log, see here; [Removing the Needs Maintenance Icon](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and an "Enable Listing" log, see here; [Temporarily Disable and Enable](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) to get your cache up and running again.

Came out with (B+C+E) yesterday for my first time caching and we looked everywhere and could not find, so after the boyfriend and I decided to download the app and join the search for ourselves came back today for a further search and searched all over again and still could not find. May have possibly been taken by a muggle
Unfortunately no find from us today. From reports of the cache not being in its correct position and the possibility of the cache being missing, perhaps CO could do a checkup?
Over the years, geocaching has taken me on many adventures, including interesting destinations all over my home continent of Australia and many overseas as well. It has also introduced me to a diverse group of like-minded caching tragics, many of whom I now call close friends.
Today, I was lucky enough to be out and about searching for caches, something I do on almost a daily basis. This was one cache that was targeted and found.
Sorry for the late and generic log, something I am notorious for. Thank you lagavullin3for adding to the adventure that is geocaching.

A quick stop off after lunch up the road and we soon made the quick find here - after reading a few logs. Its tether is broken but it was a quick find where it is.
Thanks lagavullin3 for the placement here.

Today I had time to go for a walk around East wood Estate and have a look at the area, picking up some caches as I went. This one took a while but finally found it, don't think it was in its original place but I put it back where I found it. TFTC

Based in Bairnsdale, for the weekend, to help with a moving house "Event", we took some time out to grab a few caches to the west of town. Our second visit to this location. We were certainly hanging around this one for a while before P-P finally spotted the cache.
Thanks lagavullin3 for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

Thanks to a surprise visit by O319 and Justjessie I was able to get some very overdue caching done but to no avail. Will not give up though!!
It's raining again
It's raining again
And I was hanging around at the backwater
Pretty obvious from the cache name where I should be looking for this cache
"Easy to find", say previous finders
Yet "If" stood around looking for a full 'fizzy cola' break,
and didn't spot the little bugger
I guess I'll have to come back for this one later
I've had 'nuff of riding in the drizzle,
and DNF's !!
I'm headed for the hills to find a few pirate caches

A quick easy find. Spending a few days in Bairnsdale and grabbing a few caches while here. TFTC
Went for a walk the other night with mezza74 in this area and although we were not planning to look for caches we though we would just have a quick squiz. Not too long and I spotted it but we both had not brought a pen. Tonight we returned with pen in hand and while I logged the find mezza74 took photos of the sunset.
Thanks lagavullin3

Out and about finding caches in the area and this was one we found. A quiet spot amongst the houses. A quick find. TFTC
Youngest geokid squealed a little fetching this one because it was a little prickly. I liked it because it was such a simple hide, nothing standing out. TFTC!!
Nice quick find using the cache title. Great walking tracks in this area, thanks for showing them to us.
Second look for this one can't see anything but the tree has had a big piece of bark ripped off it. Might need checking before tree gets stripped any more.
Over there? I hope not - it is raining. Fortunately the cache was close by and located in good time. Always grateful for an accessible cache - thanks.
Glad of the short walk and glad I could stand back and let my partner do the searching. Love wheelchair accessible caches and appreciate you placing this one.
Found 8:58:00 AM, during an Easter long weekend expedition to Barnesdale to visit family.
TNLN, thanks lagavullin3.

Suscoe's 13th find on the way to Bairnsdale today.
A pleasant day for a longish drive.
It was nice to be finally here.
A quick find in the late afternoon sun.

Found with Wild Josh. There are some great big trees around here. Cache container a good one. Tftc
Enjoy caching around Bairnsdale for the day before heading to further east.

Sneaky Little thing. I'm new to this so took me a little bit. This one was the closest to my house and I'm annoyed that I have walked past it a hundred times and never knew it existed.
Found the cache quickly but we had a man watching us for a little while so we had to be careful

Found a couple of caches with Alansee before heading to the event.
Thanks lagavullin3 for the hide,

Found with The Coffees. I was happy to see that this one had been replaced and it was an easy find.
lagavullin3, you need to do an "Owner Maintenance" type log to prevent the "Needs Maintenance" logo continually showing up against the cache.

Found with scollywho1958 while out and about for the afternoon. It was spotted very quickly. Hope you don't have any more problems with muggles and a disappearing cache. TFTC
The container and log has been replaced this the third time it has been muggled Cheers
Could not find this one for the life of me. Had all three of us stumped. But reading previous do not finds has got me thinking this one may have been muggled.
Nice afternoon ,no one about so gave this one a good workout and like the ones before us had no luck.
Will check it in the next few days work commitments allowing May have been muggled
We were vary wary of being watched here, and after a fair bit of searching we couldn't find anything.
Good stable coordinates led us straight to a young paper bark tree. After several minutes searching, and noticing that a passing motorist was taking unusual interest in us, we decided to move on without finding this one. Thanks for your efforts anyway.
Found it. TFTC
Note: Didn't sign log - my pen wouldn't work & the log sheet is almost full.
On the way back into town and thought that it was time to pick up this one. As I got out of the car, looked at the park and thought that its probably over there. It was. What a sneaky hide. Very well prepared. SL and carefully replaced so not easily seen.

With Miss Chooka. I found the roads in and I found the GZ- but she found the cache while I was foraging on the other side! I am feeling sad that she beat me great cache
Another find on our little cache adventure. Looked in the first place we thought and discovered it. We decided to conceal it a little bit better as it was extremely obvious. SL TFTC lagavullin3
450. Needed to go into Bairnsdale for a few things so took the opportunity to find a few caches en route.
Didn't take too long to find, despite the local council doing some work nearby who I was sure was going to ask me as to what I was doing...

The subdivision round here is huge. It'll be interesting how this looks in a few years. Tftc
Dropped in at the home of the CO as I was heading with him and ollave to Eden for a car rally, and took the walk to get to this one. It is always fun as a CO to watch people hunting and I think Grant enjoyed it today. Had a good look around the obvious object and soon found its sneaky hiding spot. Thanks for this one.
I'm Back; time to get a new cache or two, which have been placed in the area whilst I was away.
It was a good hide and a quick find.

This was a nice little cache to find. Didn't really understand the title until we got there. Tftc.
Quick find with geo-dog on our way back from the VETs (she's OK - needed special food only). TFTC
