Find by pnutbeagle and The Marathon Man (on vacation from Ontario, Canada) during our vacation to New Zealand and Australia
Now geocaching on our last full day in New Zealand before we fly to Australia on Friday, April 22 - we found 15 today which makes about 200 for our time in New Zealand - would have found more but too busy sightseeing
We needed pnutbeagle to find this one

Enjoying a relaxing stroll along the harbour front in the late afternoon after having been out to the Akaora Heads Lighthouse earlier. A quick find. Thanks for the the cache.
Here with a half day trip on a stunning Sunday showing our North American pal our corner of the world. Awesome day Akaroa.TFTC
On it with the littlest one while the rest of the gang prepares for a swim with the dolphins
Found this on about time to lunch. 2week ago here with friend did not have time for caching. Last tome saw kids playing inside and they told me pots are for cookinf whale catched in the old days. Nice hide.
There wasn't a lot open so we were thinking positive thoughts about cooking something here. Not too many people out and about so this was a quick retrieve & replace.

on a trip to akaroa we visited some cache. here we don't need to search. we are sitting on a bench and looking to the sea when somebody took the hidden cache. so we also could log easily. tftc.
Doing a loop of Akaroa to get a few caches before tea, how appropriate to do this one first.
Nobody was there for lunch and the pots were empty, but we logged our 1,000 cache. Thanks for hiding, TFTC
Gevonden! The kids loved the cooking pots. We left a TB snake here, hopefully it won't get boiled Greetings from the Netherlands!
Monday Night Mad Mission with TheWanglers.....and purdiepurdie joined in the fun. We decided to head Akaroa way to clear up a few caches......a fantastic evenings adventure that ended up getting us home in the wee small hours of Tuesday morning! Great fun. Logs signed in various shorthanded and underhanded manners depending on the mood of the evening.
Perfect timing with the new maintenance & it being late evening. Muggle sitting outside the pub down the way a bit but he was engrossed in his phone so didn't even look up when I inspected the roasting pit & came up with the find and sign. Cheers.

On a maintenance run to Akaroa today. This cache seems to have been eaten. Replacement in place.
Hope this will be back up by the time our cruise ship stops nearby! The pots look scary! Coming from the USA on Feb. 17th. Fingers crossed!
Now, I am dying of curiosity. We hunted below and further below, without luck, yet among a string of DNFs, there was one lucky GCer. Would really like to know if it was where it should be on the day we were there!
One of my first on my trip around the South Island in the New Year 2016.
Thank you for the cache and greetings to all other geo - caches hunters

Looks to have offskied, unfortunately. Great set of pots though, wonder where I could get some from...
Had a very good look around and under but couldn't spot it. Maybe smaller than I was thinking?
Too many muggles about to try today. Will try tomorrow morning. As I was driving away I think I saw a family signing the log
After a lovely dinner, decided to have another crack at this one, particularly after the recent find by another cacher.
Searched high and low again but to no avail.
This one either has us well and truly stumped or is missing!
Leaving Akaroa tomorrow so will hand over finding duties to future cachers! Dam DNF in a sea of smiley faces!

With 2 cruise ships in port and lots of Holliday makers around had no luck today finding this one
Thanks anyway
Thanks anyway
On a road trip to Akaroa for a bit of well deserved R & R.
Searched for ages for this one, including embarrassing ourselves in front of several muggles throughout the search!
A dam DNF! Has not been a good day for finding!

For about 20 mintues, we crawled around trying to find the cache. It started to rain. lightly at first, and then it turned into a downpour. We also had to rush to catch the last tender back to our cruise ship. Sadly, we had to leave this one unfound. If we ever get back to New Zealand, we'll try again!
We were fairly early so we could crawl around without drawing too much attention to ourselves. Unfortunately we didn't discover the cache
I bet the local shop owners get a laugh out of the cachers antics. Surprised no interpretation offered. Will pass on this lunch and settle for fish before weighing anchor....sailing this afo.
Another good one macpac. Good place, good story, good hide. Very refreshing thanks.
Found with jacksf!
Good find.
Dropped my first trackable in it.
Quick walk past back to the cruise boat.

Thanks to Urch for replacing a container Who's For Lunch is back active. When back over this way will take it back to container more like original (if I can locate one again!).
Replaced cache with permission from the CO on a wet and windy evening. Left my pathtag. Then warmed up in the nearby restaurant where we had a yummy dinner.
Thanks for the cache MacPacFamily.

Raemoz searched and searched but could not find. Will watch recent activity to see if someone else can.
Looks like this one is out for lunch again - won't be able to get over until after the Mega to check
Raemoz didn't find. Cruise ship here today so will look again tomorrow morning before we head on.
Raemoz did not find after spending fair time looking for it. Must be very well hidden.
Looked all over without success. Not many people out on a rainy day. Still pretty cool location.
Hmmm. Looked really hard but could not find it and did not want to attract attention. Still great spot for a photo so thanks.
Went on a wee trip to Akaroa for the weekend. This got us a wee bit as it said it was magnetic and it isnt but Miss 6 found it in the end TFTC
A quick easy find, busy afternoon after a quiet morning. Found after going out to see the hectors dolphins which was incredible. TFTC
Nice cache tour while walking around beautiful Akaroa. Thanks to all cache owners!!
Due to the very nice weather we decided to visit akaroa! This cache couldn't hide it selves a long time... TFTC and greets from switzerland!
After a little search we found that box after a cloudy hike around the summits. Thanks for it
Found it on a short trip from Christchurch to Akaroa. Lovely place to be and not so crowded in this time of the year. Many thanks.
After some fish and chips there was still time left to search and find this one!
Went for a maintenance run on my caches around the Summit Road to Akaroa. Unable to find this cache by torchlight even with several attempts (while not too many muggles were around). If you find a 'coffin' shaped geocaching container with a huge magnet on it I'd love to get it back. Replaced with a standard boring container, but as I love all the comments and photos I get with this cache I want to keep it 'live'.
Found it. But we don't cooked anybody. we had no salt. :
Der kleine wurde schnell gefunden. Aber wir hatten kein Salz dabei. Deshalb konnten wir niemanden kochen.

This weekend Mrs Dragon and I took a longer break than normal as a chance to catch up with a few friends and collect the odd cache or two all on a grabaseat deal from home.
Thankfully the weather stayed most excellent throughout and we managed to see many of the sights that we had not visited previousley.
Had just finished breakfast along the Pier of a Fish Sandwich (Bloody good it was too) and then a little walk along the Promenade looking at the arttsy fartsy craft shops. What an amazing place and one I've been told we have to come back to when we have more time.
So again thank you for the FUN of the hunt

Easy find. Glad we had kids climbing around, so we didn't look too suspicious. Muggles everywhere. TFTC!
Came here the other day with a friend already who had the app. Downloaded it too and went searching again
Out on a stroll with a friend and her baby boy. Good hiding spot, log book a bit damp but ok.
Had a search after having chips for lunch at the local. Will be back next time were over this way
Thanks for replacing this cache. What an imaginative one. I took a photo near the cache. It was at the place I wrote this log.
