As there's been no cache to find for some time, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Early morning jog around town whilst up for work and thought try for this one. Obvious pssible locations but nothing found. Looks like there has been some tidy up of the area and I wonde if as part of this the hiding spot has now been lost. Recommend CO comes and checks
Spent the night in Twizel after a really stunning day around Mount Cook. Paid a visit to this box before I left in the morning. Tftc

During the trip to New Zealand, I could see and visit many places, lot of them are very nice and sometime amazing. And there is always a geocache nearby! I could find some caches every day. New Zealand is a nice country for vacation and for geocaching !

Our first find! Thank you, two very excited little girls today! Can't wait to relocate the track able treasure we found
Walked into town after a day out near mount Cook. Was a bit worried after the previous log but cache is still there. Tftc
Holidays in New Zealand! We have been looking forward to them for years. We had lots of time to prepare ourselves for a great trip. As geocachers, we also picked out a number of great caches. Armed with a "to-do list" and accidental encounters we were lucky to log many caches. Thank you for placing them and keeping the game go on!
Day 25/28: Invercargill - Dunedin - Twizel
Around Dunedin there are some oldies we wanted to visit. Furtheron, there were too much caches to stop for. The ones we encountered were signed, many thanks for placing them. We had great fun.
This was found number 7018

This cache had been muggled. Log book lying out in the open, cache filled with pine needles. Have returned to hiding place but no knowing how long it will remain there. Tftc anyway!
We stayed at the holiday park and after a visit to the lokal restaurant, very nice, we found this on our way back to the van, TFTC
Found while staying at Twizel for a couple of nights - and a pleasant place to stay it is too. Thanks mcmanis1.
Nice quick find for Tufty and I today. Cache was visible. Rehid it with more natural cover. TFTC.
BaldEd and I were picking up a few caches that he hadn't signed off, I will have to come back another day to do all my unfounds.
Cheers for the cache.

#510 a nice quick find in the evening
A nice easy cache in the evening to ensure at least one found log in Twizel. Found the cache open and without a log. Hid the cache and was leaving when I found the log. Replaced it and rehid the cache.
This cache was part of our 2015 New Zealand trip in which many great moments were had. Many views were seen and more photos were taken. Several caches were also found.
Thanks to all the hiders for their caches.

[blue][size=1]On a holiday of a lifetime with Mr Crow (San Francisco, New Zealand and Sydney). Today we drove from Mt Cook to Queenstown. We found a couple of drive by caches on the way. Once settled in Queenstown the Crow overcame Vertigo and was persuaded onto the Skyline Gondola - lured by the earth cache at the top! We strolled around the city, took a look at another Earth Cache and finished off with an evening meal at Finz. Lovely day. .

Stopped in Twizel for the bank and coffee and a rather scrumptious scone before driving on to Queenstown. Couldn't resist finding a cache whilst we were here!

On our roundtrip in New Zealand we stayed a few days in Twizel. After doing some shopping I found this cache. Very Nice little town. Undisturbed possible to log. Thank you from the Netherlands.
After todays round, I went back to the motel for a shower and a light snooze on before cooking dinner and going out to find that one cache for today.. well... I managed to get to the shower and then snooze-part.. then woke up at 11.15pm. Woops!
That meant though that the streets were quiet for me to out and find this one. It took a little longer than it should have,, I was so focused on 2 certain places that I didn't see the obvious... but there it was in the end
Found at 11:44 PM - #5625

After a couple of nights in Mt Cook, I made my way back to Christchurch for my flight back to Auckland tonight, picking up a few caches along the way. I took a quick detour to Twizel for some petrol and food and made a quick find of this cache while in town. TFTC!

This cache was one of approx. 350 found on a 5 day road trip with Moneydork who was on a brief visit to New Zealand.
We enjoyed a variety of caches in an area that stretched between Christchurch Dunedin and Pukaki.
Bitsprayer was with us today.
Thanks to the many people who have hidden and maintained the caches.

This cache was one of 350 found on a short trip back to New Zealand, which was principally organised so that I could attend my Great Grandmother's 100th birthday.
I have a great time and enjoyed a great variety of caches, most of which were new (ie published in the past couple of years ).
Thanks for all the great caches.

Thanks to all the owners of the geocaches that we found today around Omarama and on the way to Clearburn, Ohau & Lake Ohau, Twizel and Mount Cook Village. Tonight we can rest at the foot of the impressive Mount Cook ... what an experience!
