Spiffy- and I originally had an idea of a bike ride and cache but the weather was average with some rain so instead we went in search of a few caches for challenges.
This was a cache that Spiffy- had previously solved. A sneaky clever hide.
Thanks to ThePacman for the placement and fun.

Today we were going to be going for a bike ride but with the showers here and there we got scared off so headed down to Geelong and Point Lonsdale instead for a drive.
We ended up getting 7 different types of cache today even without any events which was surprising.
This was the first stop of a puzzle I have had solved for ages. We parked nearby and after a minute or so I spotted something that needed closer inspection and there was the nice shiny cache all safe and sound.
Thanks ThePacman for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Crackers solved this one agers ago and was easy for him as in a former work life he used to solve that puzzle daily.
Finally able to pick this up today. A nicely concealed and creative container at GZ. Even with a busy day or was still muggle free.
Thanks ThePacman for creating and placing for all to enjoy.

Having spent the morning on the bike around Eastern Park I decided to wander a bit further afield (relatively speaking) for my afternoon ride.
I had solved this puzzle a while ago and today I was out to collect. At the GZ it was a quick find. TFTC.

Figured out a couple days ago with KhunDate and keego, came to grab today. TFTC
Solved this puzzle back in January but had been saving the pick up for some study days at Deakin. Today was that day. Week long intensive placement needs a few caches to break it up right? (not addicted at all!). I remember the puzzle taking me a bit of checking but was pleased when the green light came through. Easy enough find for me today but probably would have been here scratching my head for ages if had come in January when I was still very much a “noob”. Thanks for the cache! Fav from me

Day three of our caching weekend down here, and this one was first cab off the rank as it was the closest to our lodgings.
We all descended on the area and started looking, which started to spread out after a while , the whole time keeping an eye out for muggles and pretending to be on the phone/facebook.... until the Queen finally came up with the cache in a spot we had all checked previously...then we signed our lives away, took in the view, and took off to the next one.
Cheers

Chasing caches to try and get my D/T average up above 2.0. No mean feat whilst maintaining a find streak. Locked onto this one today and realised I was fairly familiar with the topic at hand. Happily, I also knew of a tool that would prevent me from having to dig into the dark unused corners of the grey matter too much. End result, I had some numbers to hand reasonably quickly, only to realise that the checker wasnt working today. The joys of the internet. Unfazed, I resorted to my personal backup coordinate checkers aka AusFox; and Sims_family. Coords confirmed, I made the trip to GZ after picking the youngest up from daycare. A quick find at GZ by virtue of the fact I have an identical hide. TFTC.
Muggle husband is involved in this kind of thing. It is his work and his hobby. We have these items all over our house, so I knew how to solve this puzzle. As for the cache, it is just too good. I checked a few places, but it was muggle husband who spotted this cache. It just blends in so well.

Cache was found in the last place we looked, which as usual was not the first place we looked. Thanks for a fun cache. We signed the logbook FETT.
Found on a short, post-Christmas sojourn to Victoria with Freddo, Team Waldron and thewhitedoggang that involved plenty of driving, cycling, walking and even some boating and wading.
The weather was on our side (albeit a little warm at times), which made for some great caching. There were plenty of varied finds, with some excellent and often tricky hides and and just a few DNFs. We signed most logbooks ‘F.E.T.T.’

An 80 year old bushfire[?][?]
Apparently the ageing Bushfire aka Red Ant was having an 80th birthday party and since I owed him a mug or two, I really wanted to attend.
So Rex and I headed off in the Corolla for what ended up being a 4 day road trip to Geelong, Warrnambool and back to Shepparton during which I finally finished the Victorian Premiers whereigo [^][|)]
Had some great company exploring around Geelong prior to the birthday event, we attended 2 flashmobs and yes... I even managed to get pulled over by the police in Geelong (apparently a case of mistaken identity ) on the way to the 3am flashmob and the other geocachers in the car in front of me didn't even realise and just left me! [:o)][:o)]
The next day Rex and I spent ages in the Botanic Park doing a Bushfire multi and sadly we had to bother to CO for a nudge (with a bloody hammer). Then to cap it off, a muggle found the cache for us
I finally got to drive on the GOR and I have to say that I was so glad that I wasn't on my motorbike as it was rainy and blowing a gale for almost the whole road
We saw glow worms [^] and thoroughly enjoyed clear skies and no rain as we did so [^] although bering in there on my own at 2.30am was a bit freaky , then the moment we got back in the car, the rain and wind started again
We spent the night on the way to Warrnambool on the side of the road only to find in the morning that we'd been sleeping right on the edge of a cemetery
All in all an amazing, scenic and fun trip [^] where there was 6 DNFs and 63 cache finds over the 4 days
As I am about 8 months behind in logging, I'm resorting to template logs to catch up.
My heartfelt thanks to the COs who have placed some tricky, funny, exercise required, scary, interesting and devious caches in some amazing spots! [^]

A previous log helped point me in the right direction to solve the puzzle. I wasnt confident but a thumbs up was given. It turned out the cache was on my regular running path so I stopped my sister mid-run to have a quick look, she found it and dismissed it, I had a closer look and smiley face soon followed
I remember looking at this puzzle early in my caching career and trying lots of things but getting nowhere fast. I was reading something some time later and I thought of this puzzle. Yes - my hunch was right! Nice straightforward solve, with coords waiting some time to be found. Today we were pretty much driving right past on our way home, so we stopped off to grab it. Started in the right area, changed elevations, but quickly returned to the right spot and found the container. Loved the little surprise upon opening. Another great puzzle ThePacman - thanks! TFTC
Found with @geo_wife on a day trip to Geelong for the evening event. I solved this puzzle without much difficulty once I realised the theme of the cache and made a quick find at the GZ. Thanks for the puzzle and cache.
Our last cache before leaving Geelong after our Easter break. Once again a busy area on this last Public holiday. A quiet path as the crowds were on a lower level. We have seen quite a few of these hides so we spotted GZ straight away. SL at 11.38am Took photo on another cloudy morning in Geelong. #4541 Thanks for the puzzle ThePacman - an easy one that Mrs Harrowang solved sometime ago. Now it is time to head home to the NE of the State, with a promise to be back for more caching fun at a later date.
Found it! This was my first mystery solve and made my day. Just a short stroll from my work and found in my lunch break, now to take in the view, cheers
You know how I'm not great at finding my way? Well today I was ON FIRE. For once, on the way back from a trip to the beach with the kids, I knew roughly where I needed to stop to get this puzzle, and I managed to park in the closest possible spot EVER! It was a complete fluke as I had actually pulled over to look at the map.... but I'm totally claiming it as a win.
We piled out and went to GZ, swiftly found the well hidden cache and skipped merrily back to the car, with the joy of knowing I'd likely get lost on the way home. Which I did.
But that's ok - because we'd had a nice day somewhere we hadn't been before, and this time last year I couldn't even drive to Williamstown let alone Geelong. WINNING

A nice easy solve a while back but it is sometime tricky to get to this part of Geelong so it has been waiting for a quiet Sunday morning like today.
Hot weather and I walked past the hide before having another look.

Was down in Victoria for the surf coast mega. Stayed across the road from here last night so had decided I should look at this puzzle before leaving Brisbane.
It's good to see that the electrical engineering subject I did at Melb Uni has finally paid off and I had a solution without much effort.
Today was a beautiful day by the bay. Started at the wrong level but once in the correct spot something caught my eye and yep there is a log book.
Thanks for this puzzle and great placement ThePacman

What a beautiful afternoon in Geelong. We enjoyed wandering around in the warm sunshine. This was another puzzle solved back home before our mega trip. Miss J helped me with this as I am partially colour blind. A clever hide that took us a bit to find despite being right under our noses. It certainly seemed to belong. We are fast learning that Geelong has a lot of great caches, this one included.
Hooray for a puzzle I understand straight away! Very nearly over complicated it for myself and quite chuffed when I didn't and the checker came up with the goods.
It's a gorgeous spring Friday (a day off - double hooray!) and so the GeoHubby and I took ourselves down for a walk around the waterfront and some lunch in the sunshine, picking up this cache along the way.
We both spotted this clever hide at the same time, and knew it for what it was. Just had to wait out some muggles before retrieving.
All in excellent condition.

We had solved this puzzle a while ago, waiting for the right time on one of our trips down to Geelong where we would have time to enjoy the Geelong Waterfront area. And today was it. Weather cool and overcast but no wind, lots of families out enjoying the public holiday. Yes beautiful views and walks to enjoy. Thank you Pacman for the puzzle, the cache and the great location.
Turns out the logbook still had at least 10 spaces, but I replaced it and cleared the maintenance spanner.
Found by Mary & David at 1140. The engineer loved the puzzle, of course. A lovely day to be out and about. Great camo, too, and enjoyed the themed inclusion. Worth a FP. Our thanks to ThePacman.

Solved a while back and found today while in the area doing another cache. Had to have two looks!
As a very new cacher I had trouble with this puzzle. At an event the very generous TR! and Suss Vulture were pleased to tell me the name of this puzzle which the geochecker agreed with. This was a nice quick hide and I like how you have used the puzzle in the cache. Well done on another quality cache ThePacman always love your hides.

Well on the way to the flashmob event nearby this was a quick stop.
Probably added a few extra T stars due to my approach to GZ, great fun on a quite Saturday morning.

After having solved a puzzle a few weeks ago that used a similar solution, I found this one easy, and was surprised when the checker gave me a green light the first try. Funny how that happens sometimes. I especially liked the tribute to the puzzle inside the cache. Thanks for a lovely lunch time walk along the Bay and a great cache.

Well where to start?
I have had this on my 'to do' list ever since I started geocaching. I went to where the posted coordinates were and searched and searched but no avail.
4 Months later I found out what a puzzle is and was a little frustrated that I wasted three hours (over a few days) at a place where there is no cache.
Began chipping away at this puzzles, learning more things in other caches and trying the same here, having no luck.
A month ago I did an activity in school involving this but nothing clicked when I saw it on the cache page.
An email the the Cache Owner was sent and a very generous ThePacman gave me a hint on how to solve the puzzle.
Today I needed a cache for the day and as we had just came out of the shops, this was nearby.
Tried to find a reasonable parking spot and finally found one only just past the no standing sign. Phew!
Went to GZ and began looking. There were so many little spots to look in and I wasn't sure where it might be. Ran back to the car as I though I would be going home but I was told I could have two more minutes. Came back to GZ and let my GPSr settle. Had another look at it, went to where it now though GZ was and.... BINGO!!!!
Well done on a great first cache ThePacman, this was a great example of your early work (your hides are some of the best in Victoria!) and I look forward to finding more of your caches. I liked the slight relation to the puzzle at GZ!
TFTC TN LN SL. Favourite point will be added soon!

The only thing worse than travelling with a non cacher is travelling with someone who used to be a cacher and now despises the game. I had to hand pick a couple of caches to log on the drive from the airport to Queenscliff and this made the cut. It pained me to drive past so many other caches; especially puzzles I've solved but I'm sure there'll be other trips to Geelong for me in the future. Thanks for this cache ThePacman.
Today TheRustyDuck and I set off on an epic journey to collect mystery caches. We are attempting the Mystery Month Challenge and travelled from Lara right around to Ocean Grove. We had spent all week solving puzzles and writing a itinerary. After the long week we set off early, for a car full of stuff and a packed lunch. We had a great day visiting all the places we did today.
TheRustyDuck looked at this one originally and couldn't figure it out. I had a look and was straight onto the answer. Teamwork is always a wonderful thing. TFTC

Today was Mission: Mystery Cache. yellowdaisy135 and I collected mystery caches from Lara, through Geelong, all the way down to Ocean Grove. This was the 8th of 21 mystery caches, in what turned out to be quite a long day. We spent most of the week leading up to today solving as many puzzles as we could. Some were solved almost immediately either by myself or by yellowdaisy, while others required significant time and effort. In the end, time got the better of us, and we had to forgo searching for a few. We had a few hiccups along the way, but all in all it was a very successful day.
Thanks to all the cache owners for putting in the effort to make great puzzles. TFTC
I had no clue about solving this until yellowdaisy135 pointed out the key to it. A quick google later and it was easily solved. The hide was great though. We checked a few likely locations before I spotted something that just didn't look right.

We were on a mission this afternoon, to learn about wherigo caches, and stopped off to pick this one up while in the area. Started off on the wrong path, but soon realised where we should be and were signing the log before long. TFTC!

Wahoooo! I managed to solve one all by myself! Little victories I know
After working this out today I was super keen to get out and put our name into the book, so out we came with Geo dog Jethro in tow. After going in all gung ho from the wrong spot and spotting an 8 legged not so friendly looking critter, I quickly delegated Rob to find the cache (since I solved the puzzle and all, or so I told him). After a quick check of the GPS, a short search in the right spot had the cache in his hands. Thanks ThePacman for the smiley and the first ? cache I've managed to solve on my own.

dear The Pacman. We love your challenges! geo dad did the fantastic puzzle by remembering to himself how important your cache titles have been on our past finds. Solved and off to GZ on way to bollards Wherigo. Geoben followed his instinct and compass and walked straight to cache and made the great find instantly! Might have been there a long time. We seem, as a team, to be quite in tune with your puzzles and hides Joe....great minds, or fools seldomly differing??! Thanks for the cache LS.
Started working this puzzle out while I had some spare time on my hands as the other Triton had to work. I thought I was on the right track but I couldn't get any numbers that looked like co-ords , so when the male Triton arrived home I told him of my quandary. Instead of relaxing after a hard day at work, he got stuck right into solving this problem. Yes, I was on the right track but having dismissed the last 2 lines as not being a part of the necessary information, it was never going to work. We quickly had a set of co-ords that were verified by the awesome checker and we set off for a quick search at GZ.
Thanks again Pacman for a great puzzle.

Sorry for my delayed log [16/5/14-19/3/17], it has been in suspend in the old app which is soon dying so have to get rid of all my old unlogged finds.
Cheers and T.F.T.C!

When I first saw this one a couple of days ago I had no idea what was going on. Then it hit me and I had a set of coordinates after a little while. I put them in to google maps and it showed the middle of someone's house, so I figured I better go back to the drawing board. I did, but both checks in the geochecker came up wrong. Puzzled, I put my original coords back in to google maps, and voila, they looked plausible. So, I put them in to the checker and got the green success! Must've done something wrong first! A quick find this morning after breakfast, a beautiful view across the bay. Thanks for the cache.
Worked this one out a while ago and today was te day I'd come and find it. Quick find it was, I wonder why TFTC
Another Monday had come around again, this time it was a public holiday, so that gave us more time to cache. My good Mate Roostaman had been staying with me for a few days before he had to head to Geelong, this worked well as we met up with my usual parnter in caching crime TrailRunning, We had a great day/night of caching, lots of walking and riding with lots of good times. Thnaks ThePacman for the cache.
Rebel Acts, Roostaman and I decided a cache run to Geelong was on the cards for the Public Holiday. Given Roosta was staying in Geelong it was an ideal plan. Rebel and I have been collecting caches recently in this area but there are still many more to do. It was a warm day with the occasional threatening rain but yet it was still ideal for caching. Lots of laughs and plenty of walking. Thanks to all the CO's for their efforts. Rebel spotted the hide almost instantly. He has a good eye for caching.
# 7756 Found on the 7th leg of our S.K.I.D.R.O. adventure.
Met up with Rebel Acts and Trailrunning once again for another great adventure on a quiet Public Holiday. As TR said it was warm but with the occasional sprinkle and threat of more rain, and yet it was still a perfect day out. As usual with these 2 there was much to laugh at and some very good hides found. We got a good start on the bike trail before the day came to an end.
Not many muggles around and a quick find on most of them. Rebel found this one quickly.
Thanks for the cache ThePacman,
Roostaman.

Being very familiar with the code, it didn't take very long before we had a set of coordinates with which GeoChecker was happy. Today we went to look for the cache and almost immediately we saw something a little out of place for the area, Closer examination revealed the cache. Th contents were in good condition. Thanks for the puzzle ThePacman and thanks for the cache.
Out for a day of caching with our geo grand daughter, and collecting a few puzzle caches we have solved, and hitting a few sections of the G2Q to boot.
Finding GZ was easier than retrieval due to muggle activity, but having the Geo pug and her lost ball helped as a disguise
Thanks to thepacman for this cache... cache in good order

Evening barbeque with the family. Had a great time, the views from this location, continue to amaze me. Walking about after we've eaten, and found the cache. TFTC
After spending some time admiring the views at the bay, there was some convincing to check if there is any geocaches near by.
The puzzle was solved quickly and a dash to GZ had commenced.
Great hide. TFTC ThePacMan. Getting a fav from me

I solved this the other day but I spent a long time hunting in the wrong direction before changeing tactics and finding the information I needed to solve this one. I was actually out on the the bay in a canoe paddling around in hunt of the Cunningham Pier cache and it was as good as the photos in your write up. Needing a cache today to keep my run of finds going, I decided this was not too far out of the way to work and so I rode past to try my luck. Somedays cacheing can be frustrating being not able to find the prize but today was not one of the days. I stopped, got off the pushy and thought, that will be it and sure enough it was. I signed the log and was on my bike off to work a happy man. TFTC
Staying down at Geelong for the weekend to attend the events with Team Crackers and watch the fireworks at the Carols by candlelight. Having worked out the puzzle before we left home we were able to complete it and sign the log book today.
Thanks The Pacman for the cache,
Regards The Coffee's.

We had decided to attend the Geelong Smorgasbord Events so we decided to come down on Friday to try and pick up as many caches as possible, as Mr Crackers was working this weekend The Coffee’s kindly offered Mrs Crackers a seat in their geomobile.
meeting Pacman himself on a sunny Sunday event helped me with the mystery of irresistible, as I thought it was some colour puzzle and was completely stuck!
A quick google search and soon had the GZ in hand with a likely spot along the waterfront. Eventually got time to swing by tonight on the way home.
liked the hide- spotted straight away something that didn't look like it belonged there.
Thanks for the cache Pacman!

I did as I was told for once and soon had the cache in hand. I solved it soon after it was published. It took a while for the brain to kick in.
Like your sense of 'cryptics' and your quality hides. You know it will always be well presented.
I also enjoyed the view from GZ this evening.

For the last couple of evenings I have been depuzzling some of those icons nearby and had the opportunity to grab this cache today. Made short work of the puzzle, having encountered this theme repeatedly. The cache took a bit longer to grab - I spotted it, discounted it after a cursory examination and then searched elsewhere. Took a step back and thought that's got to be it and sure enough, I just wasn't trying hard enough the first time. Log signed and nice to grab a mystery while here. Thanks ThePacman
We had seen this type of puzzle before so quickly solved. Today was the day we where trying for as many different cache types as possible so having done the earth cache nearby we headed over to see a muggle near by and had to time the grab. Luckily we had spotted the camo so we did not look too suspicious. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC
Greetings from Canberra, we are in town for the Australian Masters Games. Planned ahead and solved some puzzles before we left. Decided to do a spot of night caching after dinner on this balmy evening. We arrived at GZ in the dark so did the search under torch light. FFLL no 1 made the find after going over the area a few times. TFTC and the puzzle.

Last time we visited GZ a member of the non- geocaching community had also found this cache irresistible and taken it as a souvenir. Today everything was in order and we were able to sign off on the irresistible puzzle. Gets a favourite tick from us.
TNLN . . SL . . Thanks for the hunt ThePacman.

I solved this some time ago and while down at the skate park with the kids I couldn't resist looking for this cache which was well camouflaged but easily recognised. The log was soon signed and I returned to the skate park before yet another dose of heavy rain washed away any hope of finding another cache in the area.
Thanks
Thanks
We had tried crunching through this puzzle earlier and after a bit of trial and error we got there. The container was a familiar one for us, but we don't doubt that many people walk past here each day without a clue. Liked the thematic material in the cache. TFTC
Suscoe had the irresistible urge to seek out this irrepressible and irreplacible cache today on a delightfully irrational weather afternoon.
We had deal with the solving and irresponsible method of calculating the final location but days got in the way and so today was the day.
A park not far away was found (please note the "irr" words have dried up at this point) and a short walk had us at the right spot for the find.
Had to wait for a walking muggle so we admired the view.
Then to a quick grab, sign and then quick replacement.
Thanks to The PacMan for this puzzle and the hide, Another green square in our 366 grid project done and dusted.

#419 for us, found on my way from a meeting up in the big smoke, to the Penultimate Dinner event in Geelong.
This one was published when I was away and even though it had lots of potential, I had forgotten about it until it was re-enabled the other day. Having been exposed to these codes as a result of another hobby, the solution was quickly calculated and the correct coordinates stored away for a rainy day.
As it happens, it was raining today, but mainly because I had a bit of spare time and was driving right past, I decided I couldn't resist. I pulled over a few hundred metres away and enjoyed the walk to GZ, where the quick find was made. No muggles tonight, which may have been due to the light rain, so the find, sign and return was quick and trouble free, then off to the dinner event.
Thanks for the cache ThePacman !

Now that this cache is back on line we couldn't resist having a crack at this one. Recognised the symbols on the puzzle and set about working out the co-ordinates. Got a thumbs up from the online checker, so off we headed. Rather windy this evening, but not too cold. Co-ords were spot on and the cache was soon in hand. Loved the container as well, well done. TFTC ThePacman.
Container at GZ has been muggled and is now missing [:(!] [:(!] ! Will be replaced within 2-3 days.
Find #1410 @ 1903
Found with ABL973, Square_pegs and GazaC. This was found while in the Geelong area for a big day of caching. A cool puzzle and a cool location at GZ, thanks ThePacman for bringing me here.

It was a bit too dark by now to enjoy the view, so enjoyed the search instead. As it happened I was right on top of it when square_pegs said "whats that?" and illuminated what turned out to be the hide.
Great job here pacman, Another of Geelongs puzzles put behind me. Thanks for the rainy day fun.

Finishing up a fun day of caching around Geelong, this was our final before heading off to grab some dinner. A nice puzzle which we independently solved and a great location for GZ. It looked really lovely at night. Thanks for the cache.
Today's caching run with Square_Pegs, Gazac and Two_Drew's started just before sunrise on a cold overcast Saturday. With the team assembled and the car fueled we headed westward with a list of caches we were keen to find. I like this puzzle and I like the sneaky camo.
Thanks to ThePacman for hiding this cache and for bringing me here today.

Nice easy puzzle worked out a few days ago did this one with ogrebeast came at it the wrong way but soon had log signed tftc
Popped out quickly to have a go at this one. Nice easy find. Very clever. A fave for sure. TFTC
We worked out the puzzle the other day. A gap in the calendar sparked the idea to attempt this cache tonight - no resistance accepted. Coming from the wrong level, it was the vulture's job to retrieve and sign the log.
Suss also chooses to drive past here after work most nights, it is energising. And from now on, also a happy face as she drives past.
Thanks for the puzzle and the nice hide!

Well I will be honest, puzzles aren't my forte', so I was given a clue to solving the coords.
The cache though fortuitously I had seen before , so I pinned it instantly. Not to say that it isn't well placed and disguised .
A real nice cache, enjoyed the puzzle experience and the location. A nice break on the way home from work.
Gets a favourite from me.
