LOTS OF TB"S still listed (particularity international ones!!!!).. Does anyone have them in their bag of tricks?.. perhaps placed them in a cache and forgot to log you had them.. We have never had an event with TB's missing - and this is quite a lot - would love to have them listed as found and continued on their course!
thanks guys
thanks guys
Thanks for the archive notice.. we have had a request to keep this open a little longer (as we have only JUST hit the 28 day mark). to enable them to log their attendance and log their TB's... This will be archived in the coming week.
HI EVERYONE.... This event is going to be archived this week... Please make sure you log your attendance ASAP and check your geo-bags for TB's as we still have 10 in the inventory.
Cheers

This event was well over a month ago and there are a LOT of trackables still listed, including one of mine. Reminder to people who picked up trackables at this event to log the ones they took home. I have lost a couple of TB's that were last seen at events, I'd like not to have a 3rd lost.
Thank-you

Very sorry, catching up on some logging.
Wow, what a day! We left at one after meeting heaps of geocachers and having a fun day. Talked, ate and participated in a treasure hunt. MightyMidget and bananabros had an amazing time, then found some Scoobster caches afterwards. Thank you to everyone who attended, supplied and also just came and had a great time. Well done to Team Scoobster, Froghoppin and The Tardis Trio for a fantastic event.
Merry Christmas everyone! And a happy caching-filled year!

Late to log...I was not able to stay long but it was great to see some friendly faces!
I must be a really crap Geocacher as I have not logged the past 3 years at this awesome event by Team Scoobsters. All I can say is I must of been having the best fun ( as always) and left thinking I had logged my find.
Thanks again for the event
X the Sneaky One.

I had a very good time in meeting up with local cachers. I really didn't realise caching was this big thing in SA! (I was the Finnish dude who came with TWDG and PC)
Thanks for all the fun everyone!
Thanks for all the fun everyone!
Attended with DeltaDucks. A great place for the event and loved seeing Santa (and the fairy floss!). TFTE
I was not there for very long, but I'll claim it anyway.
It sure looks like a good time was had by all.

Thanks Scoobsters
ZZzz..
Our first event we've been able to attend. It was great to put faces to names we so often see when signing logs. It was also good to catch up with those cachers we have got to know during our adventures. Look forward to the next one! TFTE
O.M.G. spent the last hour deleting posts because I left this on my watch list, just goes to show how popular this event is. sometimes its a bit hard for us new guys turning up and not knowing many and for others anybody. Big thanks to Gadanga and Paris Laura for introducing us to others and spending time with us and for T Trog for his fudge recipe. Biggest thanks to the organisers of this event for giving us the opportunity to mix with others with a similar interest
Thanks Team Scoobster and everybody else involved in putting on this event

Great Xmas Event as always - it's the people that make it so special
Thanks to all the organisers especially Mrs Scoobster
Thanks to all the organisers especially Mrs Scoobster
Thanks to all the organisers for putting on such a great event and all the effort that clearly went into it. Even a bit of rain didn't manage to dampen people's spirits. As a newcomer it was a great opportunity to meet some more people whose names I see so often. And that gingerbread and fudge was really good!
Ttrogg made me laugh though saying he thought my caching name meant "I smart arse". Just for the record it is pronounced Is-mart-is. Perhaps not a good choice in hindsight but my cat is called Isis so there's no special meanings, it's just a mix of her name and part of my own.
Well done the South and thanks again!

Despite Mr Sandalwood Cottage and I being totally exhusted from our Turning on of our Christmas Lights Party the night before (sorry if your power dipped at 9pm Saturday Night), a FAB Day was had by all. Thanks for the Yummy Fairy Floss, the Fudge, the Gingerbread, the games and prizes, the caches and the great company. The organisers did a wonderful job and your hard work was much appreciated. We love catching up with you all.
An event we love hosting - surrounded by wonder fellow caches, their families and friends.
the one time of year where all bets are off for caching - and it's about families - including their non caching members.
Thanks to the Tardis trio for the assitance both on the day and in the lead up to it (yes Mrs tardis is great at forgetting to make the game!!!.. but working under 'it's due tommorrow pressure' he always shines!!
thanks to Frog Hoppin' for their constant support
Happy christmas - and we'll see you all again next year!

Sorry for the late log. Mrs Scoobster was reminded at the Oz Mega that she is over a year behind in her logging!

Cant believe I'd forgotten to log this.
Thanks for the reminder Heidi.
It was a nice mild day with amazing Fudge, balloons, fruit and gingerbread on offer with plenty of friends to flit around and talk to plus a host of newbies yet unmet!
Once again the Scoobsters put on a great event and everyone had a wonderful day.
I look forward to this event every year.
A nice event for families to just sit and chat without feeling the need to be caching, instead, just enjoying the company of friends.
Never a disappointment!

Another fun christmas event, the change of venue was fantastic we had the grounds pretty well to ourselves no having to move at the last minute due to other groups, the weather could not dampen the enthusiasm of the day, tardis little challenge had many takers with quite a few prizes given away, the tug a war was finally won by the south whoo hoo!!!!!!!! another plus in the venue change. Many thanks to tardis and especially the scoobsters for their tireless work in running another successful day well done guys
merry xmas to all

Well that was fun! The weather was a bit ordinary but that was good since it meant we couldn't harvest for the day so instead I could come to this event!
My first Christmas event and it was certainly a good one! Now I just need to work out if I'm on the north or south team when I live about 100km due west of Adelaide on the other side of the water...
Thanks to Dazza and Margie for the ride over and to Kelly Gang for the ladder and all the fun that provided! And of course thanks to Scoobsters, Tardis, froghoppin and everyone else who made the event what it was! I'll certainly try and be back next year!

Thanks to Team Scoobster, Tardis Trio and the Froghopping's for all your organisation and hard work. A great effort in at times trying weather conditions. The rain and wind did not dampen anyones spirits and a good time was had by all.
I had the paints with me but I decided against facepainting as the rain would have messed up the paintwork. Most of the geo kiddies seemed happy running around and doing the treasure hunt. I hope no geo kiddies were disappointed
The Gingerbread (thanks Tamara), Fairy Floss (thanks Scoobs), Yummy Fudge (thanks Trog), fruit, sweets and lollies kept everyone happy along with all the company.
Merry Christmas to all and stay safe.

Mrs A enjoyed catching up with all her Geo friends today. Talking caching, family history, local history, putting names to faces and faces to names... all in a Geo Event for Mrs A. Thank you to the entire Geo Family who have been so supportive this year since Mr A's passing. It means a lot to the whole family.
Thank you to the organisers and all attendees that made this years Christmas Event a success.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

A shame the weather was not kinder to you.
Thanks for putting this event on.
Took trackable to visit.

Late but present. Missed the days activities but still managed to catch a few people. Sorry, two years in a row with work xmas function on the same day.
Thanks to Team Scoobster, Frog Hoppin' and The Tardis Trio for the Christmas event, the organised person who put up shelters (much appreciated) [^]
Awesome location, it rained on & off most of the afternoon but that didn't stop the afternoon fun.
Thanks santa for my gift, spidermonkey & 3LG for the parhtags.
The gingerbread & fudge was fantastic
Also thanks goes to Locus cache for driving us to a nearby newest cache
Great caching & catching up with some fantastic people, cheers.

I rolled up late as I was doing Xmas wishes stuff for my dear old mum! Now how could I rush of without doing the lunch dishes. I said gidday to a bunch of people as they were leaving. Bob from Elsewhere was actually going elsewhere but stuck it in reverse and pulled up (thanks mate!! [^] - [we briefly discussed ovals/ellipses and a^2 and b^2 stuff] . I digress. Yep, I saw MnM Mary and her friend who's name I just can't remember (yore a good elf...... ) Sooo noice to see and talk to all the late stayers. Thanks for hanging back for me [^][^][^]
Now I just hope the organizers get a goooood nites rest. You guys deserve it. [:X]
Clear skies to Team Scoobster from TeamAstro. Massive Merry Christmas too.
We arrived mid-way through the event, just in time for the tug of war - south won!! Had an excellent time as usual, catching up with some familiar people and meeting some new ones. Loved the new location for this event. Merry Christmas everyone and thanks Team Scoobster for organising the event!
Owl arrived after lunch to a sea of cachers and had a great time catching up with lots of them. Missed the games (except for the victorious southern win at tug of war!), but discovered some TBs, collected a pathtag or two, found a cache, compared notes on others, extolled the virtues of puzzles and generally enjoyed herself. Thanks for organising it.
I too arrived a little late, obviously missed a few but had a good time chatting with some old and new friends.
Missed out on Santa but saw his reindeer.
Missed out on Santa but saw his reindeer.
Massive props to the Scoobsters for pulling off a great event - loved the new location, the easy parking, focal point of the rotunda, playground and park features make for a great picnic event we reckon.
The weather might have been a bit damp but that wasn't a problem at all. Left the event on a sugar high after all the fairy floss, fudge and lollies!
Caught up with a lot of cachers, met some new ones, traded a few pathtags and discussed Japanese Puzzle Boxes.
Enjoyed the treasure hunt, well organised by Mr Tardis!
Santa did well this year, always good to see a proper Australian Santa wearing thongs on his feet
Merry Christmas everyone!

Great to come along and join in the christmas activities. Also got started with ingress
Left Laura early so I could cache my way the the event Chirstmas Wishes. But after 3 DNF's and only 7 finds I decided to skip the rest and go straight to the event.
Arrived to have missed the games...damn. Still plenty of time to take off for a new cache nearby and get the ones in the park. Caught up with some old friend and met some new ones. Thanks for organising it Scoobsters. Merry Christmas Everyone

I arrived at the event just in time to be kidnapped by a group heading to the new cache nearby. Catching up with a wise one on return I was asked to join a walk into a couple of caches up the hill. I didn't spend anywhere near long enough here to say g'day to everybody.
Thanks Scoobsters, T3 and Froghoppin for the organisation.

After rushing around organizing chairs... then food... then booze, we finally arrived at the event. We had a great time. Mr M took the opportunity to relax and have a few ciders, and Mrs M did... well what Mrs M does. We also picked up a few other nearby caches. Great to catch up with friends. Thank-you to all that helped make this day a success.
Wow! What a turn out!
We arrived a bit late, but had fun mingling and participating on the games. Thanks to the Scoobsters and everyone else who was involved in organising everything!
Merry Christmas!

Great to catch up with a lot of people after not attending cache events in a long time. Great to attend with Hellen and Mum too. We all enjoyed ourselves a lot even though the rain came down here and there. thanks to the organisers for a great event.
We arrived a little late, but still managed to find a patch of grass under someones gazebo, it was a fun day and a good chance to catch up with fellow geocachers. Thanks to all of the organisers for a lovely event which was enjoyed by all my family.
Thanks for another great time. Many new people this year. Hi to all. The post-event party was an adventure too.
Logging this cache as we were wearing the "Obey" t-shirts. I even had to field an earthcache question.
BTW. After 5 long years South finally wins the Tug of War.
There must be some good people between the river and GJR.
There must be some good people between the river and GJR.
Thanks so much Team Scoobster, Tardis and all the helpers today. SpidermonkeyMum hates the heat so todays conditions suited her well. The little one had a great time meeting loads of other kids ( in readiness for the Mega ) The non-geo son did ok and enjoyed his time playing troll master under the bridge..... (Ok he was YouTubing without interuptions) We both enjoyed the games and kids loved the fairy floss and santas pressie... Thanks to Trogg for the magnificent fudge and to MtnLioness for the delicious gingerbread. It was fun sharing our little pathtag pressies and apologies to those that missed out. We will organise an easter treat for the Mega.....
With no kids in tow, we elected for a sleepin and eventually for there.
A good time was had by all... Go the south in the tug o war!
Thanks to the organisers this year.

Arrived very late due to the wedding festivities I attended last night, but was determined to make it after discovering last year how awesome this annual event is. Thoroughly enjoyed the day, though didn't get to see as many people as I would like as I was cache napped by locus, brisal5, mogni and others at various stages throughout the afternoon! TFTE Scoobsters!
Well we arrived late (seems to be the norm) but everyone was still rocking the Christmas event. We hadn't even missed Santa!! Thank you Team Scoobster and all those that helped give us all a venue where we could catch up with each other, review the year's achievements and swap geocaching stories, tags and photos before we all get busy with holidays and other Christmas events! See you all on the geocaching trail.... All I want for Christmas is my backlog of geocache finds logged........ lol
What a great event, as usual!
So good to see so many happy, smiling people (some I knew and some I didn't) and with all the extras of fudge, gingerbread and that ever so wonderful Fairy Floss to eat the day was made even better!
Never before have I seen fairy floss blowing around in the air as I waited for a stick of the hot, sweet sticky stuff to be handed over
Even a few raindrops could not dampen the mood and the smiles
Santa seems to get younger every year but he did really well to keep the smile on his face as children and adults alike balanced on his poor knees
Thanks Santa for the visit and HUGE thanks to the organisers who did an incredible job of hosting a fun event for the caching community! [^]
I hope that for all involved, this starts a wonderful festive season for you and your families!
Merry Christmas to all

Another fantastic event ably organised by the Scoobsters, T3 and Froghoppin. Thanks guys (and all the other volunteers that helped with catering and setup) for all the hard work!
Caught up with heaps of people but regretfully didn't say hello to lots of the new cachers that were there. Maybe name tags would be a good idea for an event this size?
Btw the last two months in the gym must have paid off........

What a wonderful event. My first Christmas shindig and it was a very welcoming experience. I couldn't stay as long as I had hoped due to being a tad under the weather but it was lovely putting some faces to names.
I look forward to meeting more of you throughout the new year on the geotrail.
Thank you to the organisers and all their little helpers.

Great day with many thanks to organisers. Interesting caches, lots to occupy families and loved the quiz sheet. [especially as I won the M&Ms!!] A credit to you! Mr & Mrs Sandalwood Cottage and I went home tired and happy.
Awesome to put some faces to names, it was great to catch up with cachers from around SA. The weather was not very kind, but it was still a great event. Thanks
kay attended, accompanying team M-SEZ. Unfortunately, ma77hew had to miss out on this one.
Rolled in late (as expected) and the party was in full swing - great to see !
A few drops of rain here and there didn't seem to dampen anyones enthusiasm and we managed to meet a few new people, as well as catch up with old friends . So many new faces we didn't know (and still didn't get to meet), but hopefully we will another time .
As many have said, another well organised and successful Christmas event we always enjoy attending. Thanks Team Scoobster and all the others for the work you put into our annual pilgrimage. Well done [^].

What a great day!! Catching up with old friends and making new ones and eating all kinds of treats. Definitely an honourable mention for the fudge by Trogg - we certainly ate our fair share! O-) Thanks so much to the Scoobsters, Tardis Trio and Frog Hoppin' for another wonderful event. A highlight for Luke was hanging out with Mitch and Harry and catching up with Santa. Loved his big black boots (ahem, thongs!). Merry Xmas to all from the 3pir8s!!
Finally out to do some climbing Caches (With the Use of Geodad's New Ladder) with a couple caching Friends today Dazza, Margieh & Laighside Legends. Now at least we did not need to use the ladder at this one. With Misty rain just to be annoying we set up camp with Gazebo, chairs Tables lunch and nibbles with a plate of chocolates, we had several friend visit due to the chocolates as we all like to share. Lunch Fairy Floss, Santa to say Hello to. A Tug of war a family Fun day with several Caching Teams Oh! How great it was to be here today, to celebrate Christmas as its on its way. Many Thanks to Team Scoobster for Organising the event and their many helpers who made the Day come together. Special Thanks to Secret Santa. TFTE
Thanks to the organisers and all the attendees for creating such a great Christmas event. We had lots of fun and the weather was good for the most part (except for a couple of drops of rain).
Lots of organising from the Scoobsters as per usual and things went off really well.
The fairy floss was good, the gingerbread was good and the South are the champion tug of war team for the first time in many years. Great to catch up with so many people and sorry if we didn't get around to saying hello to everyone.

Awesome event! A huge gold star to Team Scoobster for a fantastic job. Thank you. Merry Christmas!!!
Wow! What a great day, not too hot and the rain stayed away (kind of).
Met a few new cachers, and put names to faces and vice versa.
The dog had a great time too.
Thanks Team Scoobster, Tardis Trio & Frog Hoppin'

Merry Christmas and a huge thankyou to the Scoobsters and all who were involved in making this another great Xmas event. Mum pigged out on gingerbread, yum she reckons. I pigged out on fairyfloss, and fudge. We all got to see the great man in RED! OMG the Southerners won the tug of war finally. We Northerners will get you back next year. A big crowd of happy people made for a happy day. Thanks again. Great park also.
We came we saw, we caught up with lots of friends that we haven't seen for months. We even got to trade a few pathtags along the way. Thanks for the great effort put in by Team Scoobster and all the other helpers. Hope to be here again next year. Merry Christmas to all South Ozzie cachers.
Always nice to catch up with those I don't always see along the trail throughout the year or at a JLW. Many thanks to the organisers, nice to see the rain didn't dampen spirits at all. Thanks to CPW for the tracks on the track FTF Prize received with my bestie and to Kim for her new pathtag. I found a couple of nearby cache and enjoyed a number of delicious chocolates with Mrs Kelly too. I missed the fairy floss but enjoyed a gingerbread tree highlight of the day was my first time as a Southerner and we won the war! After winning a number as a Northerner over the years I was glad I defected! Happy Christmas to the SA Geocaching community and may 2014 be a good one for you all. Best Wishes from Laura [:X]

Dropping a few TB's in that I have had for WAAAAAYYYYYY to long now. Misplaced while moving house... they have now been found and can move on..... sorry to the TB owners.
As a total fire ban has made us cancel our job today 3LG will make a short visit today : )
Had a great day today, met some new people and some we had met before. Swapped a few trackables and had great fun finding caches around the area after the event was over. Thanks TeamScoobster!
It was great to finally attend an event in Adelaide & meet a lot of the local cachers that we've heard so much about. Nice to meet you all. Great to catch up with those we've met on our travels in the past & share old caching stories again. Thanks to all that help setup the event. Certainly the gingerbread men, fairy floss & the big man in red have kept the kids smiling for hours after. Thanks again & look forward to attending future events. Dropped a couple of TB's for others to help move on.
Thank you guys for organising a great event. I really appreciate all the effort that you put into the organising and running on this event. Nice to meet so many I have seen logs for. (If I am working at the same place next year I can get a real tug-of-war rope, one that doesn't hurt your hands so much.) Thanks for the event.
We should be able to make an appearance at some stage around lunch time for a beer or two with friends.
We will both be attending, we are not going to miss out on this great event

The Jackson 5 wrote it. Mariah Carey, Human Nature and Jessica Mauboy later covered it.
The Four Tops sang about it as well.
