I expected to be able to find this after the previous note, but alas, could not spot it anywhere including the ground. I'll watch future logs to see if I'm blind.
We looked everywhere where this cache could possibly be, according to the difficulty, the hint and previous logs. Could it be gone?
Came back to here after my double DNF two weeks ago on a "morning" walk (it's 10:33!) and made an instant find thanks to the cache being restored to position. Log was a bit damp and tight, so I let it fly around in the wind to dry it; most of the ink has seeped through and the first few names are unreadable, though. And that makes 9/9 The Dino-Mites caches, TFTC

Found while on a big geo trip away with tmann421.
Sorry for the late & repeat logs as just catching up now.
A great time had, some wonderful places seen, thanks to all the NSW geo cachers.

Found it!! We are on a streak! Third one found within 2 minutes! So creative so cute where on earth did you buy this canister?!!
In the area for work. Great little cache. Took longer than it should to find this little cache. Rechecked the hint and then found it quickly.
After the recent DNFs, we went to see if the cache was still there. It had fallen from its original spot, so we but it back into position.
Also a DNF for me... why do I fail at the simplest of things? A lady came past and asked "are you looking for the geocache?", as her son had found it better, but she didn't know where! Oh, that would've helped if she did...
Returned here along my walk around Marsfield, with a bit of help from a very kind previous finder. Confirmed I was in the right spot, and searched there again. Still couldn't see (or feel) it, but maybe my eyes are just letting me down.
A welcome bit of shade on a hot day; cache found while the children played on the slide. We would never have visited this little park were it not for the GZ. tftc
Sad we didn't find. Nice Park. Great to see some work being done to regenerate the area. Muggle son took a photo of what we thought the gz was. Detetcted some item which may have moved the cache down and under.
Nice cache - thanks. At first my GPS pointed me to the wrong metallic object but I found it before to long. Wasn't brave enough to get the log out of the container so DNSL.

I was in the area with some clients so took the time to search for this one. I arrived at an obvious item but after a short search I decided this was not where the cache was hidden. I expanded my search area slightly and the nano cache was soon spied. No muggles here today to worry about. Thanks for the hide Dino-Mites.

Another playground, this time I had a swing.

31/8/13 (hey, a palindrome!). 6:41 AM. I already found this one on 22/06 but at the time couldn't get the log out. Returned today on my way to "Crash Cache" without the milk crate (I knew how to get to it) and with a pin to get the log out, and made my past find official by signing it & dating it 22/06. TFTC }:)
#70 (1 of 2 today 20 of 31 Days of Geocaching)
First, I can't believe I've actually kept this streak going for 20 days.
Second, arrived after work as darkness descended. From the description I knew I didn't have to go bush, which for a nano is a good thing - especially in the dark.
Walked the path to GZ and thought of likely hides. Checked a few by torchlight with no result. Between searches a muggle ran down the path past me. For some reason I had a thought that seemed quite unlikely - tried it and was surprised to see the cache staring back.
Took it back to the privacy of the car to sign. Took 5 seconds to extract the log & 5 minutes to get it back in!

Very sneaky hide! The hint is spot on - surprised this hasn't been muggled (but then I guess you really have to be looking intently to spot this otherwise). Quick find to help keep the 31 Days of Geocaching in August from HQ on track. SL / TFTC
I thought this would be an easy grab but alas. I was hoisting geo kids up, putting my hands inside things, stared longingly waiting for it to geo appear. received a clue, but I had to dash. I have an idea now, so I will be back..
A nano in the bush - aaaargh!
After making a sweep of the area and being interrupted by muggles a few times I resorted to paf who suggested something that made things easy - especially for someone with my height.

Found it on a sunny winters day while out with evangt. The idea of a nano in a bush park was a bit daunting but luckily it was found reasonably quickly. TFTC
Tricky find and very clever placement.
Great idea, I can see why it has not been muggled.
Thanks for the cache!

Needed a find today to gain my souvenir!!
Stopped by here on the way home for what turned out to be a harder than necessary find.
And I even cleaned my glasses this morning, but still seemed to be blind to the obvious!

After a bit of a search and some assistance I soon had cache in hand. 31 Day of Geocaching starts. TFTC
I knew the battery was low but as soon as we got close to GZ the GPSr turned off. We were in a likely spot so we searched the obvious suspects, but no joy. The phone was having trouble with all the tree cover so Geoson was sent back to the car to retrieve two AA batteries. After a while he returned but just as he was going to hand them over he looked at them - ah oh - one was an AA and the other an AAA. So back to the car to get ones that would fit.
With thd GPSr powered up it wasn't long before we found the ring-in, and with the help of a small twig the log was ours to sign.
Thanks The Dino-Mites for a fun find.

Embarked on a huge caching expedition this afternoon; 4 adult geocachers and 9 little ones. Met Terry at GZ. He made the find. Bit of a stretch. TFTC. Good to meet you Terry.
Needing a find for the day we had left our run late so had to pick this one up on the dinner run. Found the path in easy enough and witht eh torch onthe phone soon got to GZ. We looked in one spot and then shifted to another nearby and then spotted it. Tight fit with the log but we where soon signing our name and then replaced after having a bit of kids fun. TFTC
Out to get a few caches in the area that had popped up since I was last down here. Pulled up and checked a few obvious spots without success. Then rechecked the description and a couple of the logs, looked in the right spot then almost straight away and saw the hide. Thanks Dino-Mites.
Found it with Geo wife and Geo kids.... Thanks for the cache.... Also bumped into fellow cachers while finding this cache; once again it was great to meet you guys....

Cache #111. Found whilst on a nice Saturday afternoon walk around the area. Nice camo! TFTC!
Just found it! Awesome find and lovely park, couple of muggles walking through the park with dogs so had to be discreet. Found with Ruth (L)
I came here after dark a couple of weeks back and had a scrounge around. I hadn't even read the description so was looking for something bigger in all sorts of places. Today I wanted to find some more caches so headed up here from Lane Cove where I had found the Arch Bay. It was soggy underfoot but the track was accessible. Knowing that is magnetic made all the difference, I found it as soon as I turned up. I managed to extract the log without tweezers and signed and replaced. TFTC Dino-Mites
So much searching and it turned up in plain view as stated!! Of cause we did use a paf. We found it about 8m NE of our GZ today. Thanks.
Found on a holiday caching day with Carojajoda. Day 7 of my holiday caching streak. Starting to drizzle so had the park to ourselves. Interesting spot for a cache. Not quite sure how long it will stay secured. Thanks for the cache Dino-Mites.
Out on a caching day with Karennicole it was nice to discover this hidden away park. Lucky it was a damp, miserable day and had just started sprinkling so no muggles today. Took a few minutes to find this and enjoyed retrieving this one. SL and returned to hide, however it wasn't staying put so tried again. Not sure how long this will stay in it's spot but it's there for now. Thanks Dino-Mites for a fun find.
Thanks for the recent feedback on Uncle Stu. We have increased the Terrain level to 2 and have refined the description of how to get to GZ.
Came and grabbed this one with some intel. The TR should be bumped up and it's not on the path.

Today was the day to collect a 'close to work' cache for the numbers I parked and walked down the wet muddy path towards GZ. Once there I started searching and the hint put me off at first. Then, after a 3rd sweep of the area I spied the little thing 'in plain sight!' Managed to grab it and SL, then replaced again. Glad for it to be wet and overcast, so no muggle kids around. TFTC.

As I had been busy all day, it was mid-afternoon and I hadn’t found a cache. I was not that concerned about my streak, as I have well exceeded my goal with that, but it was a calendar day so I had to salvage something from this miserable day. From the description, this recently published cache appeared to be a suitable wet weather hide - "not necessary to leave the paths".
It was pouring when I arrived outside Stewart Park and I was wishing it would stop. However, after I squelched up the path and observed GZ I was grateful for the rain and its muggle-deterrent properties.
It took a while to spot the tiny object. It was getting very dark and my aging eyes were struggling in the gloom. I was just about to return to the car to get a torch when I spotted it. (I must say that the coordinates are spot on.) I grabbed the cache, waded down to the car to use the tweezers and sign the log, then paddled back to GZ to replace it as found, no special tools required.
I also ponder the longevity of this one but it was a saviour today, many thanks The Dino-Mites.

This one looked like it was best done on a weekend when there isn't a steady stream of Epping school boys passing by. Arrived as the rain was starting so things were very quiet. I was convinced it was going to be in one particular spot so after giving that a thorough workover widened my search. If I had read the description it probably would have helped but didn't take long to spot it. Thanks The Dino-Mites. Good to see on in this lovely residual patch of bush.
22/06/13. 08:02 AM. Cache #707. Current streak: 286 days. Followed the milk crate advice from previous loggers and made the find. However, I couldn't get the log out. Note to self - remember tweezers and/or a pin! I have taken a photo of the cache, in situ, that I can forward to the CO if evidence required. TFTC }:)
Took a wrong turn trying a shortcut home and remembered there was a new cache here.
Walked in and looked in one spot that seemed likely but no joy. A perusal of another spot yielded the cache. Have often thought this park deserved a cache. Thanks Dino-mites.

I bumped into JackScruff again, looking for this cache.
I'd just been down the road to The Other Moore Park and it was nice to stop and have a chat.
Thank you for the loan of the milk crate, it made getting the cache so much easier.
We put the cache back where it might be a little more firmly attached...

Came down here with a torch well after sunset - can someone remind me to not try night caching for micros? I will come back in the light.
Easy find but just as well I had my vertically challenged persons cache reaching aid or it would have been difficult. Just as I'd finished the signing duties and nearly had cache back in place The Scout Wizard appeared. We had a chat and returned the cache, just in time before some council workers arrived on site. I wondered if they thought we were dumping my aid in the bush so quick thinking and I thanked SW for getting it for me and we left taking it with us and the council guys were none the wiser.
I think this one could become dislodged if the item it is attached to is used with any vigour.

246th find for The Great Scouts Australia Geocaching Competition 2013 and a *FTF*! I happen come past this park quite often and have always thought it would be an ideal place for a cache... in fact, it was on my shortlist of locations where I want to hide one next up until today! Stewart Park is part of a remnant Turpentine-Ironbark Margin Forest, which was common in the Sydney Basin once upon a time (now, sadly, it is quite rare). Once at GZ it did not take me too long to spot the container and I soon had the CIH, after some amateur acrobatics to reach it. I sat down on the nearby bench to SL and, as I was about to re-insert the log, a familiar face was walking towards me... Mr Yurt! We stayed for a brief chat and then I had to dash off. TFTC The Dino-Mites and thanks for all of the new hides close by!

I needed a FTF for this month and there have been precious few caches placed nearby lately. This one popped up and I thought "go for it" but I knew it was in the heart of FTF fanatic territory (aka alfyboy land). Made my way down there, those lights took a month to change, parked and then spotted someone sitting at the bench head down, signing away. Foiled! It was JordsAU another noted FTF fanatic around here. We chatted for a while about local caches and he had to head off so he left me the cache. I toyed with saving this find for another day but then looking at GZ I'd be surprised if this one lasts. Hope I put it back in the right spot. Some won't like this one at all - I'd recommend a move.
Good park - deserves a cache.
Thanks!
