Quick find. Thanks for another smilie. All good at GZ.
Did you know that planning has started for a Mega Event in Wellington in 2018? Check out the details on the [Wellington Event NZ (WENZ) Website](https://sites.google.com/site/wenzgeo2018/home) or visit the event's page on [FaceBook](https://www.facebook.com/groups/590545297801072/)
Thanks to the Cache Owner who has gone to the trouble of creating this cache, determining the coordinates and then averaging them to make sure they are accurate, placing the cache and registering it online for our enjoyment. Without Cache Owners doing their bit, there wouldn't be a fun hobby that we all love - so again a big THANK YOU. For our bit, all we need to do is find and log the cache that was carefully placed for our personal enjoyment. As we log it we should consider that the Cache Owner also needs to maintain it - when the log sheet fills up, they must replace it. When the container becomes full of water, they need to empty it. When the container is broken, they need to repair it. When it goes missing they need to find or replace it. Well..... the great news is we can do our bit too - make sure your log doesn't take an entire page - just a name and date. If full of water, empty and dry the cache as best as possible. Be careful when handling the cache and make sure you replace it where you found it. If it has a bag, seal it. Just remember - the Cache Owner showed respect to you by placing the cache - please respect them and fellow cachers that follow you by being careful with the cache. And if you have a spare log sheet and the cache you are at needs one, please leave it behind. Finally, if the cache does need maintenance, please let the Cache Owner know - you can log a Maintenance Log or you can drop a line to the Cache Owner. Above all - have fun and remember the Geocaching Code.

Three days after the remnants of Cyclone Cook had passed we rode up this cycleway from Clive to Fernhill. We are a little unsure as to which caches we found on our way up so beg for indulgence if we have logged some and not actually found them. What was evident was the trees, blown over, how high the flood waters had been and how wet many of the logs were (to the point of being a mushy pulp. We thought we knew where one cache may be but there was a grumpy possum in the hidey hole so we looked no further and haven’t of course logged that as a find. It may be a good idea for cache owners to check their caches are OK. However many thanks to all those who have contributed to the trail. TFTC's
We left Kapiti with its cold, windy often wet summer behind to find some better weather in sunny Hawkes Bay. Looking for a few caches of course, and sometimes finding them in areas we have not been before. This was one we picked up on our journey. A quick find, Tftc. A hot walk to find these caches today.
An acronym I know well
Me geomobile back in OZ used to have number plates "FTF0!"
Really !!
Sadly I had to ditch those plates when I moved to a different state
But I still have them as a souvenir [^]
If I ever move back to Qld,
I can put them back on the geomobile
Those plates used to annoy the heck out of cachers who turned up just a bit too late and spotted them
Enough !!
Yes !! I love to stir me fellow cachers up
So here I was at this acronymical spot.
And the cache was quickly found after a stroll through the doggie park
Hooray !!
FTF ..... today

This was easily found and what a cool hiding place. A lovely sized container that was clean and dry. We dropped a trackable off here. TFTC
I found this with my dad (nickhbnz) ages ago but only just got my own account . Thanks
The Three Amigos had planned this trip over several weeks we had a lot on our to do list all the bike trails all the puzzles in town except one we haven't solved all the night trails and all the wherigos plus any trads in between. There was one thing we ran out of while here and that was time so I guess we will be back another day.
We got a FTF today on our way into town so were pleased with that.
The rain arrived half way thorough the trail and we were a bit disappointed that some of the caches were missing and have been missing for some time looking at previous logs.
By the time we got back to the car after riding into a cold head wind and rain it was getting dark we were all stuffed maybe we should ride our bikes more lol.
Cut and paste logs for the rest.

We had planned a trip from Tauranga to Napier area for weeks now, and this weekend was the time to get as many caches as we could find. We called ourselves "The Three Amigos" (and logged as 'T3A'), comprising of myself, Philip.Perry and Davidsonclan. Leaving at 5am Saturday morning, we knew we had a long weekend ahead of us.
We brought our bikes with the intention of completing all the powertrails here, but instead we only managed this one by bikes - but only just! Excuse the C&P logs from here.
A quick find along the trail.

Quick find - no problems here, Cheers Timbermills.
We've had this Tauranga to Hawkes Bay trip planned for a couple of months now and these caches were all part of that plan. The caches of this trail were varied, some clever, others not so much. Some were DNFs and others spotted from the track. This series was a bit of a battle at times, especially when the rain set in. TNXPro, DavidsonClan and myself have signed the logs T3A, an acronym from our messenger chat 'The 3 Amigos'.
**And please join us at the [New Zealand Geocaching Adventure 2016](http://www.nzgeocachingadventure.nz/) which is being held 21-24 October 2016 (Labour Weekend) in Turangi. Please log your attendance at [GC63PZN](https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC63PZN_new-zealand-geocaching-adventure-2016) to ensure this event achieves a [MEGA](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=86) status. Can't wait to see everyone there!**

Out for a rainy morning walk. Cache was partially exposed and easily seen from the trail. Took the TB and covered the cache a bit more. TFTC
Cache quickly located and signed in between a constant stream of muggles out enjoying the sunshine today.
Glad to see the double bagged replacement log! So nice trades in there at the moment
Found added replacement log the other one soaked right through, the container had such a bad smell we washed out the best we could and replaced. Tftc
So there not all micro's then!!! No problem with the find.
Yes, we have found plenty of FTF's including 3 in the last few days.
Left a pet rock - a tropical fish. Thanks timbermills

Thanks for very pleasant stroll, it was nice, sun was shinning and we had few caches on our way, ideal Saturday Thanks
Now where would I hide a cache in this area? Hmmmm Oh I know!!! Great to find these obvious hides. Still a few goodies in the cache to be traded. I left my goodie bag up the bank with the bike and dog, and my boy wasnt all that willing to tramp all the way back just cos mum forgot lol, so it a TFTC SL TN (see I'm up with the acronyms)
Spotted the likely GZ from afar and wasn't disappointed. Appreciated the large sized hide. T4tc
Another beautiful Hawkes Bay - oh, if you don't count the torrential rain this morning. Fun excursion with the kids.

Evening bike ride with the girls, they were thrilled with the find, good for kids
FTF in 2015! Great stash of treasures we all enjoyed trading! Tftc picked up boomerang travel big.
Found today whilst walking the dog. Lots of loot in there for junior cachers, left some littleshop mini's, a trackable and a geocoin, took nothing. TFTC
new log and container in place, and also stocked up the geoswag so that there is more for the kids to swap.
PC Sniff, Kentaro and I spent a wonderful sunny Hawkes Bay day out cycling and caching. Thanks for placing these caches to tempt us out on this bike trail.
Spent 4 days in Hawkes Bay enjoying the great cycling tracks and Geocaching as we went. Had a wonderful time. Have found our share of FTFs to date, but not today. TFTC
Visited the Hawkes Bay for the Mission concert. Enjoyed it a lot and then spent the Sunday to do some cycling on the tracks. Enjoyed it and found a few caches along the way. Some were tougher than others, gathered some sticking seeds from plants, cow at the GZ and even met fellow cashers. All up a great day. TFTC series.
Out on a bike ride with Mr TT, a bit drizzly but enjoying the ride, thanks timbermills.
The bear and Mr TT went for a bikeride today whilst Mrs TT went orienteering. Despite the grey, showery conditions, this is a great cycleway. Mr TT grumbled about the biddybids on his socks from some of the caches TFTC
Maintaining all the caches along the trail, got to find it in order to maintain it!
New loggsheet in place and grabbed the trackable.

I don't worry too much about the first F in FTF but do my best to get the second F . Glad to grab the second F on this one. Good sized container .

TFTC There are different levels of obsession/commitment to this hobby and whether you race for a ftf after dark or not reflects this! We have a few ftf's found in out of the way places or close to home where our luck was in. Personally I'm more for the amble enjoy the experience, than the race. Yay finally a cache big enough for the trackable I had been carrying.
Stayed overnight in the assigned motorhome area of the carpark and enjoyed an early morning walk in the sunshine gathering caches as we went. Met lots of muggles along the way and our geopup mixed and mingled with the muggle dogs, thanks for setting up the series TFTC.
Ms KR wanted to do the Art Gallery in Napier. I was not too fussed so I went on this cyclocache trail. Thanks for the hide.
Found orginally as part of phasevisitor team, now created own account, re-logging as yorkshirekiwi83.
Most Christmas holidays involve a road trip of some description and this year is no exception. Today we were travelling from Gisborne to Napier, picking up a few caches along the way. After arriving in Napier this cycle trail caught our eye, so we decided one of us would walk the trail from SH50A to SH2, while the other did a few things in town and picked me up 3 hours later. A quick find, TFTC!
