What a shame we did not read the previous ligs before trying to find. This one is long gone and needs to be replaced.
Had a bit of a look but after reading the previous logs I didn't spend too much time here.
An awesome little nature-play park but no sign of geocache around co-ords or 10m radius
Came and had a look but gps was taking us to the fence near the cubby house and there wasn't really much at shoulder height for anyone of any stature. Still looked at heights that would suit a dwarf to a basketball centre without success. Nice park though. TFTC!
Unfortunately due to works the park is closed, it is taped off, we will be back at a later date to claim this smiley
Had to wait till school had finished and all the muggles had gone home. Nice hide.
Stopped on our way home from the Red Centre Experience event in Alice Springs. Hubby had lots of stories of him kicking the football in this park as a kid. TFTC
Found on our first day we set off to Alice Springs.
I enjoy finding her caches.

Yet another Mary MacKillop cache - if only she was a geocacher, she would have found caches everywhere!

Had only found and logged a Mary McKillop cache yesterday in Perth. Couldn't pass this one up.

Our efforts to find this one took on a fresh turn of speed when we realised just how many ants were climbing our legs. Luckily we quickly identified the cache and removed ourselves. TFTC.
On a bit of a road trip (close to 2000km by the time we get home) grabbing some LGAs and adding to my smileys tho only finding a few in each major town other wise we will never get home as we only have 3.5 days
Our plan is just to drive and stopover at the nearest town to where we are when it starts getting dark. But we have on our list Katanning, Nyabing, Gnowangerup, Borden, Jerramungup, Ravensthorpe, Esperance, Grass Patch, Salmon Gums, Dundas area, Kambalda, Kalgoorlie, Coolgardie, Southern Cross, Westonia, Merredin, Kellerberin, Tammin, Cunderdin and finish off caching in Meckering
Checked in late to the local caravan park which was all good except no power and our cabin was like a dry sauna which also wasn't good as we needed things to go in the fridge
After a while we went for a drive and the roadhouse at the west end of town was open, boy that ice cream tasted so nice and cool
Got back to park and the power pole near us was getting so legal attention and the power was back on. Time to crank up the aircon
Thought we'd grab a couple of caches before leaving town, this was one of them.
An easy find but will add head height for the not so tall (I'm 4ft 8in - 144cm so definitely not so tall )
TFTC
Enjoying getting the Mary MacKillop caches on our travels.

With the cache numbers reset now for 2017, the plan was to hit the new tear running (or caching).
Teamed up with Granett for a day long roadtrip through the wheatbelt. On the target list, a pile of LGAs to cross off, some Jasmers, some archived caches and a generally fun day out.
We left Perth at 6, heading for Merredin, then down to Narambeen, Bruce Rock, Quairading and then back home. A long drive in the heat, but cachers do crazy things, right?
Found this one, was at my shoulder height.
MAC WA - SVKR_WA found your cache Mary MacKillop - MERREDIN on 2/1/17, 10:15. This is my find #1734 and find #6 today. The cache is in good shape and we replaced it as found. Thanks for placing this and bringing us to this spot!

A big day out with SVKR_WA today picking up a few LGA's (counties) which seems to be the norm for some people these days. After a 740k round trip we ended up with 9 new LGA's, 19 finds and a couple of Jasmers.
This one took a few minutes to locate but SVKR_WA came up with the goods again for our first find in Merredin.
MAC WA I found your cache at 10:15am, this was the 6th of 19 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 3714. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

On way home from Kalgoorlie after spending a few days with family for Christmas and I promised only a few geocaches would be found
Spent the night in Southern Cross and now on our way home. With littlies these stops for caches gives the kids time to have a little run around
TFTC and we replaced as found
We sign logs DD2 to save space

Another find for clan-wallace. I'll bide my time she will soon run out of steam. TFTC
I continued me stroll around Merredin to see if I could make another Mary Mac sighting
There are a lot of caches around the country dedicated to our first Saint
And most are close to skools with the name of St Joseph's
A small, neglected little park cropped up here for me to take a stroll through.
A large rock, possibly once intended to hold some sort of memorial plaque was centre stage.
And down the back, a cache was found after a short fight with some shubberies
TFTC.

Geocaching has taken me on many adventures over the years all over Australia and overseas. It has also introduced me to a brilliant and diverse group of people, many of whom are now close friends.
Today I was lucky enough to be out and about so I targeted this cache.
Sorry for the late log, but thanks for adding to the adventure!
Thanks MAC WA (F=326 H=8) for placing this cache.

Found by Mary & David at 1125. After a delicious early lunch at Cafe 56, we have revived and are on our way to Kalgoorlie tonight. A nice little park here, but the plaque on the rock has been taken. Our thanks to MAC WA.
No luck here today. In the spikey bush next to the fence, I'm guessing, but nothing to be found.
I believe somebody had mixed up the cache. I found the plastic container with black lid at the old brewery. It has been defaced by somebody very immature. I did however leave it there.
Found it. I decided to go caching instead of waiting for my hubby's footy game to start Caching is much more interesting
Hi there MAC WA - We found Mary MacKillop - MERREDIN today - our find # 3725, while out and about on a lightning tour of the Northern Wheatbelt. The cache was found quickly and the container and log are in good condition. Thanks to MAC WA for the cache.
Out on another day trip with Steve. I'm starting to like this Thursday off business. A great drive around the country side and picked up a few smiley faces TFTH TFTC
TFTC! Out for another Wheatbelt drive with Cravo10 to cleanup a bunch of caches published since or that we left since our last visit a couple of years back.
Had a great day out covering approx 900km and visiting a large number of country towns that have very low cache density. Highlights included finding more of zed' archived caches and visiting roe lookout which had fantastic views of the countryside.
Thanks

#2255 - Bruce had given up in the nasty, spikey bush, coming from both sides. Felt like a pin cushion. But Marg spotted it. It was definitely not grounded. And bring some secateurs to trim away so you can get to the cache without getting savagely spiked. All part of the fun and challenges on our AroundOz bicycle tour via the highest peak in each State and mainland Territory.

Day sixty two of the WA road trip with BettyBoo3747.
The start of the long trip home. Perth to Kalgoorlie today, grabbing caches as the mood took us.
What a strange little park! We located and signed the cache and then went to read the plaque on the big rock in the middle of the block, but there was no plaque! Are they waiting for something to happen around here?
Thanks, Robmc.

# 8304. Today is the day Robmc and I start our slow journey back East. We are heading to Kalgoorlie and intend to pick up a few caches on the way. We are able to add 11 smilies on the trip.
This one confused us as it is certainly not under rocks as indicated by a previous log. The coordinates were however way over the side fence into someone's backyard. Rob retrieved it from the lethally prickly bush today. I had been doing laps around the huge boulder in the centre of the block but there was no plaque to be read??
Thanks MAC WA

Always seem to be in a hurry when passing through here so today I made time for a find.

Found it this morning at 11:05, but wrote Jan instead of FEB. - Duh!
Correct coordinates should be = S 31 29.218, E 118 16.553. Container is on ground under rocks

A quick find as we could see it while approaching gz. Co-ords are about 8 mts out and cache is not at height indicated. Thanks MAC WA
Just relogging under a new account. Signed log under an old account of dcorunna on this day
In Merredin for the Christmas break and doing a late afternoon/early evening cache run on Christmas Day. Quick find. TFTC.

Today I was heading home to Perth after spending a few nights in Kalgoorlie for some family birthdays. I was able to stop by here quickly on the way down the highway. I pulled up just nearby GZ on the laneway and jumped out to grab another find. TFTC MAC WA
This one surprised us as we kind of expected it to be at the school. But it was across the road. Tftc
