### **CACHE OWNER ATTENTION REQUIRED** ###
----------
I acknowledge the Needs Archive log by amygvsl , but I can not see a recent needs maintenance log on this cache!
**If a cache needs some attention by the Cache Owner, it is preferable to contact the owner of the geocache with your concerns and/or log a Needs Maintenance log.** Use the profile link next to the cache owner's name at the top of the cache page to send an email or message, as well as logging to the cache page your experience regarding your visit.
Only if you have no response from the cache owner after a reasonable amount of time, then I'd suggest using a "Needs Archive" Log. Except for in the most extreme cases, it's normally best to give the cache owner a chance to fix the issue before alerting the Reviewers.
Help Centre article; [**I Found a Geocache that Needs Maintenance.**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=551) has more information.
**In this case it would seem there is a need for the CO to check out the cache, so I am disabling the cache to facilitate action by the cache owner.**
No sign of the CO since this was placed and after braving the tree I couldn’t find it. I’d have to agree with the other DNFs, this one needs archiving.
Nothing but DNFs since December 2017 and no sign of the CO. Pretty sure this is missing.
No luck here for us today. I mean Mr. LalorBrennan as there was no way I was getting up there.
As I'd started off being 3 months behind in my logging I am desperately trying to catch up and am mass logging to do so.
Cybergran V and dalerious had planned to spend the day finding the Space Endeavour series and they kindly asked me to join them Rex came too and had his first full day out geocaching [^]
By days end which was accompanied by thunder and lighning, I had found 46 caches and had 2 DNFs. We had rain and were dripping wet, we had glitter and were sparkly, we had lunch at St Andrews where Rex was not allowed into the market because apparently he is a dog We also found the whole Space Endeavour series and by doing so have apparently earned enough points in the Planetary Pursuit geocaching promotion to obtain all of the souvenirs
DNF! dalerious spent almost an hour up there scrambling around to no avail

A tree climb so this look interesting. We detoured over to find it muggle free. A suitable start point was found and soon we were walking the plank right up to GZ for a quick find. We added our name, re hide and descended. TFTC
Headed to the Kinglake area with Jacko for an enjoyable day's hiking. Okay, a little driving too, but a lot of hiking .
We started the day here. While I was still looking at the cache details on my GPSr, Jacko was up the tree!
Great tree, fun climb, enjoyable cache.
Thanks, ELERT261419.

I swung by here for the DT rating - because most of the time that leads me to awesome caches. To be sure this was one!
Arrived with Pacman on an early start to the day. On the ground, could not spot the cache. Let's just climb up and see.
There it is!
A nerve racking walk the plank...to arrive at the cache. Done! Now the bum slide back. Thanks ELERT! Great cache - thanks for your contribution to the game!

Shareoncorringan this was the easiest one of the woodies how did u not find it it's ok though I can see u have only 4 caches so therough exporice u will find more
Must be some good tree climbers out there we couldn't find this one and we do t have a ladder
Did indeed climb the low branches, then clambered and slid along to the cache. Very windy, rain started just as I was coming down, no more woodys today. Thanks.
In the Melbourne area today specifically chasing D/T's, old caches and a series, this one was on my list. The cache was located in an interesting spot, I placed it back where I found it. Stunning tree.
This is the only Woody cache I found and I have to admit I was very luck because I picked it up from the ground among the leaves. It is back in a much more reasonable spot (for the likes of me). Follow the same instructions. Thanks ELERT261419.
This evening after dinner, i had a caching itch i needed to scratch, so I headed out to find a few from this woody series.
The last of the night, and probably the most challenging climb! The spotlight turned on while I was up in the tree, quite alot like a prison-break scene in a movie! The cache was easily located, and while up there I stopped to enjoy the view of the christmas lights across the road. TFTC

Fourth tree-climb for the day for our boy, and by this stage he was almost up to "Look dad, no hands". Scrambled up in no time, headed along the wrong bough then turned back the other way and said "there it is!"
Guardians of the bullant variety, and a log which didn't want to stay rolled-up provided a little extra work but nothing too difficult.
TFTC and the series ELERT 261419. We're loving these great old trees, didn't know that they grew this far to the south.

Found the bottom of the container! Searched high and low for the paper. Think it may have fallen out of the tree during the storms. Left container at the bottom of the tree.
Quite a climb. Was worried I'd have an issue getting down but it was easier than expected. I think the neighbours are used to be climbing the tree; they didn't seem surprised. Tftc
Went to this one at night. Neighbours were very curiously watching me and the dog wanted a piece of me too. TFTC
After finding our old Etrex 30, which we assumed was long gone, we realised all of our old finds were still on there !! Now we can finally catch up on all of our finds from our early days of caching. [8)] Sorry for the very late log.
Not being a fan of tree climbs, I was a little hesitant here. Luckily it was a quick retrieval, with no broken bones !! TFTC 261419ELERT

Holidays is a great time to plan a day out. I openly put out a day of geocaching and theTritonz and buzzsmc were only to happy to join in the fun of an adventure away from home. We decided to move from home early to beat the morning traffic of the unfortunate muggles that had to go to work for the day. We were gone for well over 14hrs for the day, tiring but fun. We picked up some great caches for the day, some difficult D/T's and had a great day out.
After finishing our target series for the day near Mt. Disappointment and a few further north, it was time to head back south and tackle a few in this area. We marked this one due to the D/T rating. We raced up the tree and the search was on. A little bit of a search from within the tree and some spotting from below and the cache was spotted. Stamped and returned as found.
### *Thanks for this trad cache, Elert 261419*. [^] Log and container in good condition.Took Nothing, Left Nothing ###

Another cache down in the woody series. Took a moment to find but eventually saw the glittering of silver in the sun light.

This one is hilarious! Lucky hubby has some climbing skills, and a quick response for curious muggles! TFTC
Pretty tricky one to get to, luckily my husband is tall! Forgot to take a pen so had to throw it up to him so he could sign the log book. Lovely tree though!
Fun climb but only if you like being up high! Make sure to think of a pen before you go up:-) TFTC!
Got to GZ and noticed this was going to be harder than the others we found today. My son got up but soon found a lack of branches to support him. I then spotted the Cache and told him where it was. He decided it was too far without any support and got down. Without anyone to boost me up, this one will have to wait for another day.
the first cache found today in our hunt, we looked for like 20 minutes until my friend was like, "whats this?" We signed it and went on our way to the next one.
Found today while in Melbourne collecting some pre solved mysteries and some unique DT caches.
After scouring for the prize the male Triton made his way comfortably to GZ and had the log signed before I had taken some photos. Luckily there wasn't any stage fright today.
Great old tree, we can't imagine the age of this one.
Thanks ELERT261419 for showing us this grand ole' tree.

Found with Moosetash today as we cached around the area, we promised the kids a chance to climb some trees but they didn't get far with this one, I made my up after Moose spotted it and made the grab. Thanks ELERT261419 for the cache.
We were searching and searching for this one from the ground, so we knew where to climb the tree.. and the Moose spotted it, so Happy pants made the find! Thanks for the hide, its great to see them keeping these awesome old trees as progress occurs around them.
Was in the area for a few other caches, and took a look at this one.
… a good long look. Then I got stage-fright and left for the day. Will return (ideally with someone who can call an ambulance if/when required) and attempt another day.
Congrats to all who have collected this very impressive cache!

Unfortunately 4 council workers were doing repairs to this park and I couldn't even get close to the tree. WIll have to come back another day.
No#5 for the day.
Found ages ago, sorry for my delayed log.
Trying to catch up on all my finds.
Thanks for bringing me here.

What fun! This was quite different from other trees I've climbed to retrieve caches. I circled the tree a couple of times until I spotted the cache. Then I tested a couple of climbing routes - nope and nope. I then tried something a little different and although the initial leap was not graceful the rest of the climb was quite straightforward. Tree climbing routes may seem obvious but this one requires some alternative thinking. And then afterwards, reading the hint, it seems ELERT261419 agrees! Thanks for such an interesting cache location.
What a beautiful tree. Pleasant night for a climb. Sorry to disturb the lorikeets. Tftc
Epic tree climbing event, a Muggle walked by but didn't even glance over, had a great laugh getting the cache back up! Tftc
Drove past this one earlier in the day and decided that it would be better attempted at night. Went took the ferals to the park and looked at the Christmas lights and came back. Well its safe to say that this cashe is aptly named. Mr J-O-A-T certainly got a Woody climbing the tree. Lots of giggles from he and I when we realized he had no pen to log our find. I found a pen in the car and checked on the ferals who opted to wait in there, while hubby explored the tree. I then had the task of throwing the pen up to him while he stood on the branch. Lets just say I need to practice my pen throwing skills! Had a guy say hi while walking his dog past, pretty sure he knew what we were doing as its not everyday you see someone throwing a pen to a guy in a tree while hysterically giggling and only say hi. Hubby raved all the way home about climbing trees. Great cashe thanks heaps for the belly laugh.
Paige climbed whilst I was ground support spotting the cache as she clambered up. Great tree , TFTC
Wasn't hard to spot the tree, it's a beauty. Being not so young and spritely was happy to send geoson up the tree, but he didn't find it first time. Spotting the cache was a bit harder, but with a few logs to encourage and inform figured out where it was. Up the tree he went again, grabbed it with a big stretch and passed it down. I signed, geomum threw it back up and all done. Our first Woody cache. TFTC.
Found it this afternoon with my mate. Lots of muggles around but because we're both teenagers we just made it look like we were mucking around, even the odd jogger didn't look twice to see what we were doing. Awesome climb. TFTC!
Last cache for the day, and not the easiest. Another tree, another climb, another cache. Good timing as the sun went down and the light came on. TFTC.
Another climb for....hubby! Hahah! Its funny how i assume its always hubby doing the dirty jobs...worried that the next tree is gonna be my problem...booo! What a beautiful tree again!..and what a great timing! As soon hubby got up...the spotlight went on! Hehe. Lots of moggles around so yeah...got distracted again giving away some cuddles. thanks for the cache!
Checked this one today and still all good to go.

Not sure if I can call this a find, But after a search at GZ located cache.Getting it was another problem being nearly 60 and with a gammy leg, decided not to tackle the final step.
Thanks ELERT261419 for the cache

I met up with Day1976 for an afternoon and evening of caching. We decided to start north east of the city and work our way west towards an event we were going to attend later that night at Point Cook. The weather had looked a bit ominous earlier on but held off for us and it was actually pretty mild all evening.
We actually did five 'Woody' caches this afternoon, all with varying degrees of trickiness. We surveyed the location and soon Day spotted the cache. A quick climb up and the log was signed. Love the tree climbs.
Thanks ELERT261419.

Took the afternoon off work to catch up with Quasar3671 for a bit fo a caching run through the northern suburbs. I had visited this one previously, but with a restless toddler in tow last time I hadn't been able to spot the cache. This time I was able to spot the cache from the ground and within seconds quasar had it in hand. Nice hide, thanks for a great challenge.
That was beyond super-gnarly, one of the most enjoyable tree climbs I've had. I looked at one dangling limb, then tried the trunk, then spotted a far more enticing limb. It was ladder-like climb then a balance across a stunning thick bough to reach the cache, which I had spotted from the ground. Thanks for luring me out this way.
It was another monthly caching run with Biggles Bear, this time closer to home in the suburbs of Melbourne. After giving him a boost, BB#1 was able to retrieve the cache. This was the first of our Woody caches that took us back to our childhood days.
Thanks to ELERT261419 for the cache.

Well we are claiming this as a find because we can see it in it's hiding place. Despite all 3 kids begging to retrieve the cache I did not feel it was safe for them to climb so far up so we haven't signed the log.
TFTC, An ace cache to reach. Always love getting the monkey skills out and retrieving a cache. Joint find with the geokids Ethan and Reece.
Found with Trailrunning on another Monday caching adventure, Plenty of tree climping and water wading tonight. Thanks ELERT261419 for the cache.
Thanks for the great cache. Did a couple from this series a little while ago but haddn't got very far. Thanks ELERT261419 for another great Woody cache, by the way like the back story. Thanks! PIPPAESP
Climbed up and had a good look around, but unable to locate. Will attempt again in future.
