Part-time team member dad and I headed out for a bit of caching in the Yanchep area. There were quite a few people around fishing today. Unfortunately we couldn't find this one.
So even though we couldn’t find it , we Removed alot of rubbish from the bush so we helped a little in clearing the beach!
We headed out today in the weather to grab some caches, happy to say we came up trumps here today and claimed the smilie TFTC
Yay. This has been on my radar for ages. But now the road is open its much easier. Lovely beach and surf. TFTC
On a morning drive up from Perth and having first picked up the caches in Two Rocks I made my way south to tackle Yanchep. This was my first stop as I was expecting a bit of a hike along the beach from reading the cache page - rest assured I was able to drive right up to within a few metres of the posted GZ. There is lots of building work going on in the wider area (no idea where the Capricorn Club used to be) but the sealed road now leads to a handy car parking area right by the beach The boardwalk is also reduced to just some posts but it was still an easy walk to GZ. Took a few photos on the way, great views, then made a quick find once at GZ. Coords spot on Great spot so can’t decide if I’m happy or unhappy that I didn’t need to walk along the beach! TFTC
Day 76 of 365! Two months down 10 to go! It’s been fun following through on my New Years resolution.
Had a bit of a struggle finding a road that would take me out of the last cache I went to but finally managed. Very creepy road! Was followed at the end by a guy in a yellow FJ cruiser... but we eventually found the cache and Mini me had lots of fun by all the laughing she was doing! Tftc

Headed up to gingin today with the only real goal of the day being to pickup the road to gin gin cache named after us.
We managed to nab it finally after stumbling around for a bit going back and forth.
We continued on and collected a couple more in the area before grabbing a couple of caches around alkimos and towards Quinn's
Good day out with a dozen or so finds. Thanks to the local COs for their caches.

Left home at 06:00 to do battle with the Kwinana Fwy to join Fratra for a trip north. We restrained ourselves from doing any caches until we reached Mindarie then cached our way up to Guilderton. 31 finds 3 DNFs. More to the point we have had a wonderful time with some good laughs & great mates. Lovely sunshine & beautiful views.
Spot on coords in a wonderful beach location. We explained caching to a local fisherman, who thought we were mad....but he humoured us! TFTC

dropping the coin in for a visit as we head up the coast and start this pirate coins adventure
That was a nice hike along the beach, very proud of Mr 6 and Mr 2 for tackling all the steps and then the trip down the beach. They happily built sand castles while I hunted for the cache, took me a little bit but got there in the end. Mr 6 had a great time running through the water on the way back, Mr 2 was a tad scared. Walked north up the beach from Yanchep Lagoon to get this (and a couple of others on the way). Didn't meet another soul anywhere, and the weather was perfect for July. The cache is in good condition, tucked away under some scrub at the right coordinates.
No sign of two of the listed trackables, unfortunately, (TAKEMEHOME and BC Parks 100 Years Geocoin). Took the opportunity to rescue the third one with the hitch-hiking Thor before he goes missing too, (Travel Bug Dog LegoLegs Tag). We'll take him inland and drop him somewhere safe soon.
TFTC!

Awesome! Easy find and the kids were stoked to gain a few small treasures as well as leave a heap of new ones! Thanks for the cache! Raelee, Anita, Vivienne, Talon, Steen, Ryker, and Willow.
The Yanchep Beach Resort is now closed down and gates locked (no entry signs are up). Cache may still be accessible from the beach though.
Big hike to get there but found it in the end.
Picked up a geocoin and left a TB with a hitchhiking Thor

I found it. I left my mark. I replaced it and I left. TFTC nice size cache. Saw friesenmumins Paderborn Geocoin but left it there for someone else.
Nice beach to visit even on a showery day, great walk along the sand. Container was sitting in the open but now it's tucked under the scrub at GZ, but harder to find given its colour. Left a TB for someone to take on their journeys. TFTC
After being watching the greatest football team smash Geelong in peace and quiet, time to fulfil my part of the deal, to give the wife some peace and quiet, so of I went with the geo kids to track downs some hides.
Geo son made a quick find with this one. Then we spent the next hour playing in the dunes
Alls well with the hide

Such a great spot! I remember camping here when the kids were younger. Very windy day! Quick climb on the rocks then back to the car. Tftc.
Our sixth find today as we head north to Jurien Bay, I'm getting the hang of this navigating and NOT driving but m4yb is doing a stirling job of it. Such a memory blast coming back here, been years and years. Nice day for a return visit to the beach area. I don't remember the boardwalk but the sand felt nice.
Thanks deltic

Unlike my geofriend, I had never been here before. Enjoyed the walk, although the boardwalk has been slightly buried by the shifting sands. I looked and I made the find, SL and replaced. Only one way down but a slippery slide on the sand!

First time looking with my 2 & 4 year olds and failed miserably Maybe we need to pick an easier / bigger one to start with!
Reasonably quick find in muggle rich area. I hope this cache doesnt get engulfed by the moving sand dunes as the boardwalk is! Found with the Fabulous Panda. TFTC
This was our first time at doing Geocaching. We found a cable tie with under the bench seat with nothing on it but that's it. Had a good look around in the bushes, but no luck. I really don't know what it is that we are looking for and if it is still there or not.
Sweet my send find. Did my excerise for the month up and down up and down... Quite puffed but excited for find. Tftc
Found with son and granddaughter on a cool cloudy morning
Tftc sl tnln.
No travel bug or geocoin unfortunately
Thanks from Grey Nomadz

Great find (we were minus geezer today ) . 1st cache found by almost 3 yr old meerkat !! TSLS TFTF
Bit of a dig required! The ever-shifting sands of the beach make this really difficult.
Stayed at Club Capricorn with some friends overnight, so went for a walk before the rest had arisen. Nice easy find even though the carpark and beach was chokkers with FisherMuggles. As I followed my GPS I spotted was I thought was potentially the cache however my GPS was indicating I was still 10 metres away. It settled down fairly quickly and took me back to what I suspected was the cache. TNLNSL TFTC
Lovely spot on the WA Coast, although much of the Boardwalk has disappeared under the moving sand dune.

Found it, Senior cachers, we had issues climbing the dunes. Boardwalk almost non existant. Took nothing, left prehistoric trinket and a one hundred dollar note.
