nechtělo se mi do té vysoké trávy, ale nebylo tak mokro, jak jsem čekal
minule jsme nenašli nic a teď jsem objevil krabičky dokonce dvě

Three days after the remnants of Cyclone Cook had passed we rode up this cycleway from Clive to Fernhill. We are a little unsure as to which caches we found on our way up so beg for indulgence if we have logged some and not actually found them. What was evident was the trees, blown over, how high the flood waters had been and how wet many of the logs were (to the point of being a mushy pulp. We thought we knew where one cache may be but there was a grumpy possum in the hidey hole so we looked no further and haven’t of course logged that as a find. It may be a good idea for cache owners to check their caches are OK. However many thanks to all those who have contributed to the trail. TFTC's
Biking along the trail on a beautiful sunny day. Quick find after navigating down the bank. Cheers.
DNF. May be it needs replacing, opi offi and I found 3 along this trail today but not this one
I found this with my dad (nickhbnz) ages ago but only just got my own account . Thanks
The Three Amigos had planned this trip over several weeks we had a lot on our to do list all the bike trails all the puzzles in town except one we haven't solved all the night trails and all the wherigos plus any trads in between. There was one thing we ran out of while here and that was time so I guess we will be back another day.
The rain arrived half way thorough the trail and we were a bit disappointed that some of the caches were missing and have been missing for some time looking at previous logs.
By the time we got back to the car after riding into a cold head wind and rain it was getting dark we were all stuffed maybe we should ride our bikes more lol.
Cut and paste logs for the rest.

We had planned a trip from Tauranga to Napier area for weeks now, and this weekend was the time to get as many caches as we could find. We called ourselves "The Three Amigos" (and logged as 'T3A'), comprising of myself, Philip.Perry and Davidsonclan. Leaving at 5am Saturday morning, we knew we had a long weekend ahead of us.
We brought our bikes with the intention of completing all the powertrails here, but instead we only managed this one by bikes - but only just! Excuse the C&P logs from here.
Dont think one took too long to locate.

A quick find but these stop banks are killing me Cheers Timbermills.
We've had this Tauranga to Hawkes Bay trip planned for a couple of months now and these caches were all part of that plan. The caches of this trail were varied, some clever, others not so much. Some were DNFs and others spotted from the track. This series was a bit of a battle at times, especially when the rain set in. TNXPro, DavidsonClan and myself have signed the logs T3A, an acronym from our messenger chat 'The 3 Amigos'.

Took way longer to find than expected even though we were looking in the right place. NS
Found it. Wow what a mission. Everything was over grown but we managed to find it. NS
This one we spotted right away as it was just lying in the open, have placed it back where we think it should be. TFTC
Decided after having done a series of caches in the morning we would tackle another set of caches along this cycle route. Not to be outdone by the very cold and forceful wind or the bulls along the way we managed to locate many of these both close by and down off the levee.
Sorry for the copy and paste logs, but we had a lovely day biking this track, we didnt see many people at all on this side, thanks for taking the time to place these caches. - the bulls were on the track until we got to close
Enjoying the walk finding most of these caches dog going to be shattered has been up and down banks about 4x more than us.
Nearing the end of unfound caches along this trail now. The usual spot on co ords meant a quick easy find. TFTC timbermills
Our last along this trail for today. Thanks for bringing us along here Steve on a beautiful Hawkes Bay day . We had heaps of fun.
Out on a sunny day with some of the Jr. Cachers along a bike ride power trail. The fence wasn't the problem but the way down to the cache was full of some sort of biddy-bid like plant that Mr All7ofusNZ hadn't come across before, and hopefully never will again. A quick find at GZ but some minutes were taken on returning to the top of the stopbank to de-burr from mid-thigh on down - exposed parts of socks and legs were well covered . TFTC.
Strainer it is! Quick find, TFTC
PS Dog has seriously slowed down, but we are nearing the end of our trail, he has been informed only one more to go (but we neglected to also tell him he still had two K's to go til he is safely back in his ride home)

Found! My son found this one on his own and left a little gift or trade for the next kid that comes along.
Nice caches, some hides are very clever! Thanks and greetings from Czech Republic!!
Dad and 3yo came to try and finish this trail off. Container was on grass in the open. Replaced near hint item.
Tripped in the ditch and face planted myself in the mud and manure! Checked the GPS was okay and wiped the worst of the mud off in the grass. Another quick find when I got there. t4tc
Visited the Hawkes Bay for the Mission concert. Enjoyed it a lot and then spent the Sunday to do some cycling on the tracks. Enjoyed it and found a few caches along the way. Some were tougher than others, gathered some sticking seeds from plants, cow at the GZ and even met fellow cashers. All up a great day. TFTC series.
Out on a bike ride with Mr TT, a bit drizzly but enjoying the ride, thanks timbermills.
The bear and Mr TT went for a bikeride today whilst Mrs TT went orienteering. Despite the grey, showery conditions, this is a great cycleway. Mr TT grumbled about the biddybids on his socks from some of the caches TFTC
Had a great walk on Waitangi Day together with two friends. We will come back to finish the trail soon! TFTC
I really enjoyed the walk, from the railway line end to the 'Power up' cache. I met a fellow on his morning walk on this track, and while talking to him I discovered that he was a shearer in a gang where I had worked in Wairarapa, 45 years ago. We both knew several people working there, though didn't know each other at the time.
I found 10 of the 12 caches, all quick finds. Thanks for the cache.

The only one in the series that I wasnt able to replace the log due to the farmer discing the field nearby.
We stayed over in the campervan and today would be a nice, warm cycling day.
We hopped up on our bikes and started up with our fourfeet mugglers Xafier and Xento
Our second hop down and noticed a couple of names missing in the cache which where in previous ones....properly they give up walking up and down

Ms KR wanted to do the Art Gallery in Napier. I was not too fussed so I went on this cyclocache trail. Thanks for the hide.
Found orginally as part of phasevisitor team, now created own account, re-logging as yorkshirekiwi83.
Most Christmas holidays involve a road trip of some description and this year is no exception. Today we were travelling from Gisborne to Napier, picking up a few caches along the way. After arriving in Napier this cycle trail caught our eye, so we decided one of us would walk the trail from SH50A to SH2, while the other did a few things in town and picked me up 3 hours later. Another quick find here, TFTC!

I decided it was time to do a little exercise along with picking a few caches so decided to walk from the road to the "Power Up" cache. A nice return distance of 6.3 km.
Cheers for the cache.
Cheers for the cache.
Lots of hi viz'd muggles coming the other way, and all with a smile and cheery 'hello' to share, some sort of sponsored or sporting event I guess. No problems with the find here this morning.

think the cache has moved a bit from the hints location, just search around a bit.
Quick find, but not so sure about those steers when they are on the stop bank. I'm sure that one with the really evil stare wants to hurt me, the sooner he's in a burger the better.

Not for long. Wasn't the most gracious decent from the path. Much face first but at least its another cache maked off and only a couple before I turn to cycle back to the car
