Currently a massive pyramid of gravel just inside the fence line - you can hardly see the heritage lost - but the cache is uncompromised. Thanks Hurtle.
Not sure why we missed this one previously...

Caching around Willunga area today and getting to see the country side and the many vineyards. Thanks to the COs for placing and maintaining their hides for our enjoyment to try and find them.
Out and about while staying at Willunga on holiday from Brisbane. Today was finding caches around Willunga and surrounding areas. Due to the numbers I am doing a generic log. I appreciate the CO's for placing these caches out there, bringing us to different locations in the countryside. TFTC

This cache needs some TLC, the lid is no existent and broken, unfortunately I didn’t have a replacement of sorts otherwise would if fixed it up.
Today I headed south to Aldinga and mclarenvale to go for a bike ride and decided to collect a few caches on my way down to the area. 35 finds for the day plus a few labs.
Thanks for the cache

Fresh off the Cats and Dogs series, i came to this one. The cache was found in the first place i looked and the log was signed at 10:57 on Wed 22 July 2020.
The lid is busted but there is a rag screwed into the lid to prevent moisture getting in but as moisture is seemingly magical it still has gotten in but only lightly as the log was still signable [^]

So this was a fairly full-on solo geocaching day for me today, and I wanted to make the most of the terrific weather that had the right temperature, sun out and blue sky. The plan was to head south to tackle some of the power trails / series, and for the most part, that was achieved. My day started at Seaford, and then it was a run along the creek finding the *Real Aliens* series. I then diverted towards the ocean, to find a nemesis oldie and enjoy a run along Moana's cliffs. A selection of the *Cats and Dogs* series were detoured past, before a break at Aldinga's bakery. Next was the *Forty Winks* series, and then back towards the ocean to enjoy a few caches at Sellicks Beach. It was getting to late afternoon by the time I drove through Myponga, and targeted a few hiking geocaches around there, and back towards Sellicks Hill. By this time, it was dark, and so made my way home, having utilised this great weather as best as I could.
An interesting piece of history to its lonesome. The cache was quickly found, and a few minor issues with this one: The container lid is slightly broken, and the logbook is slightly damp, so something to watch to see if it gets worst at all. Thanks Hurtle and 2 Geokids for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Nomads travelling in their caravan around Australia. We have been on the road since July 2011 and discovered caching in August 2013. We travel with a bunch of travel bugs belonging to our sons and grand children. Where ever possible, we will maintain your cache as we travel.
After a week in Sydney, (without our geomobile) we are now back in SA - Willunga, and keen to make up time and start a new geo-streak. Today is day 2!
Cute hut, good hide, thanks for the cache Hurtle and 2 Geokids

Stopped by tonight to find the rural fence is gone, the 7ft temp builders fence is gone, the graffiti seems to be going too, the ground has been graded and now bare earth in most parts.
No sign of cache, with the gz co-ords now on barren ground!
Will come back in daylight to assess the future of this one...

Pulled over to find this one but could not. There has been recent works which has removed fences and trees in the area. Owner may want to check it.
Out geocaching with White Elf between today’s work shifts.
Easy find. I like ruins Thanks for bringing us here

We are out chasing a few cats and dogs before heading to the doctor's and have come across a couple of old homes. SL TFTC
Unfortunately we had to leave Kangaroo Island already today although we were not able to visit all the spots we were interested in. We left to celebrate new years eve in Adelaide, meet up with friends and watch the fireworks.
Back on mainland we turned a couple of green boxes in to yellow smileys.
Thanks to Hurtle and 2 Geokids for placing the cache.

heading off to Adelaide for New Year‘s Eve. We took a few boxes on the way before we arrived in the city. Here we directly strolled around the centre, hitting a lot of virtuals, earth caches and traditionals on the way.
The caching evening was finished with an event at light square which we organized for our trip. And then off to the fireworks at Elder Park.
Thanks to all COs for placing and maintaining the boxes, earthcaches and virtuals.
Found and logged together with Swerik, Mikaching and GPS-Wickie.

#3343 Parked the car right at GZ and made the quick find. Finding a few caches in this area today. I'm Visiting Adelaide for 5 days from Canberra on this very hot summers day. Found a total of 76 caches. TFTC Hurtle and 2 Geokids.
Out and about after dropping daughter to work at the day on the green. Found with superman_22
It's Wednesday, so time for caching! This time the Awesome Foursome was composed of an Owl, a Mule, a Starfish and a Rat in a convoy of 2 cars, so Owl could make a quick getaway. This was the final one for Owl on her trip home. Quick find in the only logical place it could be.
Last day of our geocaching trip around the area exploring from cache to cache with woolwood9.
We really enjoyed finding the good containers and visiting the nice locations.
*Another find for us here! SL TFTC*

Today we headed south to Yankalilla to find some targetted caches. We also looked for some other nearby caches. This was one of them.
We enjoy the caches in the Lost Heritage series. We can only imagine life at the times these buildings were used as homes. Unfortunately, like many others, this one has seen better days but at least the main structure is still standing. Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Hurtle, PG06 and 2 Geokids for the cache.

Quick easy find on this gorgeous autumn day. Enjoying wandering around these back roads. What a lovely building. TFTC
The weather had blown this away and taken the top off the GC. All back in one piece where the clue had it positioned. TFTC
