Logs
The area around GZ has been cleared, and the cache is gone. I'll archive it, and set a new one in the not too distant future.
Too many Muggles will have to check this out next time I'm in the area. Couldn't see it in any case
Good little hiding sport. I haven't been here in years so it was good to look back on memories

With the dissapointment from a DNF at a nearby Bridge cache still hurting, Mr Ozjeeper wasn't sure about finding this one at all. He walked up to where the GPSr was pointing, took a look, saw something a bit unusual and had the container in his hands in ust a few seconds.
Sometimes you are lucky (and sometimes you aren't)so now its back to the troubleome Bridge for another attempt a that one.

Great hide! Thought I better grab this one while I was Hanging out at a event near by.
Very clever & creative hide! Simple yet extremely effective. Found with some new GC friends after nearby event hosted by the same CO wrapped up. SL / TFTC
Went looking for this one with the GeoBrother, craziefour and phlphotos after attending RainbowSpirits' Clever Camoed and Constructed Caches event. There were a few muggles in the area but hidden behind the trees craziefour soon made the found. TFTC!
At the nearby event and at point of departure Tronador mentioned going for the nearby caches. Accompanied also by the Urbans, it was an easy stroll to the wetlands, rather peaceful in the last of winter day sunshine. At the GZ three peering cachers vied for the prize ... no guesses for who needed to be shown the where and what. TFTC
What a beautiful lake and such a peaceful park. The cache took some searching to find even though it is in plain sight. Good one RS.
#432 having 2 previous DNHAG (did not have a go) because there were always people sitting at the bench seat feeding the ducks we wandered down after the Clever Camo event with kevinto, his brothere & craziefour to look for this one. Craziefour was the one who found the cache so we all signed it and replaced as found. Then he showed where he had spotted it and we had a look from where we had been checking from to see if we could see it from our spot. Thanks for the cache
“I now have my own account and I am logging this old find under my new username.”
As I am here a day early for the event I might as well do a cache. It was relatively easy to spot, but much harder to retrieve. Also a grandmother with two children being right there feeding the ducks was not helping. Cool cache, great camouflage. Thanks for the cash.
28/07/15. 2:05 PM. Cache #2737. Streak day #401.
7th of 8 today.
I started the afternoon picking off a few of Blacktown City's western outliers. After finding "A Bridge So Far", I walked over to this one.
As I walked over, I read past logs (a couple of recent DNFs wasn't going to deter me) and saw that others had referred to spoiler photos of the cache. I checked these out - yikes one of those. Once I got to GZ - thankfully devoid of muggles other than the web-footed kind - I got to searching. The hint narrowed down the search area a little, but it still took me a few minutes before I had success. This one will get a few finds in a month's time during the CO's nearby event, I'm sure.
Back to the car and then I decided to search for 2015 caches, my nearest unfound being Blundo's "One" in Schofields, where I headed next. TFTC.

Ran out of lunchtime. Will need to come back. A little family kept me company while looking though.
O yay!!!
Well camo-d...
Its hard caching with a three yr old...was about to give up when 15yrold newbie cacher spotted it.

Had trouble with this one. Plenty muggles around fishing and playing. Wandered aimlessly for a while. Crossed the lake and then crossed back. Looked chest high and chest low But no luck this time.
I was exploring this park with Coybear2000 this morning. Initially we went to the wrong side of the lake and crossed over onto an island, followed by some muggles. Then we realized that we'd have to cross the water to reach GZ, so we backtracked to the correct side. We spent some minutes searching, and trying not to look too obvious to the many muggles, and soon we had cache in hand. TFTC
Trodectus was in the lead for this one so ended up taking long way round to cache. Located after a bit searching by T. TFTC
Thank god there were photos of this one because I certainly probably would have given up searching for it given where it was.
I would have been looking for something completely different.
Sometimes spoilers are alright especially when they're in the form of showing the container but not the location.
Made it easier than it would have been but not too easy so it wasn't a rewarding find.
Thanks for the cache, it keeps our streak alive.

Curious muggle bowering around, we just st started to feed the duck and eventually they went away, then our serch began, this one we were lucky with , didn't take too long. Thank goodness. TFTC
Last attempt for the day and unfortunately came up blank. With the hint and some previous logs I figured I was looking for a well camoed cache at a certain level, but probably 20 minutes searching around the area I just did not spot it today. Oh well, you get a DNF occasionally and it was hot enough, and I was hungry enough to call it quits from there. Still while the lake is an ugly brown at the moment it was nice to see some waterbirds in the area, and even the local kids are friendly as one asked me how's it going as I walked back to the car. In an area that rumours from the 80s would have it if you leave you car for 5 minutes it would be stripped. Thanks Rainbow Spirit.
The lake was lovely with lots of birdlife........ and a well camouflaged cache as well. Didn't find this one quickly and enjoyed the challenge. TFTC.
The last in this trilogy. Obviously kept the best until last. The camo is outstanding. After I replaced, I walked around to check and ... I couldn't find it again!

After finding Hidden Bushland and A Bridge So Far, I continued my wander through Plumpton Park towards this cache. Thankfully the area around GZ was empty on this warm sunny afternoon, I imagine it can get quite busy on weekends! I thought this cache might give me some trouble but ended up overthinking it, was much simpler than I had anticipated, good camo as I can imagine there is a high chance for this one to be muggled! Log is rather full but I managed to find a spot to sign. TFTC Rainbow Spirit!
After attending an event, we spotted this lovely park on the way back to the caravan.
Lots of ducks here, today, a very peaceful part of the park.
After reading the hint, cache was found easily, and in good condition.
Many thanks for placing this cache, Rainbow Spirit, for us and others to find.

After the birthday party I had about an hour to look for a few caches before needing to travel east to visit my mother.
I'd grabbed one cache in this park quite a while ago, but not had time for the two others. Today I made amends.
* * * END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION * * *
The second cache in Plumpton Park, checked the time and yep, just enough unless it's a long search.
Walked to GZ after a false start trying to see the right path to get there. And after a short scan around the area spotted something cache-like. So glad I didn't need to get down and dirty to make the find.
Just about to grab it when a number of voices seemed to approach. It was a group of young, but muscular, islanders settling into a nearby shelter.
Grabbed the cache, but just as I extracted the log one of them came my way. Stuffed everything into my pocket and had a short, but pleasant, chat about the area and the big geese.
He wandered back to his friends and I completed signing duties and replaced.
Looked like there were still half a dozen spots still left on the log - some have just bled through to the other side a bit.
Then I walked back to the Hademobile and drove mater-ward.

The log is completely full. I just managed to sign at a couple of blank spots at the end of the paper.

This was the first of 2 finds for today. After my student cancelled our session, I thought this is a great time to find some local caches. I found the general GZ area easily but my phone was indicating 6 meters ahead - across the lake. So I walked around and it was only when I was at the other side that I realised it was at my original location - I just had to turn around and walk around the nearby trees. Feeling a bit silly, I made my way back and found the exact GZ. I started looking at ground level options until I read the very useful hint. I looked at some of the trees and noticed something quite odd. SL. TFTC.

Found it. I can't believe that people don't muggle these more often. Hidden in plain view. Tftc.
Hidden in plain sight has never been more true. Well done. Needs new log. One spot left.
GPS on iPhone was a bit out so we were unsure which side of the lake it was on. It's the side with bandstand and benches FYI.
Probably need a new log. Do not go across the precarious rocks. Even if your iPhone tells you to. Just it is wrong.
Decided to call by here on our way home after an attempt some time ago with Still Looking, kids were right here fishing then, not today, just people feeding ducks, easy find.
Woot finally get to turn this one into a smiley, cant believe i missed it last time...anyway SL and then fed the ducks with some bread i brought along for a decoy but there were no muggles about so fed the ducks in peace and quiet. TFTC RS
Cache 3 for our quick caching afternoon. I tried 2 different locations but settled on a likely hide and soon spotted cache. Geokids retrieved log and took care of signing duties.

Very good camo. Kid muggles about but they were fishing for no fish lol. Tftc nice little lake. With Jasmine.
Young muggles nearby, but was able to home in on this sneaky one without being spotted. Nice spot. TFTC
I love the use of camo and the location. I've worked around the area for years and never realised these wetlands even existed. Thanks RS
Took some work people to this one as it's a nice spot for a relax. Easy find & introduced them to the game. tftc.
Found while away geocaching with tmann421. Thanks to all the great hiders out there that enabled us to see some fantastic views & places in NSW. Sorry for the late logs but it will be Xmas before I catch up
Another good find with TuisReturn

I think I got lucky with the camo being so weighted from the rains that the cache was much easier to see. Interestingly the last 2 "finders" did not sign the log, I signed under Martin Cousins. I guess with the rain no one has come to feed the ducks as they all came out to say hello. Definitely duck weather. SL #1108 on streak day #501 TFTC
Parked 112m from GZ and walked over to collect a quick find after reading the hint upon travel. Phew, The colour of the water is gum leaf green.
It's a wonder how these birds fly with the bread the locals are feeding them. SL, Thanks RS

Walked over after finding the other 2 caches and as I got to GZ, some muggles were playing close by. Drat!. They then move soon after. I walked around and around looking for this and then checked the hint. OK I was close. Then walked around and around again and sure enough found the little camo'd bugger. SL and replaced. Whew, could have been a toughy, TFTC.

Oh well, after " A bridge so far" this one was so close to pick in the same "go".
my last find in the park on a walking circuit. Spotted quickly but the evil ducks were laughing at me as I completed the log. Great little park
With the days getting longer, there’s more time to go caching before work so we stopped at Plumpton Park to attempt all three of the caches hidden therein. This aim appeared at first to be a little too ambitious as we were unable to locate anything after a short search. We decided to walk on to find the other two caches, then returned to GZ on the way back to the car and, as luck would have it, spotted it straightaway. Nice camo.
It’s in a beautiful spot, so peaceful at this time of the morning. Thanks once again Rainbow Spirit.

These types of hides are always tricky. It was found on our second attempt this morning as we tried this one first before moving on to the two caches nearby.
This park is a hidden gem, I loved the watching the activities of the waterfowl from GZ.
Thanks for the caches in this park Rainbow Spirit.

I had to wait it out for some muggles to leave. After that, it didnt take to long to find the goods. Interesting spot, Never been here before. TFTC.
this one took us a bit of searching and waiting for lots of people to leave but eventually geohubby found the cache and we signed log and put back promptly... tftc
took us awhile to find this one while there were lots of people around feeding the ducks... but we soon had it in our hands signed log and returned tftc
Another day another cache another souvenir .had to resort to the hint and TC log to get it and it also helps that the camo shows up different at night under torch light TFTC
#2060-I should have left the car where it was. Instead I decided that due to limited time I'd try to park closer. Managed to still have to walk the same distance if not further. Was descended on by a tribe of kids enjoying( more like harassing) the nearby ducks. This took me a little while to spot - I was expecting something smaller. Thanks for a lovely stroll on a beautiful winters dayRainbow Spirit. A nice park and lake to boot.

Once I remember whose cache it was, I adjusted my sights and made the find.

I think Rainbow Spirit must be shorter than me. I had similar thoughts when I found Morley's hide on Grange Rd, Schofields.
Found fairly quickly. I had seen similar camo yesterday, but it had a badge sewn onto it...
Thanks Rainbow.

Searched here for about 15 after taking in the hint which didn't work for me being 6' 1. This should get plenty of people frustrated here. TFTCM
