### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED?** ###
Perhaps it's time for the cache owner to make a visit to this cache as it would appear to be in need of owner intervention. I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
Geocache maintenance is a cache owner responsibility and includes regular visits to the cache to ensure it is in proper working order. Your prompt attention to any log that indicates things could be amiss will be greatly appreciated by all geocachers, have a read here: [Cache Maintenance Guidelines.](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance)
The guidelines advise; **if you can't fix it straight away then Disable it till you can.** This Help Centre article tells you how it can be done; [Temporarily Disable and Enable.]( http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 )
**Please respond to this situation within 28 days - so as to prevent the cache from being archived.**

Agree with the other cachers, had a look in the trees but GPS indicating 14m from there. Doesn't appear to be anything but gravel and grass at GZ
Not sure where this one is supposed to be or whether the two previous logs are valid.
After failing at Lake View, we certainly weren't going to fail here. Enter a long search. Enter a previous log. Enter a find. Thanks for bringing us here.
Found that using the satellite feature can pay off when the GPS is jumping around a bit! I got an idea that was on the right track but needed aburkitt to help with the retrieval. Log is full so will need replacing. Tftc
After 2 attempts to find this one with a geotoddler in tow I can't believe how quickly I was able to find it today! Hand straight on it then a little bit of manoeuvringand big smiles all round. Just proves how much I can overthink things! TFTC
When looking for this cache Silkyie's Dad revealed a long and happy association with this facility including a period of presidency and a cache of trophies. Thanks for the trip down memory lane. Silkyie
I like the name of this cache, it is very suitable. Arriving to a completely deserted reserve, I parked in the shade and wandered across to GZ. The container was found securely in place. Thanks to Happy1956.
Although it was a quiet Sunday morning, we were a little concerned about how we'd go about finding this cache. But we got through and didn't cause any hassles for anyone. TFTC.
#1320 This turned out to be a difficult days caching in the Churchill area collecting a total of 25 hard earned finds along the way. Some were tough nasty hides and in the end we conceded 5 dnfs! Ah success here after a dnf nearby, found quickly on arrival to gz. No one was shot or harmed in retrieving this cache TFTC Happy1956.
GPS bounced around, bees buzzed and the name of the facility were all off putting but it was the bloody great spider was almost the final straw but Colin58 made the find. TFTC
our gps bounced around and we looked in wrong side for a while but eventually found it

Had day off so decided to clean up all the caches in Churchill, so this was the second of 21 caches today. Sl thanks happy1956 for the cache.
Was just about to walk away when I had one last look, and managed to come up trumps!! TFTC
The clue was in the title

Clever little hide, broke three sticks trying to retrieve it. Ended up on the wrong side of the fence first, thinking I was going to get busted and shot at, then approached the cache the wrong way past thorns. A hazardous day but rewarding, TFTC!
After my attendance at my first OzMega in SA decided it was a perfect sunny day to find some more caches in my home town. Got a bit nervy with what I was confronted with at GZ but finally extracted the treasure after a bit of a struggle. Logged from my Garmin GPS phone. SL.TNLN.TFTC.
I have visited this hall in an official capacity several times many years ago. News to me it's no longer a guide hall. Good secure hide. Thanks for the cache
A phone call from Slink1 asking ‘what’s on for the weekend?’ found us down in Morwell for other reasons and it was a case of well we’re here now and so the hunt began Many thanks to Happy1956 for the time and effort of looking after this cache. TNLN SL
Off on a weekend sweep in the Morwell area with many good caches found many thanks to Happy1956 for the effort and placement of this cache TNLN SL

Another one down in Charlie's Circuit! We're having a bit of trouble seeing Charlie walk the circuit these days, or even when he was young, fit and with all his teeth! Poor Charlie.

Took the short walk and made the find but retrieval had been made a bit harder than necessary. Still managed it.TFTC
2013: 274 Days In A Row - A great little spot! Interesting to see what people used to get away with. The cache took us a couple of minutes to find - we mustn't have had our caching glasses on... Thanks for the interesting cache!
Day 274; cache 274. Happy birthday to my husband Wasptor, while the kids have gone out we decided to go caching! Pity about the crazy weather!!!! TFTC!
Enjoying the better weather today while out on my bike. Interesting area. Cache took a little longer to find than I would have liked lol. Thanks for the hunt.
YAY - found it today while out on the deadly treadly for a ride around Churchill. I've been travelling past this building since I was knee high to a grasshopper - it's sad to see it in it's decaying state. I remember coming past at night and seeing the cars parked outside and the lights on warning of the activities going on inside. Thanks Happy1956 for placing a cache here.
Stopped off for this one and after a wet walk the cache was found easily and logged. I did like the sign and I was glad I was on the right side of the fence.
Our thanks to Happy1956

I thank Ling, my other half, for her good eyes and perseverance in finding this one. I had just about given up. Our GPS under the trees was not giving us a stable reading but it obviously wasn't too far astray. TFTC
Straight off night shift BettyBoo3747 and I set off for Churchill to check out the Winston Wander on our deadly treadlies. We grabbed a few others in the area, both before the trail, then a few more on our way to Sale.
The GPSr had us out a fair bit from where we eventually found the cache. BB made the find.
Thanks, Robmc.

# 1803. This one led us a merry dance with both GPSr's behaving badly and not settling at all. Most annoying - eventually found it and thankfully all was quiet around here while we searched. TFTC
GPSr had me on the on the wrong side of this structure. I had no luck, but I used a bit of logic and tried the other side and there was the cache.

On our way back from the big smoke and stopped in Morwell to do some shopping. Then the phone made a familiar noise and there were two new caches! We were not well prepared as we did not have our usual geocaching gear with us however could not resiste a "FTF" so off we went. Found this sneaky one without too much trouble. SL T:nothing L: ladybug Thanks Happy1956
P.S. The powder is dry even after all the rain.

Although we were hoping for an FTF on this one, it didn't happen. As it was getting dark we made our way to the GZ and signed the log. We had a bit of a hard time getting the cache out, we used a big stick and that worked better. TFTC
Tricky to encourage out but managed. Bag was a bit damaged may need replacing. Box a bit damp
