Pennys Hill is closed. The building is a ripper. Cache is good. One week on from SAs Leap Year MEGA Event and our caching again. This time around Aldinga/Willunga and anywhere else that looks interesting.Lava12, I found English Manor today. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.
Spending a long weekend in the Southern suburbs which I havent visited very much since I started geocaching. So lots of unfound caches to keep me busy. The main theme was to target solved mysteries, highly favourited caches, caches requiring a TOTT, adventure labs and any other caches that I passed by.A hot one today so this was a quick park and grab and then back to the air conditioned car. Thanks for the cache Lava12.# # #14119 # #
Owl felt the need for one last road trip with JJ52 before her big boat trip so she picked her up and set out. This is the kind of caching Owl loves best - country roads, big caches, nice scenery, good conversation and good coffee in unexpected places. Of course, there were also flies, blood, vegetation in odd places and the chance to really put the new Owlmobile to the test. This was a quick driveby, though it was a bit tricky getting the cache out.
Beautiful manor and out buildings. Unfortunately they are renovating so not able to taste the wine today. TFTC Lava12.
The plan was to cache some fresh air, scenery, and of course 40 winks
Lovely old building. A quick find at GZ.

#16416 - 1:25:00 PM; Day two of our South Australian R & R and the geohoney and I are headed north from Normanville along the coast and then inland to McLaren Vale and Willunga. Plenty of caching today too as we made our way around, although the weather was a bit variable with wind and showers throughout the day. This one had me scratching my head until I read a few earlier logs. Looked down and sure enough, there it was on the ground. Signed the log and replaced back upstairs. TFTC Lava12
Another cache find on our 2022 South Australian Adventure and another chilly dry day, just perfect for geocaching. A quick driveby, all good here TFTC.
We are enjoying our time travelling SA. Fantastic towns, ruins, beaches and cliffs & wine. Thanks to all the COs for taking us on this geo-guided tour.

Another lovely day visiting the area and we managed to explore more places, our muggle driver is getting used to us telling him to stop here, go there, just a little detour and that looks like a good place to park lol. TFTC and the fun
Nomads travelling in their caravan around Australia. We have been on the road since July 2011 and discovered caching in August 2013. We travel with a bunch of travel bugs belonging to our sons and grand children. Where ever possible, we will maintain your cache as we travel.
After a week in Sydney, (without our geomobile) we are now back in SA - Willunga, and keen to make up time and start a new geo-streak. Today, a quick drive into Mclarenvale.
On our way home, we called in for this cache - after the DNF, this was a quick and easy find. Thanks Lava

Nice quick find on our way to McLaren Vale after a lovely regional platter lunch at Fox Creek Winery. Good GPS in the obvious spot. Lovely manor house opposite. thanx
A quick stop here, nice old building across the road though
Out for the day down south to solely go to the 3rd breakfast club event, with not much of a plan other than to just find caches Davidwazza and I set out to find cache around McLaren Vale/Wilunga area. A nice day out with just over 50 finds.

It was a while ago that I started the OTD series heading towards McLaren Vale but never got it finished. Today was the day to complete it, with good weather made for a good afternoon of walking. With the series complete there was a few nearby caches that were picked up well as part of an enjoyable afternoon. All caches were found in good order.

I was delighted to find a wine from this establishment in Milwaukee while I was living there. ‘Look! Something from home!’
Took longer to find this than we should have, but got there in the end
