Walking along the cycleway and decided to grab these caches. Nice and quick find. Thanks for the cache
Nice hiding (lotsa litter around to poke a stick at). Virtually impossible to find this, out if sight of others on ths busy road. TFTC
Easy find . Very busy road, trying to be discrete. But standing there with my lil backpack on someone thought I was hitching a ride and pulled over
This must be easier at night, no vendor, and lighter traffic. Well thats my excuse, easy find, cheers
TFTC! Nice intro back into the world of geocaching, been a while! BYO pen, couldn't sign logbook.
Out for a days geocaching. Just trundled along from the previous find in the caching mobile and used it as a blind here too. TFTC.
We were strolling along the cycle path and noted that we had to cross the road to get this one. A gap in the traffic and the formalities were completed.
Too hot too cycle or to be scuttling across busy roads. Thanks for the cache Riser5
Took the bikes for a bit of exercise ....oh bother it's on the other side of the road ...nice quick find and sign thanks minimaxi for a good placement
Great little park and grab with Phil, Bird and Boys. We were fooled at first but got there.
No biking here, just a park n Grab. Cheers.
Next part of the holiday, driving walking and biking around Whangarei and environs. Time to find a few little boxes.....
Thanks to the CO's for the hides. Cheers.

Taking the opportunity to grab some caches during my week long visit up to gather some caches. On the home straight now but still time for a couple more. Parked in a safe spot and walked back to the GZ. Quick find here and then on my way. TFTC
Nice one! another good find on an infrequent, but very enjoyable trip this far north.

I headed up North for the long weekend and after a day out on the harbour, I then drove around Onerahi/Riverside finding a few caches that I hadn't previously done, in between passing showers. A quick park and grab here, TFTC!

I'd been saving this one for New Years because I knew it would be easy. On the way to my sister's for dinner and knocked it off. FTF for 2016! That still counts, right?
I had saved this one for "Hello 2016" because I knew it would be an easy grab. Turned out to be a good idea because we were driving past it on our way to my sister's for a New Year's day dinner, when hubby and I both said "Oh yeah, we've got to get a cache today". A quick pullover and a false start with some gorse due to uncertain GPS, but turned out to be where I expected after all. Now giz me my souvenir! P
After having been away for work for the past week this is my second to last day away so thought I should make the most of it and grab a few caches. As this was closest to my hotel it was siwth on my list of grabbing caches before breakfast.
Its now 5.00am and a quick find at GZ, no muggles taking care to notice to me as they are sensible and still fast asleep. All quiet along here so weren't disturbed by passing motorists.
No view at this hour of the morning
thank you for the placement

Down in Whangarei today to collect some solved OC smiles. Grabbed this cache that I'd missed last time on my way past. Lots of traffic this morning - I thought it would have settled down by 10am. A quick easy one to get me closer to my target of reaching my 500th cache find. TFTC
Day 2 of our Waitangi weekend road trip to collect a few puzzle series of caches that we have solved over the last month or so - plus any other caches that we can find on the way!
Last find of the day.
A special thank you to Riser 5 and Mini-Maxy for stopping earlier this morning and sharing their love for geocaching and the surrounding areas. It is this sort of passion that geocaching is all about! Riser 5, as for your hides, we will be back as still have 13 of the blighters to go! Solving the puzzles were supposed to be the hard bit!

Together with Silli1310 I have been on the road for almost half a year now and have been travelling in beautiful New Zealand for almost 2 months. We started on the South Island and meanwhile we arrived in the North Island and drive north to Cap Reinga. Today morning we started near Ruakaka and followed the route SH1 till Whangarei, where we made a longer stop for visiting the fampus "Hundertwasser"-House. After this stop we went further to our day goal. In order not only to sit in the car we use the possibility to search a cache every now and then and to stretch our legs a little. (Sorry for the very late log)
Had planned to go for the Wai Night cache but is wasn't really dark enough so on the way back to Onerahi I thought I could get away with trying to add some more smiles to my map with the whole family aboard, GAR drove past Almost Onerahi! but managed to stop close enough to this cache. Went out with daughter 3 and saw the cache from a bit of a distance then removed, logged and replaced as quick as we could with traffic going past probably wondering what we were doing. Thanks for adding to the smiles MiniMaxy!
Picked this one up on the way back from the night cache as we needed more caches found at night for a challenge. Sunset 8:35, found 9:52
Today we spent a full day of caching in the Whangarie area followed by a bit of sight seeing.
The caches we found today were all in great areas with wonderfull views of the harbour.
Thanks for placing this cache MiniMaxy
Nice Views of Onerahi, there were a few cars on the road but we just ignored them, another quick find with Yeetrees, TFTC.
Decided to do a bit of a day tour of Northland and grab some easy drive-bys in the process. Thanks.
#6199. We were heading to Onerahi to do the OC series, so it seemed a good idea to stop on the way for a veiw of O (nerahi). TFTC.
A bit of work being carried out on the road, so the traffic was a little slower than usual, which was good for safe stopping. TFTC.
This was a quick find while being shown around town and the environs by my sister. Thanks for the hide.
(627) It was hard getting a muggle free moment to grab this cache and as hard to return it. TFTC
Nice and easy when the coast was clear.Sign looking good, enjoyed the working bee.TFTC.
#517 Stayed in Onerahi on my way North last night and left before daybreak this morning to get a couple of caches on my way to Keri. Quick easy find and a beautiful misty morning. TFTC! Great job on the sign too- looks great.

Finished very late at work so couldn't make the Cito so dropped by this one for a quick find on the way home. Great view of the sign.. TFTC
Finished all our weekend meetings in the city now on our way out to Parua Bay to visit the brother and sister in law.
Even on a sunday there is heaps of traffic, so using the Geomobile as cover Mrs S hopped out and after a quick shout from Mr S made the find.
Thanks MiniMaxy.

Headed out in the rain for a quick find for the 2/31 August 2 for 2 so far. hoping to get the full 31.
Was in the area for a Trademe pick up, so was neat to park, view the lovely sign of which sure does stand out . Signed the empty logbook between plenty of speedy muggles comming from both ways. Waited and replaced in the drizzle and whipped away. TFTF
