found with anotherclosetedgay bit awkward to look around this area in the day as lots of people driving past
Love hides like this. The amount of people who would take photos in front of that sign and never know it was there. Xx
Quick find tftc.Greetings from Adelaide. Holidaying hete with family from Bacchus Marsh
Dropped my muggle friend at the quilt shop and I went hunting.Find number 9024 on 27 September 2024. Traditional CacheThanks For The Cache
A quick find along the way to go wash the car in Torquay. Thanks for placing for us to find
Tippy toes required for Mr9, but managed to get a hand on it. Nice entrance sign
A muggle was at GZ picking up traffic signs but we didn't have to wait too long for him to leave.A quick find was then made at this impressive looking welcome sign. Thanks ozbob.
We leave Torquay today to travel the GOR. Funny that we end up at the Welcome sign to find a cache before we drive off in the other direction. Surprised to find a nice wee parking area here. A quick find and sign was completed. TFTC
What a great sign! Reminds me of holidays at one of my favourite places in Victoria. Thats right, here in Torquay of course. Thank you ozbob for placing and maintaining Torquay - Welcome !! for us to find today.
A race against both the clock and my phone battery it was for this one. After a DNF on a multi, I had to power walk 1.5 km for this one. I didn't have my most productive caching day as I finished 9 for 15 but I completed two more LGAs today. This was my first find in the Surf Shire. I'll be down this way again on Christmas Day as I'll be going to the Twelve Apostles.
Found by Mary and David at 11:45. With road works in progress, TomTom took us the long way around Torquay. Naturally with no work going on over the weekend, the speed restrictions were still in place. So glad that it is officially summer, although the weather today suggests otherwise. Our thanks to ozbob.
Found it, had to wait for the traffic to clear.
In the area from Tassie, got up to see the sun rise. No better way to Fill in time before the Family Wake up.

Super Fun and easy, very noisy. I needed a quick find after failing some others!
I arrived on the Spirit this morning and am caching my way to South Australia. After driving through a pothole that felt like it was 2 metres deep I made a quick find while every car in southern Victoria was driving past. thank you for the cache.
Quick pull over and grab with tassie expat while exploring this interesting area. Thanks for placing it.
Hello ozbob thank you for the cache

Hint Definitely helped me but the partner ended up finding it TFTC. Next stop Lorne.
Been here before without joy and we have just spent an hour frustration with a multi, Mr Riddell had seen this Trad on the screen and still seathing under his breathe because he hates multis and we rock up after a big U turn and his heart sinks!
“Not this one!”?
Well he was ready to do another U turn and get the hell out of Torquay. Mrs Riddell says” we have to have some luck after the last disaster”. Mrs Riddell is still logging the previous “ disaster” whic did ended up with a happy ending when he just walks up to the sign and plucks the cache straight off the sign in the blink of an eye. He proclaims “ well, this wasn’t here in this place last year time!
….. thank goodness for that
TFTC which really was a fast park and grab.

I spent a couple of days in Torquay, but only managed one cache while I was here. Ironically, I found this one as I was leaving town. Fortunately it was dark, so no issues with muggles.
Thanks to ozbob for the cache.

What an interesting looking sign to welcome us to Torquay. A straightforward find to start the day.
Another day, another time we have teamed up with Rebel Acts to explore the scenic Bellarine Peninsula. Once again we are signing our logs as either SKI Pair, Rebel Acts or RASH. We have been in the area for well over a week now and still have a lot of unfound caches on our map. We’ve had a great time in the area with Rebel, his experience with caching is much larger than ours so we are learning as well as having a great time. Lots of trash talk about “amateur’s” versus “professionals” has caused quite a bit of laughter.
Thanks to all the local cache owners for giving us so many great caches, and showcasing this lovely area. We won’t manage to clean the area out this time, so we will need to come back another time. And we will be looking forward to it.

I had to duck back up to Melbourne on Monday for an appointment but made it back Tuesday afternoon for a couple more days caching with Ski Pair, we had lots of laughs and the stirring is always fun, could not ask for better company.
Today we concentrated our efforts around Angelsea and a few in Geelong. This is one of the caches we found today, it was a quick park and grab here, sure has been some work making this sign.
Logs signed as RASP (Rebel Acts Ski Pair)
Thanks ozbob for the cache.
