Last one of the day as we headed back towards the car and off to a local for a nice lunch....

Found a little off where my GPSr was pointing, but with the cache being a good size, it wasn't that hard to spot it anyway.

Thanks for showing us the area and the good size cache. Greetings from Australia.....

After visiting the Midnight Flashmob Event I teamed up with Bevaren to find thiss cache once we had got back to the car park. At 12.30 in the morning we made an unexpected very quick find in the dark. Nice to find another good sized cache. I took nothing and left a personal wooden coin. Signed the log book and thanks for the cache.

Found it after attending the August Midnight Flashmob 2014 event. Five of us searching in the woods in the pitch-black (no moon) limited light from torches. Nearly gave up, but one of the team realised what 'Low Down' meant. Log book signed and felt that 1.20am was a good time to go home.

Found this cache with Jack and Hedgepiglet. Visiting the area for the Coombe Hill CITO today!

This is a really nice pretty area.

Found some caches in the area, and this was one of them.

Thanks for the cache! Smile

Caching with ReggieCat and Mordor2, we spent 20 minutes looking in the dark with torches but couldn't locate the cache. We were about to give up when to lady cachers came along so we continued for another five minutes before going back to the cars. Luckily I was rolling a cigarette at the back of my car when Mordor2 called out that the ladies had found it so off we went to sign the log. If it hadn't been for wanting a smoke....

Thanks for the cache.

After attending the Flashmob event with The Eagle Has Landed, we decided to pick up a few more caches, so we set off with Mordor2 in the dark to find this cache. We searched for quite a long time and were just about to give up when we were joined by 2 more cachers and it was a good job they joined us because they found the cache which was our last find of the night, now for home. Caching today with pal Omiwahn. Tried this as soon as we arrived, but GPS was all over the place, so we decided to save it to the end.
Came back after CITO event, and had enlisted some help. Cache soon found. TFTC

We were trying to find this one as we had just about finished the CITO, but had no joy. We went back to the others, had some cake, and had some help from a fellow cacher who had found it earlier.

Picked this cache up on a day out with Cyclenutt, DTBoyWonder, Guiding Nutter and SkyBluesBazza and while attending the Coombe Hill CITO and picking up litter.

We didn't find this cache on our first attempt. sooo many trees and GPS bounce from the trees and cake was waiting for us at the picnic area. We returned a while later with help from a local cacher, how did we miss it.

Signing the logs as Team Notts to save time and space.

We failed on our first attempt to find this one GPS bouncing all over the place but then with the help of a local cacher who pointed us in the right direction soon found it and kicked ourselves afterwards for not getting it the first time log signed as Team Notts TFTC

Arrived on the way back downhill in the dark to find 3 gentlemen about to give up. Searched at all our GZs & then extended the area a bit before Marion spotted it & the gents returned to sign it! Looked totally different later today when we returned for Marion to sign the log after she realised that she hadn't found it beforeWinkSL T4TC

Team Notts (Jules from BenandJules, Cyclenutt, DTBoyWonder, Skybluesbazza and Guiding Nutter) came down to the CITO at Coombe Hill, picking up other caches and counties en route!

We looked for this one on the way back to the rendezvous point for the CITO, but the GPS seemed a bit jumpy, there were so many possible locations and cake was calling us! After eating cake, we talked to a local cacher who said that they could point it out to us!
Well, once there, that (obviously!) was one of the trees where we had not looked....

This is my 3700th cache!
