Hey, kiwi-nomad. No need to worry. There was nothing wrong with the cache. It was all ok the other day. I just took an overly long time to find it. Am used to something more cunning. By all means check it out but I'm pretty certain there's no need.

I went round in circles, both physically and mentally for a good 15 mins looking for something typically kiwi-nomadish. Does that unscrew? No. Does that flip open somehow? Nah! Does that pull out? Not without shutting the power down on something that looks rather important. Best leave that alone.
Was about to grumble and make my way back to the car when is spotted something that I could have sworn was not there 10 minutes before.
Thanks

Struggled to find this the first time but came back and had a better look around and my daughter found it.
We feared that the container would be very wet, but this one is well sealed and the logbook is dry. TFTC
#7771. A vehicle was parked outside the building and somebody was working inside. I thought I might have to leave it for another day, but when it turned out GZ was behind the building I realised I would be able to search for it after all. A quick find. TFTC.
After finding, but not being able to access the logbook of the nearby In a tube cache, I continued the extra 200m along the bike path to this cache. Didn't take long to sniff out the container. Seen a few of these lately, they make excellent cache containers as they seem to be very robust and most importantly, waterproof.
#50 of my streak, half a century doesn't sound too bad . May even make it to 100. TFTC.

If I would live here, I would so keep a watch on the upcoming idea. As I leaf the south island tomorrow, I visited the simple tradi anyways. Tftc
Another fantastic day in Nelson, and a great day to add some smilies. Contastimo and I out enjoying the day and started on this one. TFTC!
Quick find after a walk down from Stoke. Not big enough for my geocoin tho'! TFTC.
In Nelson for work. Been in cold warehouse and such a loverly warm afternoon to thaw out. Right across the road from my accommodation so no excuse. A nice quick find. TFTC
this is Team Minutemanwk's 200th find! TFTC. very nice hide, the clue most helpful!
Early in the morning - before breakfast - we did this nearby cache.
Greetings from Germany.

This took way longer than it should have. - - - I must have been looking all around it. Got there in the end. TFTC
Replaced the log as it was totally lacking in blank space.

Out for an evening walk from the hotel on a trip around the south island. Thanks!
The first cache on the South Island. The phone had me wandering around abit before the find. I would say the cache is more mirco then small. Other rhen that a good first cache for the island
Found, had to wait for 2 muggles on bikes to go into the Honest Lawyer before finding it. Needs more paper.
My first solo find! And to think I'm 6500 miles from home in California.

The first of a few kiwi-nomad caches for me today. Spot on co-ords and a nice start of the day for me. Thanks kiwi-nomad
had dinner over the road last night but phone was out of battery so no use as a geo-device. Back today and workman in area but fortunately just departing. Easy find. TFTC
Felt a bit furtive lurking in this area. Best at a quieter time TFTC. http://www.geocaching.com/images/icons/icon_smile_cool.gif

Didn't find after half an hour wondering around the car park etc, sure people thought we were going to try steal some ones car. Will have to go back and find another time, hopefully
Today we had to get over to South Island to Picton, so we took the ferry in the morning.
We decided to drive the scenic route via "Queen Charlotte Drive " and SH6 in direction to Nelson.
Here we had a little walk from our hotel accommodation.
TFTC and greetings from Dresden (Saxony), Hallu+Wolle

A busy day today, so while relaxing after tea it struck me that I hadn't cached today. So it was off to claim a rainy day cache.
Did quiet a few circles before fixing on the spot.

Stopped in to find a few caches after being in town. I searched hard, expecting a standard KN cache, so had to laugh when I eventually spotted the cache. TFTC
Quick find. I wondered how long it would take someone to put a cache here. TFTC.
After a walk down the path I managed to get this on the way back as the construction workers had gone. Thanks
A quick stop and find on the way to work this morning.
Thanks kiwi-nomad for placing this cache.

This cache was the first on my list today but had to keep cycling past as the gate -keeper arrived in his vehicle to check things out. Not present upon my return and cache was found and signed very quickly just as the rain arrived.
sometimes one should read the hint. arrived a gz looked around for something different to the rest. Ahh found a loose bolt. Even had slightly different letters and numbers on it. For the next visitor don't unscrew the bolt. cache not there. found it in the end
There has been a lot of developments since I was last here. Very pleasant out here this evening. Looking forward to the planned cache and grateful for this nice easy gate keeper. TFTC #4979
The cords took us a little off... Maybe not so many satellites flying by.. Thanks
Walked around this one a few times trying to make it harder than it was. Finally I used the hint and couldnt believe how simple it was. Time to go home. Thanks for the search.
Out for a quick streak this afternoon. This is all new. A pumping station? So that's what all the works either side of the motorway was all about.

Nice One!!!!!!!!!!Quick find with Grandson Bryn. Very much surprised with the Old Master's cache container. Any minute we expected land mines to go off or bells to ring or a terrorist to come out of the bushes. Much fun! Thanks
Arrived at GZ and a workman's ute was parked a few metres away. Hmm, snuck around it, made the find and took off, avoiding the workman all together! Drove to next cache and realised my favorite caching pen that I've had for years wasn't with me! Oh no I've left it at Gate Keeper !! Drove all the way back, got to GZ to find my pen sitting waiting for me, yay! Noticed the last people to sign before me must be time travelers and signed tomorrows date! TFTC!!
Well I walk past here every morning and every night with the dog. Had tea after work and headed off as usual, this time with the "geopooch"and 10 minutes later, had the log signed and collected another smilie. Once again KN, TFTC!!
Notification received at 6:44am and find made at 7:20am (had to clean my teeth) and got the BBB (Beaten by Biggles) so can only claim a 2TF but that's still another FDF. Thanks K-N for assisting those doing the Streak, which doesn't include me as I've already missed a day so just going for the ride now.
FTF I was about to get breakfast when I noticed four new emails arrive in my inbox. Four new caches and two of them within reasonable reach. Got the necessary information together and headed off to this one - being close to home. Parked nearby and set off to GZ with torch in hand. Not quite sure what to expect and was surprised to find what I eventually found. Pleased to find the blank log though. TFTC, Biggles.
Well, what do UNO - third to sign the log although more than an hour after the others.
We saw the listing and the 2 find logs over breakfast so no need to Streak out. In fact we are still officially Not streaking but as K N travelled further for our caches yesterday it would be rude not to look for this one. Both the team had later starts at work today so time for a cache on the way.
Having read the listing, a quick find of both the cache and then the signing of the log were not surprises. We are not assuming the upcoming third cache in this area will be as quick.
Thanks.

A park and grab by this CO can't be ignored. We did wonder what to expect but it was all good. TFTC
A short detour on the way back from Richmond was all it took to find this cache. I'm sure it's got to be one of the easiest finds and signs from this particular CO. TFTC.
