This one is gone again. Not replacing it again. Thanks to all the seekers!
having a very slack Oz Day, thought we'd venture out to get some local caches but not this one. Looks like theres been some works and clearing here... I think it should be checked
Lucky find as it was poking out of its hiding spot. Replaced between cycle and jogging traffic. TFTC
Tftc. Quick find to start off the day. After dealing with a little bouncing around of the GPS I glimpsed the cache (with a minor spoiler from a previous log . When I was replacing it I put it too far back so I had to fix that up. Good find!
Well this was a little harder than I thought! Figured out the spot I needed to be in, but couldn't see a good hiding place, the whole escarpment was covered in weeds. Was circling what I thought I was looking at, stepped on something hard and soon found what I needed. Thanks!
I searched high, I searched low, but didn't find the cache!

Had to sit around and wait for two hours and wait for Concrete to arrive, sometimes it's great to be a tradesman, working in different areas every week!

What an interesting trail. Tftf found aftet a short search with the geodog. Cache full of tiny creatures but nothing scary.
Found with Dad
Easy find after reading the clue,
BTW, if it is suppose to be magnetised, it's not working

Find #1050
I was on the way to a meet up with LouiseAnn, SirJ-Oz and Sharkiefan to tackle some caches as a group. I chose to ride my bike there and this lovely trail (which I had never travelled on before) was along the way. I was making good time so decided to stop off for a couple of traditional caches. This one was a pretty quick find and I was back on the bike in no time. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited a couple of TBs. Thanks for the cache Earthbound Chief.

Another cache that Tokass had found earlier but he was most surprised that it had disappeared. Not discouraged we took a lateral view and located it nearby at 12:18. Apparently the container had been changed so it might have been useful to have read previous logs. TFTC
Out and about with geobuddy joeyjoejoe81 for a night hunt before the rain sets in tftc.
Find #5 today. Arrived at GZ and spent a little time working out where the cache could be. Was stumped for a few minutes before remembering my recent purchases at the geocaching shop, which helped me search, locate and retrieve it in no time. Log signed and replaced. TFTC!
Having an overnighter in Melbourne, I decided to do a few caches around town before heading to nightshift later this arvo. I rode the bike along here in the rain as time was running short. Nice hide and find, thanks again Earthbound Chief
No luck with this one today - have contacted the owner as we think it has been muggled.
Suscoe's 23rd find of 29 for today as we wandered around the Eastern suburbs.
It was a wet start to the day but the rain turned to drizzle and then it stopped with a heavy sky and no sun for the day.
Not many folks out walking today with the weather the way it was.
Stopped and looked for a while, GZ seemed to be between here and there.
So sorted the possible spots and picked one and there it was.
Thanks to the Earthbound Chief for showing us this area.

A nice quick find here... Familiar style, good placement, all lead to a nice quick find on this beautiful quiet morning.

Out and about caching with krandy and co.
A great history cache, enjoyed the story and the walk along the trail.
Cache proved to be a straightforward find, all in order; log signed, cache safely re-hidden.
Found also with team cacher Sweet P

As the end of the month approached my nervousness about finding a cache increased. No finds for this month and my stats for the last six months look pretty poor. Rather than risking a last minute run on Sunday I decided to make a late night trip to one of the nearest to home traditional's. I run past this spot frequently but have not stopped to look for this nor its neighbouring cousin. Approached GZ from the side entry after parking nearby and found this pretty quickly. Logging took some dexterity with fat fingers and a torch but soon it was back in place... just before a late night cyclist cruised past.
Thanks Earthbound Chief, satisfied my OCD nature to maintain a "months in a row" stat.

New log in place. Since a cacher has felt the need to ‘log’ their DNF on one of the poles here, defacing public property I have decided to make these caches premium.

Next on this morning's sojourn, I thought I'd have a look for this trio along here. This was first and after a few moments, I spotted the sneaky, but ultimately logical, hide at 06:40.
Finding a spot on the log scroll to sign was almost as difficult as finding the actual cache! A new logsheet is needed methinks.
TNLNSL, although our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks Earthbound Chief.

Found on the ride in to work this morning.
Jeez, I'm not entirely new to geocaching, but I've only seen one like this before - GC4BMY8 near the border of Norway and Russia!
Also, the log is now completely full, but safe and dry. I squashed my name in between some old logs.

Managed to find this one very quickly, as it was just the type of nano I was expecting.
Found with danr1289 and MegWilson. Logbook is full too! TFTC!

Great day to be out having a walk. Just had to wait for a break on the muggle highway.
At first my GPS took me up the slope but my experience told me different.
When I stopped on the cycleway for a while the GPS settled then I soon found this very little one.

On the way to orienteering on a Wednesday night and a cache for the day.

Needed to come to Melbourne for a couple days of training so thought I would spend my evening in a productive way by finding some caches! This looked like a nice trail to follow and pick up caches.
This one was relatively easy as none of the vegetation in the area had been squashed so that left only one place. TNLN TFTC

Out riding for the morning and decided to follow some bike trails i never normally use. I was completely lost though i could always see another cache in the distance so decide to follow my way on until i hit the main bike track back home. Cheers for a great adventure.
Found in the first place I looked; I think I'm getting better at these. TFTC Earthbound Chief; I enjoyed finding this nice trail and should come back on a bike someday.
I've grovelled for this and the nearby one before. No luck on the other - though now that I know what I'm looking that will change. Finally nailed this one though...
Ah Nanos, you don't have to like then, just find them. In this case my iPhone was all over the place - overhead lines? Still eventually picked it up. TFTC.
Dee had found the little thing right away so it was a quick sign and head back up the path. There is still room on the log to write but please folks, try not to take up too much room! Thanks again Earthbound Chief for the hunt and the fun.
On a nightly caching mission with steph and this cache came across our path ! TFTF
Our youngest geo son spotted this one and we quickly logged it in the light rain. Tftc Earthbound Cheif.
An easy find. Thanks.
Needed to mend a tyre, so the log was signed while we did so.
Had a successful bike ride and caching afternoon. This was the final of 5 for the trip.

We are in the middle of painting our house and decided to escape for a couple of hours while the weather is good. GeoMum,Geodad and Geodog entered the trail. It was starting to get dark(and cold), so armed with torches we set of to look for the cache. After a short look GeoMum made the find.

Well done to our little geo son, 7 years old and he took less than a minute to spy this one! Thanks for a lovely afternoon walk and for the caches.
Great day out with the dream team. Took us at least half an hour but we got there!
Took us SO LONG to get this - smallest cache we've ever seen! Found with dream team.
Nano. Nano ! After larger ones today. Was surprised by the size. Will attempt more of yours on this route another time. On bikes with aquapearl. Thanks
An easy find, well there weren't too many spots to hide it. Unfortunately the logbook is completely soaked and rotten and unusable.
Thanks for placing it here Earthbound Chief.

As we were a short of time and had read a few DNFs we were a little concerned that this could be a challenge that we might have to come back for. Imagine our pleasure and surprise when we walked straight up to GZ, picked up the cache and tried to sign it. (Read previous logs, it does need replacing and sorry we were without spare materials.) It gave us time to make a dash for the one we had missed so we were off in a rush. TFTC
Log is very wet indeed and has almost self destructed, we were lucky to find a small space to insert the date. Usually we have found these types of cache container to be quite waterproof, unfortunately not this one. Probably best to replace it. TFTC
Looks like this little guy has lost his o ring. Hope to get over this way to replace the cache real soon.
Found it! After yesterday's attempt, I did not sleep well and was determined to find it. Needless to say, it helped to understand how small the cache actually is. I also think I over analysed the comments. I now know that log = log-sheet, not a piece of wood... Anyway, good fun! Was trying to avoid the muggles
Spent over 30 mins looking with family. Not very experienced, only second attempt. Everyone is saying this one is easy, not the case for us
In the area with a couple of hours to kill and some steps to catch up on for the work walking challenge and this was a really nice place to come got a walk. Found this one quickly after taking a little detour up the hill and back dodging a couple of muggles.
Thanks Earthbound Chief for the cache.

After venturing upwards I realised my host was playing up. Once i was in gz the find was made instantly. Not as difficult a hide as others from the chief! Log is soaked and needs replacing =D
walked back to car stopped at bottom of stairs for this cache easy find
log is very wet needs to be replaced thanks

GPS'r wasn't playing to well given the weather but that didn't stop the caching sensors making the find. Log is completely wet and unable to open so initialed where I could and return it to its hide. TNLNSL. TFTC. Kems
looked around for a bit in all the places I could see that might hide a cache but no luck. it was getting dark to decided to quit and go home. maybe next time
A nice quick find in the rain. I must have bought the rain with me from the UK.
In the area, beautiful day thought I'd do a few caches. Can't believe there is no escape from the Earthbound Chief. Lol! Great cache, didn't take too long to find. TFTC
There were a number of caches in this area that I had not found so I decided to go out this afternoon and find as many in the area as possible. The weather was very windy and by the time I got to this one it was raining heavily. I parked close by and waited for a break in the rain. At Gz the cache was quickly found and tehn a dash back to car as the rain started again. Thanks Earthbound Chief

First find since moving to the neighbourhood, no troubles finding it either, a protected but accessible spot. TFTC.
We found this cache today at 11:20am as number 3 of 7 on a late Sunday morning hot caching hour. Bypassed one cache so we could walk better from this spot. "A" made the find. Seem to remember another of your team's caches with a similar name a bit further north of this one that we found back in 2010. Thanks from D, HA, H & A B-A.
skipped the one further along as it was too hot and we were too lazy to walk back.
Found this quite quickly and commented on why waste a nanno on a site with so many good hiding spots.
Thanks EBC

Hunting with Baluke . The photo on your cache page are the old red rattlers which was my mode of transport on this line for many years. Pity that Anniversay trail wasn't there when i lived here but will come back with my bike and explore. TFTC
