Sadly nature wins on this one, while it went un noticed by the authorities whilst being in plain site for years it is time to retire

Well I found it, but not before uncovering a nest chocablock full of ants and their eggs, not a single one too happy that I disturbed their home As for the cache itself, I thought that the container was clever and unique, but unfortunately as it is not watertight, the log was soaking wet due to the recent rains. Thanks for the cache!

I was a bit stumped, i looked at the closest sign and all the rocks but i didn't see anything. I went to another sign further down and i found car keys, so yay?

The long grass didn’t help my quest to find the rock. Found lots of other rocks, but not the one I was looking for.

I think this one is gone. I checked under the rock and around the pipe but nothing was there. ??

As soon as I saw this cache it reminded me of Toy Hunters! I wonder if he has found it? So I scroll through the logs and of course he has! But not only that I come across one of the best written logs I have ever seen before! Incredible, how did I just know this was his type of cache

Cache 6097 on 21 Apr 2020.

After a busy morning at the “home” office, I decided that this afternoon was too nice to stay inside and persuaded my family to take a nice drive to get some sunshine, a few caches and a smidgeon of exercise. We targeted caches in Tuggeranong to save closer to home caches for another day. Originally I was hoping for 3 caches, but it was so nice out, I grabbed a couple more!

All caches found easily, but needed to time the retrieval and return of a couple of them carefully due to traffic. All caches and logs in good condition, except one where I will note it.

One last late night cache before finally turning in. We awoke this morning at 2am and log this just before 10pm after driving from Melbourne to Canberra, attending a meet, and in my case, attending an excellent Aikido class taken by one of our country's leading instructors!

To achieve three caches in three states in one day we needed one more cache in the ACT. Our friends, two thirds of Team Zecaatt had been abandoned by their daughter in Queanbeyan and needed to find a way back to their accommodation near Isabella Plains. Putting the two ideas together we volunteered to drive them back to their accommodation and we could find a cache near where they were staying. They also wanted to get three caches in three states in one day too. We decided this would be achievable in the dark without a lot of walking on uneven surfaces. The cache was found pretty easily. Mission accomplished we went our separate ways to bed.

Love Queen... they are awesome and maintain a pride of place in my CD collection. Of course, Greatest Hits 1 is superior to 2.... though I do have a particular love for the Highlander album... its fantastic.

The container was rounder and browner than I expected, but it was found and signed... those being the things that matter.

A plan was made, on the FB group, for a bunch of us (DarkSideDan, BlueIris, Mr Damage, Darzee Di, Joolay, and I to meet at a crappy fast food place in Condor, and come and and do a heap of caches down this way - mostly Beautiful View ones, and quite a few others as well ... a good time was had by all ... definitely a fun way to spend a nice sunny Winter day ...
After finding 62 caches (and watching the others find one in among them that I had already found) one would think I would be happy to just head home when we got back to Condor ... but it was not dark yet - so I decided to grab one nearby, and then ducked in for 3 more on my way home.
Came looking for this because there were about 3 I could grab by taking a slight detour off the main road... this was the middle of 3 I detoured for ... it was this one that had caught my eye, because of the name
TFTC - second place I looked... (I looked in the other place because laziness and/or hunting instinct was stronger than thinking instinct? - lol)
