Tricky wee search in the dark. However Ayden4aSmile was here earlier in the day so gave me a hint before I suffered from blood loss thanks to the mozzies:-) Love the container!
Last day of my Christmas/New Year break and in need of a walk so I headed out to this part of Papamoa in search of a cache or two. Did a quick circuit of the obvious, then happened to look in the right direction, and there it was. Tftc.
Found it while walking the dog, easily spotted. Didnt have a pen so couldnt write on the paper.

Out for a somewhat damp Labour Day walk around Papamoa with Miss One in the backpack. Quick find here thanks, but forgot to bring a pen with us.

First find in months! Tftc. Terrible muddy windy rainy conditions but great to dust of the cobwebs and get some air and exercise.
On a trip over the Kaimais to escape the fog/rain & enjoy some lovely mid-winter BOP sunshine instead. Thankfully didn't take long to spot this one. Cache signed & replaced as found, TFTC
Good find on a busy day with lots of muggles about. Quick park and grab in between cars and walkers. TFTC
A quick find in the gathering gloom (it's freezing) sighted from one side just had to reach it. Worked my way round and managed to reach out. Log found and duly signed.

been at the mount visiting parents for the weekend, and decided to get up early this Sunday morning and find some caches! Ok, so maybe 5:30am caching is kind of early, but there isn't anyone around.... So I jumped in the car and headed down to Papamoa, promising myself I'd stop when it hit breakfast time 
. It's still dark, and having a narrow view field meant I was getting slightly frustrated not being able to find this cache, luckily I rubbed my neck, and finally spotted it! Then I was able to laugh at myself as I signed the log and carried on through the subdivision.

Got tricked with this one for a bit. Quite like the street lights in this area. TFTC
I spent a while looking up and squinting trying to find something that would reveal the hide. After a while my eyes started getting sore (supposed to wear glasses but dont ) and so I moved my gaze off to the distance and my sight just happened to spot it and couldn't help but laugh and say "ah of course"
2500 Today I am in Papamoa but the sunny weather has deserted me. Nice shelter here from the rain. Took some time to find. Looked in wrong place but after reading previous logs quickly found.
Had a bit of trouble with this one, height is not my friend. Got it in the end.

TFTCSpotted HappyBogan with phone in hand around the cache so said hello. She was concetrating on the hardware so I looked up. Cache was soon in hand.TFTC.

Had a day off work due to showery weather and my sister (CeeVee) was up for a couple of days. Time do go geocaching. Took a little time to find this one.
Up from the Bay ( Hawkes Bay that is ) for a visit. Sister ( Tigatat2 ) had day off work, due to the weather, so caching we go. If we had looked at previous logs, it wouldn't have taken as long as it did. TFTC Cheers.

Not what you guess at a power supply place good camo tftc log is full and reqs attention
Yay! First find of the day. The first cache we looked for was near a power step down thing, so was the second. (Both DNFs) So when we came to the third cache and found that it was near a power thing we were almost going to give it a miss. Lucky it was a quick find. TFTC
We had a bike ride around Papamoa yesterday afternoon, but realised we needed to spend more time here so this morning, StreetWalker loaded the bikes onto the car and we headed back. We had mixed results in the morning - 10 finds and 4 DNFs, but the afternoon's tally was much better and we found all caches searched for.
After failing to find Live Wire I, it was good to make an instant find here. TFTC.
