After completing the nearby multi, it was back to the monument to have a look at the earthcache. Gathered what I hope were the required answers and have sent the detail to the CO.
Another earthcache where I've learnt something, and while only a visitor to the area, I was very pleased to visit the area and learn about it.
Thanks HHHP20 for showing me the area. Greetings from Australia.

Did this whilst on the night flash mob cake mark 2 and met the Cache owner! Cake and answers were given directly and log signed.
Have 'found' this cache lots of times as we come here 4 - 5 times a week with the dog. Today the views are wonderful you can see for miles. Answers sent to owner. TFTC.
Completed this whilst on the August Midnight Flashmob and met the Cache owner HHH20. Cake and answers were exchanged and log signed. I'm off to do some research on ph levels of soil. TFTC
Answers given in person at the CITO!
Found this cache with Jack and Hedgepiglet. Visiting the area for the Coombe Hill CITO today!
This is a really nice pretty area.
Found some caches in the area, and this was one of them.
Thanks for the cache!

Answers given to the CO at the Flashmob event he organised, a terrific event that deserved to have more people at it. After some deliberation he was happy with the answers we gave, though he did give plenty of nudges. I really must come back here in daylight to take in what must be amazing views; thanks for the cache and opportunity to come here.
Whilst attending the midnight Flashmob event with The Eagle Has Landed, we picked up the answers required with a bit of help from the patient CO, who took our answers on the night. I do like Earthcaches as you always learn something interesting, so this is well worth a favourite point from me. TFTC # 4904
Out with caching buddy TheMinesweepers for a day caching, in an area we normally do not cache.
Was a really nice day to have a walk arround this area, with nice views. EMail with answers send to CO.

Spectacular view. The cache pushed us to learn more about Chiltern Hills. Fav point.
Info provided at the Coombe Hill CITO event, thanks for the excellent earth cache and event
Out caching with buddy Omiwahn. I had not even heard of Coombe Hill, but Omiwahn had done his homework, and there were some interesting caches to find, as well as a CITO event to attend, so all in all, a busy day.
A very popular area. The sun came out, and by the time that we arrived, just after 11am, the car park was busy, and the monument a popular spot for photographs.
We took in the view, accumulated the information, we needed, and enjoyed the sunshine up here today.
Answers accepted by C.O.....thank you. A favourite point from me.

Logged with permission on the day personally with CO! Guiding Nutter, BenandJules and CycleNut and I had driven down to do the CITO, but as we were litter picking, we had to do this Earthcache too. Some really great scenery from GZ as we also did several other caches nearby including Englands oldest. Thanks for brining us here!
Picked this cache up on a day out with Cyclenutt, DTBoyWonder, Guiding Nutter and SkyBluesBazza and while attending the Coombe Hill CITO and picking up litter.
A truly stunning monument and fantastic views in a beautiful place on a lovely day, what more can a cacher ask for, oh meeting the CO at the event and getting your answers personally verified. A fave point from us.
Signing the logs as Team Notts to save time and space.

This was a lovely spot on a sunny day, with some great views. Thanks for the geology lesson!
It would be good to come back to the area at some point to explore further.
