I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Hi Bartfound
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.
Regards

Started in the wrong place but once I moved to the more obvious location I soon had the cache, cheers
Was going to log this as a dnf as the first place I looked came up empty. I tried it from another approach and this one was more obviously the gz. TFTC.
Today we wanted to add quite a few finds for this calendar date, so we decided to come over to Flat Bush.
This one had us fooled initially, as the GPS was pointing at a different interpretation of the hint which we searched before noticing something else. Once we had arrived at the correct GZ the cache was quickly spotted. TFTC

Made a little tour at noon time to grab some Caches. Weather was good, so I enjoyed looking for them!
Very strange that we couldn't find it last time... Found it quick today!
Thanks for hiding!

Dear Cache Owners,
I am a German guy who stays in New Zealand for eight months.
My English is not perfect, so please don't wonder if my log entries sound a bit strange. Thanks!
----------
Nothing to do in the evening, so I made a little tour together with thegreatauk in this area to find some boxes.
No success here. The previous logs didn't make us hope...

Been here before, had a quick check where the co-ords pointed but found nothing. Came back this afternoon, wandered over there … it’s a jungle … and hit the jackpot. Change S36 58.021 to S36 58.025 and you should be right on the money. TFTC
The coordinates seem to be very off as my phone said it was right by the road. After frustration and searching and the useful hint I found it. Brooke
Co-ordinates quite a bit off and initially indicated the wrong side of the fence. Widening search area helped a relatively quick find. Thank you.
Read a couple of logs prior so thought it might take a bit of searching. Found within the first minute, pleased. Thanks
5.50pm - Trip to Auckland with the Squirrel and a couple of new cachers on board with us. No real plans but with one multi cache in mind. With this ticked off it was just a day of increasing our cache numbers. A good with some interesting cache hides with a couple needing needing repairs and a couple of misses. Thanks to all the cache owners for todays trip. SLTFTC
I had a quick look round but felt very conspicuous here so didn't hang about long. A clue, an idea of height or more accurate cords would be a help in such a public spot.
We have driven past this one a few times and keep meaning to stop and look but always get sidetracked for one reason or another so today we decided it was time to go for it.
There were a few workmen across the road constructing the new school building but they paid us no attention and there was enough cover to do what we needed to do without arousing suspicion.
Fortunately we have found a similar hide elsewhere so had a good idea of where it would be making this a quick find.
Thanks Bartfound for hiding this interesting series, it's great to learn something as part of the find.

time for a few caches after dropping people at the airport and picking up the next lot to take back to Waihi with me
This is a new caching area for me. As it was a holiday I was able to park next to the construction site. TFTC.
Hurray, find number 500 for our little geocaching team. A nice easy one to finish the day we thought but no, we managed to make this one tricky for ourselves. Making assumptions about hides can catch you out so while geowife extended the GZ area I returned to our initial thought and there was able to employ a different geosense than usual that twigged me to where the hide would be. Sure enough, once I went around to have a look we quickly had it hand and got to sign off on our 500th find. Happy finish to the day. TFTC.
Mrs B and geokid had a short look at this one a while ago but decided to not to get too close. We have been past many times but it never seemed to be the right time to investigate. Tonight in the cover of darkness and school holidays the opportunity presented itself. Took a little poking around as I approached from the wrong side due to GPS error but got there in the end.
Log is full and without Mrs B I did not have any extra paper sorry. Squeezed a our name in at the top under torch light. TFTC.

Great idea to do this one in the school holidays! We parked a bit further down the road near another cache, then walked down to collect this. We had a rough idea where it was, but didn't check the coordinates properly - not to self - check the coordinates!! Once we checked the coords, we quickly realised we were in the wrong place, spotted the right place and grabbed the cache. TFTC
After we had found Bright Spark, we decided that it was far enough for a little walk to retrieve this cache, after all we needed to stretch the legs a little.
We headed on over to where the co-ordinates were pointing us and looked around, and looked at the map, looked around, and looked at the map. It looked like it was over there, so a little further walking and we were at what we thought was GZ. A quick search turned up nothing, so a look at the hint soon pointed us in the right direction. It didn't take us long at all to realize where we should have been searching, right nest to where we had stopped to figure out where GZ was earlier.
Anyway, Mr. Kiwi and LordCacher08 were in and searching for the cache. It didn't take long at all to find it. The log was signed and the cache replaced.
TFTC.

Late morning and we decided to approach hopefully from an area unseen. Big mistake as it was around the other side and anybody watching must have wondered just what the hell we were up to. Easily spotted once facing from the right side.
Ok got there in the end once we spotted the correct object. Grass so muddy around here. Tftc
Came across someone chilling in the bush. Was that you Ryan the Lion? I mean its 1am Ryan hahaha
Didn't except to come a across a boy in the bush at 1am, must be Ryan the lion ? With dazgoodd
This is my second visit...and all here today ! Phew ! So glad I returned....
Quite obvious really !
Only problem is I dropped my best pen here.....pls email me if anyone sees it deep in the flax or whatever !
Would love it back !
Thanks Bartfound .
Glad it was late at night...must be tricky in daytime...

Spent a little bit too long scratching our heads until some one used their eyes. A team effort then came up with the cache. TFTC
Out and about with the Davidson clan getting some caches in the area. This one took a few minutes to find, then we discovered the pen didn't work. Luckily we had backup in the van.
We were initially looking in the wrong place when one of the kids suggested this place would be better a well camouflaged power supply.
Once at the correct GZ we soon made the find .tftc

Lucky quick find, great hiding spot away from the busy Ormiston Road!
Came here to map the new Pak Save across the road and update the new subdivisions for open streetmap
Many thanks

Easy find by colleague from BDSC (You can tell we like shopping....NOT). Along with Gillibeans this is our 10th find for the day - half way there. Lunchtime soon!
No school today so no worries with muggles as I hunted this one down. TFTC
Had a quick look but decided it wasn't a great place to have the Geo-kid poking around so decided to abandon the search.
Circumnavigated the 'power' but didn't find it. Will have to try again another day. Hard with all the foliage growing close.
TFTC. Power to the people

After a previous DNF here, we have since found a similar cache so had more of an idea what to look for. We were a little early for the geobowling event nearby, so stopped off here on the way to put our hunch into practice. This time it was a nice quick find here with darthcacher1 and purply.
DNF for myself and MoveStar here today and way too much traffic - will have to come at night sometime maybe.
Found it at last! Didn't enjoy searching for this one - too many unseen spidery places to stick my fingers into.
Made this more of an ordeal than it needed to be. First we searched the wrong "power" item for ages, then after circling around, we soon realised our mistake. Then, once we were in the right spot, it still took a good search about to spot the hide! Glad to eventually grab this smiley tonight. Thanks for the hide.
Out while the weather is been nice Drulisa & I were bored after a few beers so decided on a caching walk with beers in hand we got this before the rain set in. Tftc
#1157. This was the last cache I had time to do in Auckland before catching my flight back home to Wellington. This was targeted as I am trying to complete the date hidden grid and need just four more caches to achieve this. The 18 Aug was one of those caches. It took a few minutes to find this one as there are quite a few places to hide a container of this nature and I pretty much checked all of them before laying my hands on the cache. Then it was quickly signed and on the way to the airport. Thanks for hiding this on this date.
Not having a lot of luck with these
"Playtime" caches!!! Had a bit of a walk around in the semi-dark with my torch, but was a bit apprehensive.... Especially when I saw several LARGE spiders.... I'm not the biggest fan of spiders, especially when they are this size, and when it's dark so I can't see where they scuttle off to!!!
Will have to return.

Another nice quick find on my (roundabout) way to work. The clue lead me straight to it. TFTC
Did not spend too much time trying for this due to prior comments and not keen to be searching by transformer.
Hm no luck either, and as other said around a transformer box ain't the best place and to much rubbish from the school here
Couldn't find it, not a fan of transformer boxes and not on the power pole... Give up!
Had a wee look here today on the way to a BBQ nearby. Area around the college surprisingly busy for 5 pm on a Sat. A number of muggles passing nearby so felt a bit conspicuous searching where we were. Will return to find again on another day.
Have a member of the team with this name so couldn't resist stopping to collect this cache. Thanks
Originally logged and found whilst out with mum (keylev) but now have own account so logging all finds I was present at and helped with.
Thanks for the cache.

Was heading for another cache as there is a challenge that I am working on and noticed I would be passing this one. Couldn't help but stop for it.
Started on the wrong side of the structure so had to make the walk round to the other side. Thankfully I found it very quickly as it was in the same spot as another Bartfound cache on a structure just like this one.

Out and about after work making my way home and collecting a few caches too. A super quick find here. Cheers for the hide.
Nope, hope it wasnt on the green Transformer, wont touch those, have you seen them blow up? -;)
