Headed to Noranda this afternoon to get my daily caching fix, had a go at 4 in the short time I had and found 3.
Searched around here for about ten minutes with GPSr playing silly-buggers. I had to move on. I'm sure its there somewhere though, might be back one day.
TFTH
I'm looking forward to meeting other geocachers in Busselton at the 'WA GOES BIG IN 2015' event. Registrations now open.

No luck today unfortunately. Wasnt wearing suitable attire to 'dig' around to deep. Lots and lots of leaf litter. Geomaster6 was worried about snake probabity. Will try again another time. Thanks for the effort and your details, good read
Lovely little spot with the birds paddling about and watching me on my hands and knees digging in the shrubs. Thanks for the hide and I have taken the TB to extend his travels.
A pretty little water hole here with quite a few birds around. GeoL was a little gentleman and when he found this good sized cache he gently guided GeoT over to it so she could make the discovery "all by herself" Unfortunately we came out unprepared for swapables but the GeoKids enjoyed taking inventory of the enclosed items. Signed the log and tucked it away safely again. TFTC .K.B.
Tom was very excited to find this cache! An easy find chock full of good quality swapables. Took 2 trackables before I could stop him (but we are planning an all day outing on Friday with new geokids so will send them on their travels). Love your work KB! TFTC
A nice quick find & good to find a cache big enough to drop a few trackables in.
Thanks,

Another day out with Mistraluna and the Better Half caching.
Found the cache without problems and enjoyed the larger size.
Thanks .K.B. for the cache.

Another epic day of caching, continuing on from where I left off last weekend. Quick find here. Thanks .K.B.
Had to wait awhile until the muggles skaters and muggles shire workers had left.
Log still in excellent condition.
Thanks KB

Out doing a quick run north the river on my day off, Finished the morning here as I have to get home for an appointment..TFTC
Found about 10m from GZ. We had a great time looking for it and enjoyed watching the water birds. Use to live a few streets over, we miss this park ! Swapped an awesome little Water Squirter for an Eyeball Bouncy Ball. TFTC
To start with my cacheing name has nothing to do with this suburb as it is my scouting name which has a twist of my surname. It was a quick find due to the logs with the coords being out slightly. Having over 120 hides back east totally agree with your sentiments on logs, I for one think it is for new cachers a little bit of nerves as they really ant sure what to say and a bit of embarrassment about the whole on line logs. I enjoy reading the logs of finders and hate the "found" logs or " " logs. Nice idea which I might take back east with me. HAGCD "have a great caching day" oh no another acronym. TFTC
We spent far more than our usual allocation of ten mintes hunt time here today. Eventually after rereading previous logs we extended the search area and made the find about 8m south of where out GPS would have us looking. Loved the cache and must fully agree with the comments of this CO regarding the decline in the courtesy and respect afforded to the time and effort expended by the cache owner in acquiring suitable cache containers, finding suitable and interesting locations for GZ and then then effort required to monitor and maintain the cache. It is becoming alarming how often one finds a cache that has not been respectfully returned to its intended location. Surely it is not too much to expect for a cache container lid to be replaced correctly and the cache repositioned to minimise exposure to moisture. This is a great hobby that has the potential to take one to a multitude of interesting locations that one would never otherwise have the pleasure of experiencing. Yes, enjoy yourself when out and about Geocaching but do not leave your respect for others, and the efforts that others have expended for your pleasure, at home when Geocaching.
Thanks for the cache KB

Out for a few hours and needed a geo fix so we headed up to this area once again. Most caches were found quickly and others took a few minutes of searching .this one had us searching a bit afield of GZ but manage to grab the prize and sign the log .TFTC .K.B.
Found after I widen the search area a cache this size can't hide forever.
I used to own a home around the corner brought in 1989 for $86,000.Should have brought 2 but the $50,000 house loan scared me too much.
This storm water sump has changed a lot with more trees.
When I moved into the area (1968) as a 5yr old. My older brother used to catch gilgies in the creeks for a couple years before they disappeared.
Thanks .K.B. for the cache and memories.
Dipped some TBs

My first geocache and it was great. It's right near my house so thought why not. Was looking through heaps of bushes finally found it! The flowers are purple however not red If that helps anyone haha
Quick and easy find on our second visit - no idea why we missed it the first time around! TFTC
2ND CACHE - WENT YESTERDAY & COULDNT FIND IT BUT TRIED AGAIN TODAY - ABOUT TO GIVE UP BUT THEN FOUND IT. LEFT SOME GOODIES FOR THE KIDS.
Still hanging around the Morley area after work today and decided to give this one a shot too, despite the nearby soccer playing muggles.
Couldn't find anything so resorted to checking the hint then had a quick find amongst the shrubbery about 10 metres from my original GZ. I was rewarded with a treasure trove but only grabbed the GC, leaving the other fancy stuff for the kids.
Another nice suburban park area found only through the efforts of .K.B. placing the cache here. TFTC .K.B.

KB this is the type we like as a geocaching family. The looks on the kids faces when they make the find and open the cache to see all the treasure is priceless. Thank you for the hide and I hear where you are coming from. Kids took play dough and left 2 x dinosaurs and Travel bug.
TFTC! Found on a quick caching run through the bayswater area and surrounds. Ever since this cache has been published I've wanted to come and find it, was a bit further out than I wanted to go but I couldn't resist the chance. Thanks KB have a fav from me!!
This was our second ever find and the kids loved it. Took the slinky and replaced with a smurf
Great to find a large and well stocked cache in the suburbs. Think we were one of the teams speaking to .K.B. recently about geocaching in general. Courtesy in caching is something we all need to remember. Sign the log sheet before you claim the find, leave a comment when you log your find, maintain the caches you find by replacing log sheets etc where needed. Thanks KB.
GSAGC #738. I fondly remember the days before the ubiquitous mint tin when a micro was usually a film container placed in urban areas where anything larger could not be effectively concealed. Now that the "great unwashed" have discovered the joys of geocaching there is precious little elegance to modern hides. "Here's a vacant spot to stash a mint tin" has sadly become the norm. I have come to abhore these but have persisted in hunting them to boost my geocaching stats for the Great Scouts Australia Geocaching Competition which thankfully concludes on 15th September.
I do enjoy a clever concealment a la Felix or the Duck (and others) who go to extraordinary lengths to set a challenging search. And I also appreciate a caching series (a la Ghfb) where utilising mint tins for the waypoints is a sensible and economical solution. For me geocaching is not so much about how many caches I can find but about discovering new and interesting places. When I travel, Geocaching takes me off the regular tourist path and I greatly enjoy being "shown around" by locals placing caches in beautiful and/or historic locales.
There was a time when I would find 1 trackable for every 3 finds but it alarms me that the ratio is now about 1 in 30. I suspect that this is partly due to the explosion of micro and nano caches but also seems attributable to people keeping them as trophies, either deliberately or through not fully understanding their mission.
I acknowledge that I've had a lot to say for someone with 1000+ finds with nary a hide to my name... which I aim to rectify in the near future. At least I now have a good idea of what I enjoy in seeking and finding a cache and will attempt to apply this knowledge to my own hides... that is, if I can find somewhere to place them in amongst all the micros.
KB, thank you so much for this traditional hide... I am looking forward to meeting you in person - either by fortunate coincidence as with my bumping into Ghfb and snapper1head on recent caching runs or perhaps at a caching event.
This log was published on 1st September from the Thai Airlines Royal Orchid First Class Lounge in Bangkok whilst slurping on a Bollinger and awaiting a relaxing 1 hour aromatherapy massage prior to our connecting flight to Paris

Another quick find on my morning run, its great to see a couple of regular size caches popping up around the area. It didn't take too long to locate this one, looks like the kids will like it.

Bit of a bouncy GPS day today but got there in the end. Took nothing, added a bouncy ball. TFTC!
I did a slight detour on the way home from work to find this one, but it was dark when I got here, and my torch was out of batteries, so I stumbled around by the light of the sports facilities across the lake, and almost ended up on my nose a few times haha.
It was absolutely stunning though to listen to the various frogs singing in chorus in and around the lake!
After overshooting the cache the first time, and looking in a very wet bush I readjusted and came back a couple of metres and found the cache. There were lots of very cool swaps in it, but I didn't have anything with me, so I didn't take anything.
Thanks for bringing the regular back KB!

Quick find once at.GZ. Spent 30min nearby trying for a ftf on a rusted wreck but alas found nothing. This was my next closest unfound. TFTC.
Short search until spotted the container - No swap. signed the log at 11:10am. Thanks KB.
I was taking my kids over to see their grandma when I stopped by to find this cache. Things got off to a bad start when they saw the playground nearby - this wasn't going to be a quick park 'n grab! Found the cache under the Grevillea ok. The kids had fun sorting through the cache contents whilst i signed the log. Was going to take the TB but couldn't help it on its mission so left it. T: cards L: Pathtag. A visit to the playground was required before we carried on our may. TFTC.
Tftc nice little skate park for geokids . Took the pathtag but left the trackable .
What a wonderful cache in a gorgeous tranquil area of the park. I've always thought there should be at least 2 caches in this vicinity. Put in pen took out pretty pink sharpener. Thank-you so much.
Excellent cache. Sincerely hope that it is not muggled. Thanks for the space and appreciate the request to respect it. Took pencil sharpener and left wrist watch. Also left travel bug TB4XBMF which is destined for Busselton but it can only travel west and must first leave Australia. Happy travels and good luck little ant. Hope to see you again.
Quick find even though the surrounds were crawling wth council muggles mowing and whippersnipping, I don't know that times have changed that much, as some finders still only put "tftc" or a smiley face on their on-line logs, no impressions of looking for the cache or how hard/easy it was to find
Log is still nice and dry, but I had to remove an item so I could relock the cache

Was out getting cache number 19 of the 31 days of geocaching when this came through. Not ready to go home I decided to grab this one too which I think the dog appreciated also. Was an easy find. Left two TBs... TFTC
Love the idea behind this cache!
Not sure if I'll be able to find it any time soon, but having to record a 'wet log' today, I will make sure I return my spares to my caching kit tonight!

...sorry I meant to say; prompt find on this very enjoyable cache, though had to use my best tetris skills to get all the kids toys back in. And for what it's worth my opinion is that everything evolves and life is about adapting, there are only so many amazing spots that can take an ammo can.
Log seemed dry when I found it.
