Another trip out with DAB this morning before his work duties. We targeted a couple of caches that may bother us with muggles when busy. We headed out early, parked the geo wheels and after a little bit of a search found this cache.
Thanks to the Glanville Girls for placing this cache for us to find and enjoy

Needing some space and fresh air we headed north for the day, exploring the bush around the Eureka Track in the morning followed by some CBD city walking in the afternoon. It was a great day out with Jacko - good company and we even did some caching along the way . It ended up being a diverse mix of caches, terrain and cache types with amazingly no DNFs.
Now back in the city we made our way up Sturt Street and were lucky with a quick find here.
Thanks, Glanville Girls.

Out and about with Pacman, sat, pondered, played with sprinklers, Pacman made his move! Thanks
Not really sure where the GPS was taking me. Looked at the only magnetic thing but nothing.
DNF @ 13:43
We're on a weekend getaway to Ararat, and some caching was on the agenda. We'd parked across the road from here to get lunch. On returning to the car, I spent a few more than a few minutes looking for this cache. But with all the muggles, being a very exposed location, and general all around not being able to find it, I gave up.
Thanks anyway Glanville Girls

Searched around for roughly 15 minutes with no luck, wandered about a bit but nothing. Will be back at some stage to investigate some more
Please excuse the late log, as I've been away from caching for awhile but I still have a log of what I've found. This cache was found while visiting Australia from the USA - thank you for the cache!
Tftc Glanville Girls. Finally I found this one with Jane-h on a hot day. Ive have a couple of DNFs here. We about to go to movies where it's nice and cool.
This one I thought we wouldn't find as I am not to good at sighting the rare nanos, but Shumba and I were successful and was a good find thank you
Up in Ballarat spending some time with family so took a leave pass today to grab a couple of caches.
Out for a coffee and cache with a quick find today.
Many thanks to Glanville Girls for placing and maintaining Sturt Street Gardens. I found it, I signed it, and put it back as found.

Found this afternoon by a new cacher with me, who found it immediately. We also signed over a log that couldn't be read, log is full. Thanks for placing a cache in this great spot Glanville Girls. Tftc
Found "Sturt Street Gardens" today while on a flying trip to Ballarat to catch up with friends. Thanks Glanville Girls for setting this one up. The hunt took me longer than it should've. Once I finally got my 'caching eyes' into focus - after 10 minutes of hunting - the cache was quickly in my hand BUT the log book is full and does need attention. I ended up signing over the top of someone else but their particular log was almost invisible anyway. Love the gardens and seating in this area .

TFTC . We were in Ballarat prior to the CITO in Enfield and the subsequent evening event in Sebastaspol. We had attempted this one quite some time ago but it had gone MIA. WE saw that it was back in play so we had to make the find. The log book is full , unfortunately we did not have the right size log paper too place in the hide.
My first stop in Ballarat on this trip up this way and as it was Sunday and early I had the place to myself.
I parked the Geowagon and decided to walk the distance of the Main Street to have a look at all of the gardens and statues / monuments in the middle strip.
I quick search and I spotted this sneaky hide and added my name to the log.
There is only one spot on the log left for this one.
Thanks Glanville Girls TFTC.

The log only has one spot left so the next finder could add a new log if they have one on them.
Irish Murphy’s was very tempting after the find.
Found on another epic caching loop with H423L which included the St Arnaud mega and many other magnificent Australian locations.
Thanks Glanville Girls and clear skies from TeamAstro. ️ Cache the planet!

We were passing through Ballarat so had to grab one or two caches. This was one of them. The little blighter was eventually spotted. TFTC
Caching in the area we picked up a few caches in the area and this was one of them.
Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

WE had stopped in Ballarat for lunch while heading for a flight back home to Brisbane and took a stroll around town to complete the lab cache and found we were walking past this cache.
We wondered around searching a few other spots and the third time we had looked in this spot we located the cache.

This took us longer than it should have. Trouble was I looked there first and was cache blind and somehow missed it. So expanded the search area and checked here, checked there and around about. Went back to first area we’d looked and saw it straight away. Grrrr! . Glad we found it and thankfully signed the log.
Cheers and happy caching!

Day 4 of the Bromance St Arnaud Handicap, and sadly our last. A whirlwind tour of all types of cache types, shape, sizes and effort. Thanks to all the cache owners for making a trip like this possible. We hand picked caches that met our team needs, high D/T, wherigos, virtuals, eartchcaces, high FP's and interesting ones! This cache met that criteria!
Coffee and all bodily functions appeased and off we go again.
Coffee and all bodily functions appeased and off we go again.
Today was the final day of the 2019 Bromance St Arnaud FIFO adventure. The serious cachers (Seffnjarah, Swellerfungus, JeznDez and I) headed out at sparrows with some a little dusty after last nights birthday celebrations for Seff.
Having grabbed a few early high terrain caches, we filled up with bacon and eggs for breakfast and checked out of our airbnb for a full day caching in Ballarat before ambling back towards Melbourne and our flight home.
This was a quick grab whilst we waited for coffee at the only cafe that seemed to be open on a Sunday. Many thanks Glanville Girls

The Bromance (seffnjarah, Crookedpete and Swellerfungus) conducted a successful fly-in-fly-out mission from Brisbane to Melbourne for last year's mega event at Parkville, and decided to return again this year for the The Bromance Mega FIFO Adventure 2019. With the addition of Dez of JezNDez as the all new-and-improved Bromance, and sayWOT? joining us as caching 457 visa holder, the expanded team flew in for 3 days of caching around Melbourne and regional Victoria, with a visit to the St Arnaud Mega thrown in.
With a trip out to the Mega yesterday, we had returned to spend the night in Ballarat in some rather spiffy accommodation. After a short caching expedition before breakfast, we returned to the accommodation to repack the car and check out before venturing out again to gather up some more caches in Ballarat including this one.
This was a quick find for us as the group waited for their morning caffeine hit to be brewed nearby. Logbook signed "The Bromance" to save space. TFTC

We are over from Auckland, NZ to attend the St Arnaud Event 2019. Today we are sadly having to head back to Melbourne for our flight home. A nice stop along the way. Had some coffee and breakfast nearby. SL. TFTC.

With friends 3 weeks on the road to explore Tasmania and South Australia. We experienced great landscapes, people and animals. By the way, many caches were also visited. Thanks for the great impressions. Greetings from Germany.
Found after a few minutes the log is full and I’ve written over something that I think is a very faded early log hope that’s okay but the logbook needs replacing
Nice little find in the afternoon. Clever cache too. Sat on the nearby bench and relaxed for a moment
In town doing the adventure labs and noticed I hadn't found this little beauty. Gottcha!
This took a bit of sneaky wandering about as though I was talking on my phone while casually glancing at the likely spots. Easy find in the end, just had to make sure I wasn't been spotted in the act. TFTC
Grabbed early morning along our travels in this great country. TFTC Glanville Girls.
1st fine for the day. Up here for work, it was nice to go for an afternoon walk around the town. Great hide it blends in so well. It was a tricky grab with out being seen, but got it. Such a beautiful garden.
Quite a few spots to hide a cache here. Checked a few locations then put a bit more trust in the coordinates and found the cache in a spot my geocaching colleague had previously checked. TFTC!
Spending the weekend in Ballarat with friends and took the opportunity to find this cache en route from dinner to a bar. There were quite a few locations to search, but in the end I trusted the gps and laid my fingers on the tiny cache. The night was very cold, but still and not too unpleasant in the dark. Yay for iPhone torches! TFTC
Tricky little sucker. Log is wedged tightly but lucky we have some nimble fingers.
Wasn't able to look around here much today as it is bitterly cold but thank you for placing this cache for us to find.
On a cold sunday afternoon, there were a number of muggles but not enough to cause us any trouble. Nice quick find. Thanks for the cache.

A busy afternoon here. But a break in muggle traffic made for a quick find.
Cheers Glanville Girls

Tricky little find! Had a couple of looks before the biggest member spotted it. TFTC
We stopped here for a number fro a multi we started in Melbourne. While I was getting that, CaptainVimes wandered over to look for this and we made a quick grab. Thanks for the cache

Between Prouts, Salis Street and the river, this is another of those pleasant open green areas that Ankh has in abundance while Morpork generally lacks them. Until fairly recently, the top tier of a wedding cake designed for a friend by "Bloody Stupid" Johnson was used as a bandstand. This was a monument to one hitherto unseen skill of Johnson's: He achieved with icing sugar a hardness not often found in cement.

We had a few spare minutes between dinner and a movie so we stopped to grab this one. The mixture of it being windy, cold, dark, and also around dinner time ensured that there was no people here surprisingly! Took a few minutes of searching in the dark to locate this one, but eventually had cache in hand and name on the log. TFTC, SL, CIGC
A quick find today .. as I neared the GZ I spied the cache on approach .. there was no one around so it was an easy pick up. Thankyou Glanville girls for placing and maintaining the cache
Braving the very wet and cold weather today I was out in the excellent company of Bushfire. After making our choices at the nearby Virtual and fortifying ourselves with some very tasty soup I stopped to grab this little cache TFTC Glanville Girls
Found but had no pen so name isn't there but promise that did find snekey little part GPS was originally 10 meters off
Finally get to put a smiley to this one. After dodging muggles for so long we finally located the infamous nano. TFTC
Grabbed dinner and back to my accommodation in the cold and rain. Just had to try this one on the way back, fortunately a quick find on this grand street. Thanks.
Great little hide in a very busy party of the world! Up here from Melbourne and have 20min for caching while the wife shops. Coordinates took me spot on to the hide location but still took a while to find the little bugger. Great little hide where you will need to trust your touch to reveal its resting place.

I originally tried to find this cache a year or maybe longer ago in the dark after having a meal at a nearby Chinese restaurant. Then I scratched around in the dark by myself. Today I was with N0w0rries in broad daylight while we working on two other caches we started further up the street, a Multi and an Earthcache. The finding device led us to where I had searched last time and we found this pretty quickly. It was a relief to have this one finally on the “Found” list!

Found with surefoot as we were doing the Wherigo and the Earthcache. A sneaky hide but location quickly.
Thank you for placing and maintaining this Micro geocache for us to find, Glanville Girls.

Found as I gathered clues for The Fugitive, and then bumped into a fellow cacher who gave me a lift to the motorway as I'm headed for Ararat. TFTC
Really stoked to turn this one into a smiley from the DNF I have had there for awhile now. It was almost another failed attempt but when I sat in the car about to leave I noticed another cacher wandering up the street and after he had a small search I exited the car and introduced myself.
We had a quick search together going over much the same ground I had already covered and then I spotted it.
we quickly signed the log and regis the cache.
Then seeing how my new friend was hitch hiking I dropped him off out on the Hwy where he could continue on to Horsham.
Thanks for the cache Glanville Girls. You have to love the caching community for the random experiences you almost every time you go out hunting.

Spent ages looking for this a few weeks ago and today I came to look with friends and they found it in less than a minute. Still found though
Out for the day around town - my sister saw it straight away! Wasn’t so convinced myself - nice camo!

After high school I decided to take a gap year. Four months to australia just to travel with my travelbuddy and our van Freek. Offcourse I also have to find some geocaches. Then everybody knows what I've been to australia. What a beautiful country it is! Thanks so much for these geocaches!
