###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
Hi there Cache Owner,
This cache has come to Reviewer notice as there is a 'Needs Maintenance' log that indicates there is some sort of issue with the placement and it needs your attention please. The cache is being temporarily disabled, to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache are addressed.
Check out the Guidelines here: [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance)
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days, please** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days so others know exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication kill this cache.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** I don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page telling me that the site has works going on, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, I can't tell what is going on with the cache. So please just post a note to the page (witrhin 14 days) and when I return to the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer. Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, it's better for you to decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

I shop at this Coles several times per week, the building this cache was on has been demolished, the area is fenced off as they are building a new Coles where this was. The geocacher seems to be no longer active. I messaged the cache owner on the 20/3/21 and have not had a reply.
This geocacher reported that this geocache should be archived. A community volunteer reviewer has been notified.
A quick find on a warm afternoon. The area seemed rather rundown with a lot of broken glass in the parking area. TFTC

This cache took longer than it should have especially with the previous logs. This cache is in desperate need of some TLC. I don't believe that it is now hiding in it's original location. It is another smilie after nannynomad discovered the cache.

This cache is in need of desperate attention. It is no longer where it is supposed to be (I believe this is true) - the magnets are missing and the log sheet is damp
Tftc. Luckily not many people around. Quick find for me as I saw a part of it. It was wet and falling off. It could do with some TLC.
Found it! Sorry for the late log. Getting back into it after covid. Discovered I had a few outstanding logs to submit. TFTC SL ??
Please excuse the late log, as I've been away from caching for awhile but I still have a log of what I've found. This cache was found while visiting Australia from the USA - thank you for the cache!
I was heading up to Ballarat to attend the morning event and as I was on doctors orders to keep off my right foot due to 3 cortisone injections yesterday it was only going to be a quiet day for me.
I was a tad early so I was able to park reasonably close to this one and had a quick search and soon located the cache and added my name to the log.
I have found a few of this type of cache in my travels but definitely not hid like this one was.
Now on to the event which I should be on time for, then to head back to Melbourne for more R&R.
Thanks dpkcacher TFTC.

This tricky to find hide had me searching for a few minutes before it was found not quite where I expected it. The location was quite secluded in a usually busy car park. Luckily we were able to park so our searching was hidden from view. The building looks pretty dilapidated these days. I wonder what it was in it’s glory days. The cache might benefit from some TLC as it’s grip on its host is becoming a bit insecure.
for such a simple cache, my brother was a little to ecstatic re: his find.
great hide, tftc!! careful of muggles

Out and about again in Ballarat today and found this cache. I have seen a number of this type of cache before but not hidden as this one was quite neat. TFTC.
A quick find here before the event near by
A great day out today, I headed from Ballarat to Mt gambier by some funky route, well any normal geocaching route really. With 4 events lined up with one being a CITO, they made cursor for when I needed to be at certain locations otherwise it was free roam. Overall a good day out with nearly 500km driven and almost 50 caches found

Mr jiwilly has his caching eyes on today! Log sheets were both full so have added a new sheet of replacement paper for logs. TFTC, SL
Both prior log books were full and since adding a replacement log, it is getting quite full. Might need someone to come and take the old logs out to avoid it splitting.
Caching day in Ballarat for the day from Melbourne. Weather was perfect for me to come here. Very tricky to find. Thanks dpkcacher for placing this cache
TFTC. Last cache for the day after attending the Last One for March event in Buninyong. A quick find in a pretty muggle free car park on a Sunday evening. A quick find. The magnets are loose on the cache cointainer and will require some owner intervention. If finders are careful mice will not be super urgent.
Hooray !!
A challenging cache that could put me under the hammer
So why am I hanging around in a shopping centre carpark,
with not a Bunnings, (coincidently owned by the same company as the supermercado next door),
in sight ??[:o]
Anyhoo !! Plenty of parking here,
right next to GZ
And after a bit of an initial fumble
I soon found this cache

Found it with Sunsong1 on a pretty good evening and night of caching. Thank you for placing and maintain this cache in quite a tricky spot and quite busy.
Found it. Part of the cache is loose but otherwise in good condition. Great hide TFTC
A very clever hide indeed. After finding the cache we then went and did some shopping nearby. SL TFTC
Crackers grabbed this one while LeeLee picked up a few things in the supermarket.
A bit of a search then spotted this nice hide on the right angle.

Under the hammer -- very cute. We were up in Ballarat for a day trip and took on a few caches while there. Like this one -- a quirky use of a familiar hide. TNLN Sl, TFTC!

Find #3397. Found @ 17:35 with The Good Lady Wife.
We're in Ballarat to help the in-law's out on a holiday. The bribery to get me on board with this plan was some caching.
After collecting some caches from a trail, we needed to divert to a supermarket to get some things... Oh look, a cache only less than 100m away. Lets have a quick look. It didn't turn out to be very quick, but a thorough look revealed the hide after my first pass missed it.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache dpkcacher

Tftc. Took a little while, my geo senses are a bit off due to not caching much lately. Kids loved it.
Made the trek up North with sims family and Neville Devil to grab some caches we were keen to find.
A sneaky little hide here which would be tricky on busy days.
log signed and replaced as found.

When I got a message from Ausfox; today to see if I wanted an evening caching I couldn't refuse. Where was the only question. We had a few solved mysteries in the Ballarat Area and one of them was one I needed for my next D/T loop so that is where we headed. Neville_devil who is always keen also joined us for the trip.
with the hour getting quite late we were working our way homeward still picking caches as we pass by. Neville_devils keen eye spotted this one.
Thank you dpkcacher for the hunt

Nice hide. Took a bit longer than it probably should have to find, and then even longer to put back as a large group filed out of the back building!!!
Arrived too early from Melbourne to book into accommodation so did a few cache nearby. Before we arrived i thought it was the Bunnings outlet. Thanks for the clever cache
In Ballarat for the Christmas in July event. Quick and easy find on a cold and windy day. TFTC.
Quick park and grab as the wind picked up making every second outside the car, icier then the one before...
My cords are jumping all over the place. Poppet_93 are working heaps better today, hense she is finding them first. Alas my turn will come.

Find No. 1841. Found with FUF009 at 1.50pm.
Down in Ballarat with FUF009 who had an appointment to attend. After lunch it was time to do a bit of caching before heading home. We managed to get five caches plus one DNF for the afternoon.
At this one we drove right up to it. FUF009 jumped out and quickly grabbed the cache and signed the log. Lucky for us there was no-one in the car park at the time.

Moneydork and Mrs Moneydork had very kindly invited me, last November, for a caching trip to Victoria over the Australia Day weekend [:X]
A massive trip with 13 DNFS and 318 finds over 7 days and many kilometers of travel
My knees don't want to bend anymore after a massive ride on the Ballarat Skipton Rail Trail and then about 145 finds the next day while finishing the Dad's Mt. Disappointment Driving Lesson series [xx(] Seems my driving lesson was about me keeping both feet on the ground as I broke my own record by doing the autumn leaf thing 4 times in one day [xx(]
Still a fantastic trip with great sights and lots of cache finds [^]
