Wondering if the cache has been moved with the addition of a new fence fro a new subdivison?
No luck here today. New sub-division is happening- and a whole stretch of very new fence has gone in- wondering if something might have happened to it??
Mallorcatommy and I were travelling through the southern island of New Zealand. What an amazing, breath-taking landscape! On our way we did some nice walks, enjoyed ourselves and found great geocaches. Thanks to all owners for nice hiding spots... We wouldn't have been to a few places without these little boxes!
Thank you!
Thank you!

I was on my way to do the Motorway series of caches today but ended up finding 36 caches on my 25 km walk. By now I was really getting into the rythm of things and the cache details were starting to flow into each other. The clouds coming in from the south were darkening. Not a good sign.

There was room for a few small items in this cache.

Quickly found on our wander along here, a few cyclists out here now, but nobody interested in us! TFTC
I was gathering an appetite by now, so had a wee food and water stop. Lucky I came prepared. Great hides. TFTC.
Today I rode my bicycle through Christchurch. I was able to discover many beautiful spots and find geochaches. Thank you to each of the owners for the hide geocaches.
Another enjoyable outing on the Southern Motorway Cycle trail with Lo Vista and JustmeG.
Getting close to where we had decided to finish, and can see my car parked not far away - yay as I am getting a little weary now and a cup of coffee would revive me greatly. TFTC.

Troodles' cachemobile is in sight so looking foward to a refreshment break. Hoping to return to a previous DNF after we find a cafe.
Hello Mrs and I dropped our car at one end of the Motorway and walked to the other (North to South).
We had a great stroll and really enjoyed the series.

14th find along the cycleway between Curletts Road and Halswell Junction Road. Great walk with Moneydork TFTC
On the Second day down here for work so making a few cache pickups in the early hours of the morning before heading back to get ready for work. The best thing about caching at this time is the lack of muggles, however if you are wanting to sightsee then the views only extend to the end of your torch beam.
Managed a quick find and accompanied by a brisk walk in the chill morning air.
Thanks for the placement

Winglen's wooly baaa is resting up here where there is plenty of grass for him to feed on!

Checking on the cache and replaced the log. The hide has become the location of a boundary marker for the new subdivision going in nearby. Shifted slightly to a less busy spot.

An excellent series to knock off with a few hours before we have to catch our plane back to Auckland. TFTC
Had to wait for a dad and his kid to cycle past, we hope they thought we were having a rest. Found with Aoraki Sheep.
Another stop, only seem to get started and we're stopping again - not that we are complaining.
Another one on a quick afternoons bike along this great cycleway. Thanks for the cache, cheers.
Thanks for this little cache on my way to Christchurch centre. Found it fast and without muggle-eyes. TFTC!
6071. Decided to finish off the motorway cycle caches this morning so did this one after starting at the Awatea/ Wigram Road entrance. Nice easy find, coordinates bang on. Thanks, Rodney.
After FTFing the bicycle challenge this morning, I decided to come back and pick up a few of the bike, run, scoot series on the cycleway here. I'd parked on Awatera Road and we'd walked down as far as Motorway Madness and back. It seemed sensible to pick up those going the other way too but the battery on the phone was almost dead. Made a bit of a guess and bingo! Nice. TFTC
I don't usually like to write copy / paste / template logs but will make exceptions for 'power trails'. This seemed to be more like a couple of power trails that collided somewhere along the way. Thanks to the placer for all these caches. There was a bit of variety along the way to keep things interesting. Glad I left the snowmobile at home. TFTC, Biggles.
Cycling around on granddaughters bike which was a little small..oh. well! It got ne around these cycle way. Caches.thanks
After the other powertrail at this walk/cycleway found some caches of this series. A nice walk with a lot of easy caches. TFTC!
TFTC. the morning was so lovely that I decided to extend my wander and gather a few more.
Much nicer on the cycle trail than on the motorway.
Thanks looking4thebroc for the great trail.
PS embarrassed to say that I had missed logging 3 of these caches

During a lovely bike tour in the evening after this rainy day and we found quite a few caches in a short time all of them were easy to find. Many thanks for this power trail.
1 of many found today while out with Bo&Bronnie for an afternoon cycle/hunt.
Cheers

Walked along here with the kids on their scooters. Found all but one of the caches we looked for! Such a good day out on this hot windy day.
Walking this trail on a hot windy afternoon. Glad I didn't have to do too much searching.
Thanks looking4thebroc for the cache.

Borrowed a bike while in town and enjoyed a leisurely early morning ride pottering around collecting a few caches. TFTC, #5761
At long last the Southern Motorway is completed and I get to return to Christchurch and check it out. I'm pleased there is the added addition of a bunch of these caches to find I had thought of getting my bike out storage for this series but today I'll walk it instead. Thanks looking4thebroc.
We intended to do these cycleway caches last time we were in ChCh but the weather was too hot and so we cached in a different area. This time we were determined to do it and it was probably even hotter than the last time
We parked at Access Point cache and walked all the way to SMC#8 with a side step inbetween to grab L4TB50th.
We decided to do every second cache so we would have something to do on the way back.
7.5k and 2hrs 50mins later and we had found and signed 17 caches, picked up a trackable, and felt a tiny earthquake and still made it in plenty of time for the Meet your reviewer event.
Thanks to all the owners for adding to this cycleway. I am guessing we'll be back for more in the not too distant future.

Plenty of caches along this track. Cache 8 of 51 for the day. Thanks and cheers from Grandalf(2231)
Takes more time to log the find than to find. TFTC.

A nice quick find and do hope to complete the others in this series sometime soon tftc
I parked up on the road nearby and took on this series of caches with quite a head wind to add to the challenge. Forth find of the walk and a different type of hide. TFTC
Quickly found. Just had to be careful with the walkers and cyclists around.
Was a nice day for a walk and this had the bonus of grabbing several unfound caches. Was pleased I grabbed them as the land adjacent won't stay rural long....
TFTC. Decided to do this series on a nice warm Sunday afternoon on my bike. Mostly all quick finds. Thanks for placing these.
Out for a Sunday morning ride to explore this cycleway. Turned out to be not that pleasant due to the bidding easterly wind. Thanks for the cache to make the ride more interesting. This is a great container for swaps but it's empty! Left a small rope to start things off.
