Archiving this cache as I am poor with maintenance in this area and it has had a couple of issues. Thanks to all that found this cache.
The GPS in my phone was spot on, and there was nobody in sight when I approached the GZ late on Sunday afternoon.

Another cache hunt after my club meet. The gps was leading unerringly towards GZ and with a bit scouting around had the cache in my hands. Which proves that I meet the 170cm criteria. Dipped some trackables. Thanks Fleabag- for the stroll in the park. TNLN SL
Spot on coordinates.
After looking for thirty minutes before work yesterday and giving up, I decided to return today. Turns out my phone's GPS was pointing me at the wrong trees.
Great cache, clever design.
Those shorter than 170cm might need to climb for it though!

Looked around the wrong tree initially before trying another and spotting it. I get the shutterbug badge with this ordinary photo! TFTC
This was an opportunistic cache as I noticed it on my GPSr after finding a nearby puzzle cache. I parked in the nearby street and wandered the short distance to GZ. There were several muggles watching their kids playing footy on the nearby oval. Luckily GZ was down a slope and a good distance from the oval so nobody noticed what I was doing, particularly as they were more interested in their kids. [^]
I looked where my GPSr was saying the cache was located and all I could see was a cable tie with nothing hanging from it but a piece of wire, like the previous cacher. I was just about to give up when out of the corner of my eye I spotted the cache on the ground. I could understand why the previous finder didn't see it as it was so well-camo'd. I signed the log at 2:30 pm and then tried to put the cache back in place. I'm a bit vertically challenged so on tip-toes I just managed to tie the cache back on the wire but I'll email the CO to check if it's secure enough. TNLN.
Thanks Fleabag- for the challenging hide and for bringing me to this busy reserve.

Sad to say we could not find this one. We found what looks like a tie off for a hanging cashe but nothing dangling from it and nothing on the ground anywhere nearby.
The camouflage has done its job well. It took a while before I found him. Looked actually from the wrong side.

An hour to spare before heading to hospital. What better way to kill time than a cache or two!
Log nearly full by the way.
Thankyou Fleabag- for placing this cache here for us to find.

iPhone was jumping all over the place so had trouble locating it! But after a search we found it!
The last find for the night. This has been on my radar for a long time I managed to be first on PnG2 and this one is almost directly across the road from a work colleague. However for whatever reason I never seemed to be in the area with time up my sleeve. So tonight to conclude a long overdue night run with eighthknox we headed here for me to make one last find. Eighthknox had found this one previously but was no help so I had to do it the hard way and after circling each of the trees at GZ several times the cache was found TFTC
After a lovely weekend away I went for a quick walk before heading out for the evening and grabbed this cache...after completing a circuit of the likely tree I spotted something likely and there it was. Tftc
After parking down the road, had a nice walk to this gz arriving just as a walker had passed it. Gps was a bit unsure which was the correct tree bit on the second walk around and a view from the correct angle the cache was seen.
Was able to sign and return before the walker returned.
Thanks for the cache Turner Family Ftg

Had me looking all over the place, but the angles comment certainly helped. Dodge the dog walkers, sign and on my way
The last of 4 caches today and the weather was spotting rain as I wandered down to the fenceline. Lots of trees to choose from but one that my GPS preferred. After a few loops I spotted it at the right angle (all about angles here)
Thanks Turnerfamily

Our second try at this location... This time we must find it... We did finally, no idea what took us that long to be successful. When we finally spotted it, we counted the tomatos before our eyes... minimum twenty... minimum. Found after the heavy rain on that Wednesday evening. T4TC
Sneaky 3rd of 3 found on bike ride. This is more a 2.5-3 difficulty maybe. Spent 10 mins singing "here we go around the mulberry bush". Yes angle important as the cameo micro finally got my eye. Was about to abort too. Thanks Turnerfamilyftg for the challenge and the ride up the hill !
Second go here and it was so easy. Last time our gizmo had us in the wrong spot. Today we headed in a different direction to a different suspect and the treasure was found very quickly. Yellow happy face on our map now.
Where do I begin on this cache.........
Upon planning on going to university later tonight I thought to myself hmm.... I need a cache to keep my streak going. Upon reading this I thought to myself geez this will be a quick one just what I need for today *(insert foreboding music)*
The hunt started well, the drive was easy and no-one was in the park..... just what I needed. With a little drizzle I was not phased, so onward to GZ I moved.
I had a general idea of what I was looking for but it seemed to illude me, with this hunt lasting longer than the usual one.
One minute tured to five, five to ten, ten to fifteen............then I felt something hit my head. Then another, the rain itself continued but it brought friends solid friends, it started hailing all around me, but as the dedicated cacher I am I persevered through this trial.
Eventually new angled were searched around GZ and after another ten minutes the cache was found.
I feel as if I made this cache was more of a challenge than what it was but eitherway a find was made and now I continued to study at uni.
Thanks for the cache and the adventure

I started riding in sunshine, the weather not the suburb, and after DNFing my first hunt I moved onto here. There was a junior footy game and they were far enough away that I was oblivious to them. I almost dnfed this after search long and wide until returning to my first thought and there it was. Thanks for the cache here, as I left the rain started, that was a quick change from blue skies.
I was not planning on being out this way. Last minute helping a work friend out at pinewood shops. Can't help bey have a quick stop for a cache while out this way. Thanks

I came past here 9 days ago while out for a walk on my lunch break. I only had 10 min available for searching, but the cache title suggested that wouldn't be a problem.
But it was!
I didn't find anything despite continuing past my cut off time. I ended up late back to work and more significantly, I now had a DNF playing on my mind...
I steered clear of this cache until today. It was the first chance I had without a time restriction, so I could look 'properly'.
It was a warm afternoon and, despite the after school hour, the park was unusually free of muggles today. Perfect.
I decided not to pull the GPS out today. I simply strolled down to GZ and checked the spots I didn't try last time. And there it was!!! Today, it took me a minute and a half. Go figure!
Thank you very much TurnerfamilyFtg for a simple fix which proved to be rather challenging...

Well, that took longer than it should have! GPS was a little jumpy due to overcast weather, but eventually made the find. Thought this would be a nice quick on to keep my streak alive. Got it, but not as quick as I'd hoped! Tftc
A quick "as per the cache title" this afternoon with Geosons the Elder and Younger.
At GZ we split up to cover ground quicker and it was G the Y who made the find after a few minutes' searching.

Found! Finally! We'd tried this one before but had no luck. This time, luck seemed to be on our side!
Arrived near GZ aware that there was a nearby muggle practising his golf chipping and that there were young cricketers standing near the cricket ground. So we were a little careful with the search which actually took some time. We checked some other logs and persisted and eventually found the container after about 20 min. As previously noted, this needs to be approached from the right angle. Retrieved and SL . TFTC.
Today we explored Chadston and surrounds using geocaching as a guide and picking up a few caches on the way and this was one of them. An easy find.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

What should have been a simple park and grab turned into a park and search and search and search. It took a reading of an old log to establish the correct altitude and then a close up inspection for laying on of hands. Well played, sir!
I must remember that unless a container is immediately apparent on a branch I should move into the centre. I keep forgetting to do that and as a result a find takes longer than it should...

I was on an errand for Tarbit tonight to pick up an Ebay purchase so I was able to try three caches out this way. This one was my 10th find in total on a varied day of caching. Parked nearby and proceeded on foot to this one. I didn't time it too well as the rain just started to come down. I was hoping for a quick find but it didn't quite work out that way. Tried two targets where my GPS was pointing and I was lucky to spot this tricky little one in the dark. Replaced and scurried back to the shelter of the car. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache Fleabag-.

Found it fairly easily once golfer exercising dog by retrieving golf balls he hit left. All sorts of things going on in this park!
Don't know what he was doing. It filled with air but he didn't take off while we were there.
Being out in 39 degree heat is seriously not my idea of fun!.. With a crippled strapped knee injury from table tennis...looking for this cache was no easy task. After some hints from good Ol spiffy, cache was found, logged and completed. I will have a few words with th co when I c him!! @&$*%!!

Been to the movies at Pinewood and came by after to find this cache. A relatively easy find but a bit of a stretch if you are a bit short one end. TFTC TNLN
This ended up being quite a walk from where we parked originally. The exercise is good for us, they say. More possum pieces on the ground than anything else.
Thanks

Today saw me cycling and caching along Scotchman Creek. It was a cold blustery day so there was a dearth of muggles making the hunting easier.

Found it in daylight - our first tree find. Took a while but got there in the end
Last week we were here but the place was crawling with trucks of fluoro clad workers, today all is quiet so the cache was found in quick time.
With the wife shopped at a nearby butcher the kids and I had enough time to grab this cache and a quick play on the playground close to GZ. Tftc
My GPSr just did not want to lock onto a spot here! Did a lot of circling, the narrowed down on one spot, and eventually saw the cache. Luckily I had found quite a few of these in the Give It A Rest multi in Surrey hills, so my senses were honed in. Thanks for the quick, yet tricky and fun hide!!!
After a full day of work south of here, I decided to leave the rat-race that is Blackburn Road at this time of the evening for a look for this one. It took a few moments (not to mention a squiz at the hint ) but soon enough, I had the stash in hand at 17:50 and was off to try my luck on Stephensons Road.
TNLNSL, although a couple of our geocoins had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks TurnerfamilyFtg.

We were out and about to do a bit of maintenance on our Westall series of caches. That job ticked off we headed over this way to pick up a couple of caches before returning home. As we drove up we saw what appeared to be some folk in the vicinity of GZ. So we parked the car next to the vehicle with a geocaching sticker on the back, hmmm. Start wandering toward cache and there appears a very familiar face or two! Lovely to run into Team Crackers, who had been out doing cache maintenance too! We made the find quite quickly with our lovely company. Pleased to see Mark on the mend from his shoulder op and glad to know Di is holding it together especially since she has a bored hubby at home! The temperature eventually got the better of us and we said goodbye. A bonfire and something warming to drink wouldn’t have gone astray!
We were out doing some cache maintenance on one of our Simpson's series caches and as this one was only 600mts away we headed across to try our luck.
Diane made the find quickly and our name was added to the log. As we approach the car park we spotted a car and wondered where the occupants were when a familiar figure came around the building, it was Earthbound Chief.
We wandered back while they made the find and then had a great catch up before the afternoon chill got the better of us.
As Earthbound said a fire and a few drinks would have kept us there a lot longer.
Thanks TurnerfamilyFtg for the cache which turned out not to be a park and grab.

After finding myself free this afternoon, after doing some shopping, I looked for some nearby caches. I was particularly interested when I saw this one as during my teen years back in the 60s, I lived in Lemana Crescent, on the top end of this park, and I had spent many hours here over those years.
Much has changed of course, and I parked in a car park near changing rooms that didn't exist in those days.
From there it was just a short walk to an easily found cache, where I left my mark.
Thanks for the memories, and for placing this cache TurnerfamilyFtg

I'm glad GZ was pretty quiet here today because it took me a few minutes of searching different spots before I finally caught sight of it. Nearby there were some spider egg sacs that distracted me for a little while - and also provided some "cover" when a muggle's dog decided to bark at me!... TFTC

It was all quiet here today, so I was able to search uninterrupted. The cloud coverage appeared to be playing games with me and I was trying a few different options. Pleasingly it settled enough for me to spot the hide. As I was adding my name to the log there was a refreshing cool breeze which was a brief relief from the muggy conditions today.

Why are these ones always tricky,it was there right in front of my eyes.4th on a drizzly sunday
After one failed attempt on this one, mainly due to having a geotoddler in attendance, this little cache has been blocking my near clean sweep between my parents house and my in-laws house. A small achievement given there's only four or so blocks along Waverley Rd involved, but small goals count. Today I returned, walked past an odd man in the bleachers walking back and forwards listening to his mobile phone, and made my way back to the gz. This time, I got a much clearer gps reading and got straight to it. It took me one circuit of the object before I got up close and spotted it. I made a rather awkward access attempt, a second one was more successful and I signed the log happily. I replaced the cache, turned around to make my way back to the car and there's a man more tanned than a leather handbag staring at me from the oval. Ah crap, busted. As I briskly walked past him not making eye contact, he called out that he wanted to ask me a question - I was the second person he'd seen looking at that tree this week (it turns out he spends every day there) and wanted to know what I was up to. I may or may not have converted him to geocaching, but I have no fear that he'll disturb the cache. TFTC TurnerfamilyFtg, a good challenge.
My glasses give me tunnel vision and this one took several minutes to find and that is my excuse. The GPS had me at one tree, and then another, but it wasn't until I tried this one that I made the find.
Having a cricket meeting nearby gave me a chance to PnG this one at 7:05pm. Took a few minutes to spot it but with the area all to myself I it was in hand with time for one more before my meeting.

A pair of dobermuggles on the oval with their personal trainers, in their own little world
and me in mine. Cache quickly located and signed.
Davey Jones Locker GeoCoin paid a visit with me.

Find #1499. Found @ 16:25 with youngest geocachelette in tow.
Today being father's day, I decided to take the kids to a park for a little kick-to-kick, unfortunately for skirrel, she had homework to finish before she could come out to play. So my youngest and I came to an understanding, a cache or two before the park (which also had a cache).
This was the last of the run with skirrel joining us, having finished her homework. Although the siren song of the playground was too much and the kids went off to play while I looked.
I'd been here before and struck out, this time I was determined to make the find. So determined that I was looking up when I should have been looking down... at the inconveniently located geohound landmine. Ick!
I used local materials to de-poop my footwear, and continued to search, eventually spotting the mounting mechanism.
Glad to have the smiley, I joined the kids at the playground and then we adjourned to the oval for some kick-to-kick for a while.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache TurnerfamilyFtg.

When we left home we were running late for an appointment and we were well on our way before we realised the GPS was still sitting on the desk. So the phone was the fall back. We thought that we were probably looking in the right spot but were not sure if we could trust the phone. After looking at greenery for several minutes it occurred to me that we needed to concentrate elsewhere and soon something was spotted that was out of place. Well hidden and easy to miss. TFTC.
Finally found this one today. I had been here about 4 times - mostly in the dark and was determined to find this one today. I arrived in the daylight - just as the junior footie was finishing but they didn't stop me searching. I followed my gps and started looking - no luck, I expanded the search a bit but came back to the original place (which I don't think I had searched before) and eventually found the cache holder which led to the cache and a signed log. It is a relief to get this one off my to-do list.
Thanks for the cache and the challenge TurnerfamilyFtg.

Another DNF today on a caches that were supposed to be a reward for a long day of work at home. Father and daughter on the oval didn't help matters much and I had to wander back and forth a few times, but still couldn't spot the cache. I will be back!
After reading recent logs, I was afraid I would be spending quite some time looking, but fortunately found quickly. No one around at noon during weekday. Tftc

After my bush walk for the day I just had enough engergy to do a couple in the area. Parking was easy and with a short walk I was at GZ. After a good look I resorted to the clue which did not help much as that was what I was looking for. Determined, it was another 10 minutes before I had it. Its all about the angle with these type. Good hide. It is safe enough away so as not to attrach attention to the field.

I cannot believe how much time it has cost me in finding this cache. I reckon about 90 minutes over three separate visits, each time staring blankly into the shrubbery, feeling like a right berk, and leaving defeated...
Today was looking the same way - and worse because I'd already had two DNFs today in attempting to fill in a calendar hole - so I was getting just a tad shirty. But then, just as frustration was turning to self flagellation, I spotted something and, with a huge sigh of relief, the cache was found.
TFTC TurnerfamilyFtg.... well, thanks for the frustration anyway

Dunko and I found ourselves with an opportunity for some late arvo and evening caching today.
So after collecting Dunko we set off, along our route we found all caches we attempted without any issue, logged them and replaced as found. We enjoyed the types of hides and cache’s some we had to wait a short time for people to move on but that’s how it goes.
Our thanks to TurnerfamilyFtg for the effort and placement TNLN SL
