Nice quick find here before we headed to our parked car at the other end of the park. TFTC
Nice and difficult yet easy at the same time thanks to super nanny for the find! TFTC
Didn't pick a good time to come through today with the walkway and carpark going off with activity so after kicking a few rocks we decided to pass and try again another time.
This took a long time to find, but it shouldn't have! We had fun looking though. TFTC
The sun was out, the temperature was not all that bad for winter, and it wasn't raining. Time to get out of the house and get some fresh air... and some geocaches. To keep LordCacher08 happy, we invited two of his muggle friends to come along and keep him company. Both accepted, so we had a car full.
We got to GZ and started looking around. The boys had fun "looking" for the cache among the rocks, but alas, nothing was turned up there by them. The search was continued by Mr. Kiwi and Mrs. Liver Bird with LordCacher08 chiming in a few times. It took a while, and I'm sure that some muggles walking dogs wondered what this crazy lot were up to. But there were kids involved, so anything could have happened. After quite a few minutes of searching the cache was finally located, the log extracted and signed, and then the cache replaced.
The cache was replaced where it was found, but we're not sure if it was where it should have been. Maybe the CO needs to double check on this.
TFTC.

Such a sunny day, so I went out to collect some quick Caches.
I only had one DNF right at the beginning, I could find all the others. I was fun and I enjoyed the beautiful weather!
Last one for today. Found this strange multi pretty quick!
Thanks for hiding!

Was out with Merlot58 and Jag50 out in the area. I was just going with the flow, happy to take a break from studying for my Finance test next week. As the others have found this previously they agreed to help me find this, as it was on our way back to the car. We scoured the area and found plenty of rubbish but no cache. In the end we gave up, as it was far too hot and we wanted ice-cream
Came here this morning when muggle traffic is light and gave it a good look....with no success. Gave it a better look from a different angle and the Geo-senses kicked in and the cache was soon in hand. Nicely hidden. TFTC on Streak Day #385
Nice easy find near my car when I got back from doing the "Mayor series..."..
Thanks .
Luckily no people around on a wet weekday

Up in Auckland to pick up some gear so nabbed some caches along the way
We noted that this cache had not been found for a while. We were in the park collecting a new series of caches and thought we would give this a go. We tried to be discreet, and luckily we had the kids with us as they could clamber and play looking less obvious than we did. This area was very busy this evening, we were hapy we managed to get the park right beside GZ to shield us a little. We had a good look where we thought it was, no luck, went back to read previous logs and realised we were looking for a different container than what we expected and that this was now a traditional cache - no stages. We went back and had another look and found the small container exactly where we had first looked. So pleased to be able to turn this into a smiley. Found with darthcacher1 and purply.
Searched for a fair while after mini geokids football match but no luck for us here
6.15pm - Trip to Auckland with the Squirrel and a couple of new cachers on board with us. No real plans but with one multi cache in mind. With this ticked off it was just a day of increasing our cache numbers. A good with some interesting cache hides with a couple needing needing repairs and a couple of misses. Thanks to all the cache owners for todays trip. SLTFTC
With my uncle and Gap. We got a helping hand with this cache. It was well hidden. TFTC.
This is such a busy park we knew timing would be key in making the find so arrived early. Despite this there was already a bit of activity but a bit of fake shoelace tying soon did the trick. TFTC
On the way to another cache we stopped here and were disappointed to not find it. Having moved on but coming back again we reviewed some of the logs and realised that it was no longer a multi so we decided to give it another look. Found. But had to use all of our skills to avoid being challenged by many muggles coming and going.
Tried to get this a little while ago but there are always so many people here at all times of day; and it seems to be a popular place to park and sit to watch mad geocachers trying to do their best impression of not trying to look suspicious looking. Today I got the closest park so had a little privacy and fortunately not too many people around. Cache was found in good condition and log signed. TFTC.
Found after watching the skate board finals for a while. Much more interesting than 2 old folk acting weird. QEF. NINO TFTC
Out and about with the Davidson clan getting some caches in the area. A few muggles around but as we were a big group we didn't attract too much attention while we signed the log
I love this kind of multi cache they are my favourite not to hard. With 8 of us looking today we had a really successful day.

Our 1st proper visit to this park. Kiwi has played football here once before but did not take much notice of the surroundings. We got well and truly spotted by some young gentlemen when searching for this cache. They asked if we were geocaching and we could not really deniy it as they had seen us with the cache in hand. Quick find but no longer a multi. Excellent skate park nearby. TFTC
No muggles around - must have all been at church. Another find with Gillibeans - number 5 of the day.
I was hoping to pick up a multi for my geo licence but this is clearly a traditional cache now, but a nice quick find anyway , TFTC!
This really should be archived and a traditional cache listed in its place. A quick find.

Time to tick this one off. A good search around the hint item and we soon came up with the goods. Thanks for the hide.
Easily found while hiding from the security gaurds driving nearby with Drulisa while out on a beer walk. Tftc
Enjoyed some dinner across the road tonight with KFNZ after a day of caching, and once we realised there was one here, we thought -- "what's one more cache??" Unfortunately, this one eluded us today!! Perhaps it was just a bit dark for our caching eyes, or it was just a bit too sneaky for us right now.
On the way home tonight and decided to detour to grab a cache further up the road, then i spied this multi and thought... Why not? Upon reading the description realised it was going to be even more straight forward so approached GZ and had a bit of trouble locating what i thought was a large ammo can. Turned out to be a somewhat smaller plastic container.
You may want to change the cache page to reflect the actual hide. TFTC!

I have walked away from this cache a few times now as when there are sports on here it is way to busy. But today with no sports and the optimum carpark free it was very straight forward.

I thought I might be in muggle trouble here as there were a lot of junior muggles having a skating lesson. Whew! I was lucky the cache was at the other end of the carpark.
Cheers for the cache.
Cheers for the cache.
Felt a bit conspicuous looking for this one but perservered and made the find. Thanks.
Using up some time before we travel home...
We tried this multi earlier in the year. We gave up on the first waypoint when we encountered a lot of glass. It was surprising to find that this hide had changed since then. Even more of a surprise was that we chose to park up at ground zone without knowing it. After a quick search, the cache was found. We took both GC to move along. TFTC.

So many people just turn up in the car park, and just sit there! What are these people doing? I was there trying to find the cache for 45 minutes but only had a couple of opportunities to search for the cache because of all the muggles. Sadly I didn't find it in the limited number of chances that I had.
It was a matter of needing a cache or few to meet a challenge that I have set myself and this one fitted the bill with limited time
Thanks for the placement

After a few hours of work down south this afternoon I thought I would grab some caches on my way home. This was first up. I was able to park right next to GZ and after waiting out a nearby muggle went in for a super quick find. I dropped two geocoins. Nice hide and a good sized cache at that. Cheers for the cache placement!
Originally logged and found whilst out with mum (keylev) but now have own account so logging all finds I was present at and helped with.

I stopped for the first WP of this cache a long time ago but can't really recall why I didn't get the final at the time. Nevertheless today its now a traditional so no need to use my notes.
Nice quick find by mr 7 but the trouble began when he tried to put it back as it was too heavy. Mum got involved but was all at the wrong angle. A short while later it was returned to its safe hidey spot for the next cacher.
Thanks for the adventure.

14039... Our first cache for 2014, was busy feasting and spending time with family nearby. Decided to grab this cache on our way home. No muggle problems at 9:30PM. Many thanks Bartfound, and all the best for the new year, cheers YuGeo4.
In the area early and as nobody was around decided to tackle this multi. Nice quick find all around. TFTMC
Had a quick look for WP 1 last week, but too much traffic in the morning.
No problem today. Had to wait for a few muggles to get into their car before retrieving the final.
Nice decent size container.

Accidently I did notice this one popping up. As I am at work I normally wouldn't look any further till after worktime. But this one was so challenging with all the TB's in there and still no one claiming the FTF, so off I went.
I needed to take helmet and jacket and had no time to change gear. Parked bike closeby at the perfect parking spot and went for the hint. I had my phone with me and that was a bit of a challenge, as I normally use my GPS. After some frustration on the rocks I was happy to find the box, shacked it a couple of times and thought hmmmm no tb's in there anymore. Opened the box to find out that it wasn't a traditional but a multi.
So I went for the final cords. With the hint in my pocket, looking and looking everywhere. After half n hour I thought of giving up. Looked again. I am still struggling with my phone. Not used to it and it must be there, but the hint is saying???? Oke, just take one last look and......
Yeah a box. Pfff Happy to open the box and see that all is untouched. Left a FTF log and took the TB's. I hope to come back later this week to top it up.
Oke it was a bit of a struggle for me to find, but I liked this urban multicache from this cacheowner. Please hide more of these

Headed over here on my way home after finding another new cache in Onehunga. Parked up as close as possible to GZ and made the short walk back to find the intermediate container. Had abit of a search and came up with the goods making sure i looked inconspicuous as there were a few muggles around. Punched the final coords into the GPS and headed over to where it was pointing.
I found the ammo box without too much difficulty, even though the GPS stated that i was about 8m out. There's only a few possible places an ammo can could be in this location. Signed log and dropped in a TB for moving along. TFTC!
This cache is clearly not a traditional and should be republished as a multi as it involves multiple waypoints.

Nice quick multi cache.
GPS was not 100% but used my geo powers and figures it out
Didn't find any of the 9 TB's registered to the cache
Thanks for the cache Bart
