### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###

----------

Hi there madelineainsley,

This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **MAY** need some attention. You would have received an automated email from Geocaching HQ recently which explained what they need to do.

Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so I am having to take the next step and temporarily disable the cache - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) .

**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?

You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:

- Check on the cache, repair and/or replace the cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.

- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.

- If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.

You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.

Honestly, I'd rather you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

Dark and VERY Tired and totally over the day we found what was left of this, worse for wear and needs attention.
Off on yet another adventure with Ms_enchantress and her family, heading out to do the Silo Art trail then across to Border Town, up to Pinaroo to do that section of the Border Track back down to border town and then home to the beautiful green rolling hills of South Gippsland (a stark contrast at the moment to this brown barren landscape!)
We had a good time seeing hte sights and 4 x 4 ing.
Sorry for the copy and paste generic log, we had good intentions to write interesting ones but time has gotten away from us, thanks to all the CO's for placing and maintaining the caches.

Did Not Find this one with FUF009 at 10.20am

On our way to Mount Barker, South Australia for our Annual holidays to follow the Tour Down Under Bicycle Race.
We were stopping off along the way to grab a few caches so naturally made a short detour to stop and look for this one.
How disappointed the three of us were. We looked all over but no cache could be found.

We did see a rather large pelican on the water though.

On a short family road trip to Melbourne and we decided to stop for a leg stretch in Bordertown. Felt like grabbing a cache while we were at it and noticed this one a short way up the road. It was a quick find after using the hint and then we spent a few minutes to take in the scenery and check out the pontoon before continuing our journey. TFTC

Owl was in Kaniva with Hawk for a band weekend, staying with the Muffs. This meant what caching that could be fitted in between engagements! The GPS was pointing to an obvious structure, so it was just as well a prior finder was along for the ride or Owl would have made a hash of this.

FFFound on our way home from the fabulous Border Track weekend that was full of fun, friendship and 4WDing.

After having our final group brunch at Bordertown, we all headed home our separate ways. Only we found that some of them had stopped at this cache just before us.

TFTC madelineainsley, and for showing us this lovely secluded spot.

After an awesome weekend on the Border Track with great caching buddies, it was now time to head home and back to reality, but not before finding a few more caches along the way. A nice little spot , well hidden from muggles. Thanks madelineainsley for the placement.

Day Thirty Four of our holiday, BettyBoo3747 and I have left Adelaide, and travelled to Horsham.
We have driven this road a few times, so only a few caches were left to collect.
What a lovely spot off the road. No swimmers here today, but we did like the table and chairs on the pontoon.
This regular is a regular mint tin, as compared with a small mint tin or a large mint tin?
Thanks, Robmc.

03-Apr-17
#12309. Day 34, and we are on our way home from Adelaide, heading to Horsham for the night. Picked up the odd few along the way and a few more once we reached town. A perfect Autumn day apart from a lot of smoke from burning off.

A nice place for a cache but most definitely not a regular container any more. It is only a Mint Tin. Removed all the rubbishy logs that had been jammed in there and left a new log sheet today. Took some photos and there were little swifts darting about the water - very nice.

Thanks madelineainsley

What a beautiful time of day to find this our ninth find on a NW Victoria caching road-trip from Bendigo. We needed this one to cover Map #7 of the UBD Victorian Road Atlas - another step closer to completing the challenge (GCY98X). a real cool off spot on a hot day.. luckily the 2 girls didn't pay us too much attention as we retrieved the cache and signed the log sheet while they maneuvered their way up to the jetty and then proceeded to deflate their craft(?) what were those things anyway. ! Thanks for placing a cache here for us to find today madelineainsley!

Find #1236 for me. This was a quick find with jtnsilo - our ninth find on a NW Victoria caching road-trip from Bendigo. We needed this one to cover Map #7 of the UBD Victorian Road Atlas - another step closer to completing the challenge (GCY98X). Not far from GZ there were 2 young girls on the jetty with inflatable rafts and being a middle aged man I felt a little uncomfortable poking around GZ in those circumstances. Luckily I had jtnsilo (a female) with me else I probably would have skipped this one altogether. Also lucky for us we made a quick find and the 2 girls didn't seem to be bothered by our brief presence. We also noted that the container must have changed at some point since its size was a lot smaller than the size indicated in the cache description. Thanks for placing a cache here for us to find today madelineainsley!

Please excuse this generic log. I am following the 2017 Australian Solo Speedway Championship meetings that are being held in Adelaide, Mildura, Undera and Kurri Kurri, and grabbing some caches along the way.
I have done so many in recent days that I cannot do them individually. Be assured that I enjoyed and appreciated your cache, and I am grateful that you have taken the time to hide and maintain the cache.
Having passed by this site many many times in the past, I never knew this beautiful dam was here. Ideal for swimming on a hot day.

Making our annual trip to Melbourne to share Christmas with the family we decided to break the trip with a few stops to cache along the way. Cute little spot, even in the dark.

Day 3 of 3 - Found whilst on a road trip with CPwanderer and Locus Cache from Adelaide to Wedderburn, Victoria. The aim of the trip was to attend "A Day Out in Wedderburn 2016" all day caching event (TICK [^] ) and then enjoy the Evening Meal event (TICK [^] ).

During this weekend we found some fun and creative caches and caught up with our Victorian geofriends once again.

The funny one-liner comments flowed all weekend and my belly hurt from all of the laughter!! [:o)] RazzWinkBig Grin [^].

Unfortunately we had a minor car accident Friday night whilst traveling to Wedderburn [B)] - lost control of the vehicle (fortunately we were traveling very slowly) and we got bogged on a wet and slippery Victorian country dirt road [xx(] ...ummmm.....at the time we may have been heading toward a possible gold Red Face which we missed Sad, however we did eventually get out of the mud Smile after a long wait and exchanging a fair bit of cash [:(!].

I LOVE geocaching [:X], but I HATE mud [:(!]!! LOL

Thanks for the cache Smile

09-May-16
Caching in the far west of Victoria today targeting the This is SA series on the border with Na'wal and wozzle68. After smashing out the trail we had some time left to explore and grab a few more caches so headed a little further west, had some lunch then headed back east towards Ballarat caching as we went. A lovely little spot off the beaten track. Contractors have been in ripping up all the tress so it was rather barren today. A quick find by Na'wal in the rain! Thanks for bringing us here Smile

**Find # *3595* Traditional # *2789* Big Grin**

GemmaSistema, wozzle68 and myself made plans for an adventure trip out west making our way to the this is SA series. We cached along the way and back having a blast while doing so. The weather was ordinary overnight but the morning was glorious, a great day to cache Smile

After our successful trip in the Little Desert National Park, we were now making our way back home, still caching along the way. A quick detour while in the area. the rain started belting down as I grabbed this one. Yes it is a little different to what we were expecting. Signed and returned as found.

**Thanks for this trad cache, madeline ainsley** [^]
**Log and container in good condition.**

Apologies! Was unaware that the cache broke. Was originally a regular sized one but someone obviously replaced it with a micro. Will be heading that way on 29/04/2016 to replace it but un the meantime please look put for a micro cache - even I won't know what I'm looking for.

Out and about on a Wimmera expedition with Quasar3671 and the boys, Timmo98 and Bentley. Weather was real hot but not a scorcher. Love this part of Victoria with its vast beauty and diversity.

06-Feb-16
This cache was found during a weekend adventure of caching, exploring and 4WD'ving with my two boys. We spent much of the weekend in and around the Little Desert National Park where we had an absolute ball. Today we teamed up with Jacko83 and Timmo98, meeting them just out of Dimboola before heading into the desert where our main goal for the day was to do the 'This is SA' series of puzzle caches. The weather was perfect and was nice and warm all day, with hardly a cloud in the sky.

Coming from Bordertown after some lunch, we headed east and stopped by here to look for this cache. The boys found this one at this nice location. Thanks for the hide.

This cache was found as part of a 28 hour caching odyssey around the Wimmera and Upper South East with TT016. A total of 670 km was covered in the trusty old GQ Patrol on the way to 93 cache finds. Caches collected included the Rusty Rail Series and This is SA puzzles, which were all found at night!

Great spot that I had no idea existed. Would make a great little place to camp if passing between Adelaide and Melbourne.

Find # 2420 @ 1432 H (SA time)

I was off on my biggest, single day, road trip. I left home at just after 7am and didn't get home until just after 11pm. I ended up with just over 670ks travelled, 29 smilies one being and event, and 3 Trig point discoveries, this included even heading interstate for 3 grabs.
There was many sights to see and even the odd fence jump for caches or photos. I think I managed to see every colour of mud that Western Victoria has on offer and I have a nice collection of it now in my drive way. I even had my pushbike on board and ended up peddling 5ks for 6 finds.

3 time I have been here, but have never been able to search for the cache as muggle have been around. Boy am I glad there was no one here today. a quick grab and I was off, and just in time too as a car load was just pulling up

#1833 Driving to Adelaide and looking to stretch the legs so appreciate a cache to add to the stop. Amazing what lies just off a road you've travelled many times and were unaware of - interesting spot. Very little water in reservoir at moment. Took a fair while to find as we were looking for a "Regular" sized container so expanded the search area substantially thinking coords could be out - turns out it is a "Micro" so don't know if the cache was replaced from the original and cache description not updated. Thanks madelineainsley.

We have returned from Canada to discover a few more Australian caches! What a great way to explore the Land Down Under" ...
Spotted the cache just as muggles drove in. Did a stealthy retrieval and took it back to our vehicle to sign the log. Muggles were hanging around near gz. We knew there was absolutely no way we could get the cache back without being spotted. It was close to lunchtime and the perfect spot for a picnic so we had a lovely lunch by the 'Rez". Just as we finished the muggles moved on. We quickly returned the cache to it's hide hole and all was good.
Thanks for the fun madelineainsley!
