### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there outnabout86,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).
Thanks for your cooperation,

Surely
Surely
12 months should be enough time to disable this treasure.
It has be found since the new landscaping has been implemented nearly 4 years ago.
So what's happening?
When so many were archived during the height of Covid.
How has this one escaped?

Thanks to those who have logged DNF’s which has brought this to my attention. Cache will be disabled and checked due to last few DNF’s.
Found the Munzee Blonde Bay QR code but that's knot what I came for. New owner may want to look into whether the cache is still here.
After remodelling to the area, I don't believe this cache is here anymore. Deduced this after PAF. Pity, as it's such a nice spot. Time for a replacement, perhaps?
After a PAF here, we think the area has undergone some remodeling, with GZ different now from when cache was placed.
Decided to grab a couple of caches while dog sitting the grandkids dogs at Longford.
You would have thought that a person would have known before going into
this area you would have used some mozzie get off stuff so had to keep moving
Found it retrieved it signed it and replaced it. The wind was blowing a few of these as well.
Thanks kimma too FTC.

Thanks kimattmoo
Such a clever little hide. Found while out with taurus1955 and B/dale Bandits on a cold, wet day. Giving a favourite for this one. Nice area. TFTC
What a fantastic idea. I love this cache. Had a spot of bother locating the hide but it was finally in hand and the log signed. Out and about in the pouring rain and blustery wind with misschief18 and B/dale Bandits.

Waking up to rain this morning prompted the start of a 200+km round trip from Sale to Bairnsdale (with a few side trips) and return
Many thanx to all those owners who took me to places that surely I would not have visited if not for geocaching
This was #3 of 12 finds
This hide receives a favourite from me. Loved the hunt

Clever hide. Took the right kind of mind to find it...wasn't my mind...but someone in our group had one luckily
Very clever. TFTC. Was camped nearby so had time to stroll by. Log book fuller than fuller so could not record my find.
Nearly gave up after ten mins of searching. Sneaky sneaky. Very small cache keep searching

Nice sneaky hide. The youngest geo kid found it and was quite proud to have made the find. Signed and log book is now full and needs replacing TFTC
A nice creative cache that was easy to drive up to in our 2wd. So many amazing areas around here to explore. Still half a side left to write on! Tftc
Found on our "Making Memories" Tour of Mainland Australia.
Today we explored Paynesville and surrounding areas using geocaching as our guide.
We found 25 caches and this was one of them. Thanks to all cache owners for placing and maintaining these caches for our enjoyment.
A great hide adding to our favourites.

Great find with Just Jesse. Work out this way and pass it every day. Now I can rest easy
While road tripping on our way to the first geomas event. We stopped in to grab this cache. Although it was found quickly this is a great little hide. You three always seem to come up with some original ideas. TFTC
I was in the Bairnsdale for work, so I went looking for a cache or two, this was one of them.
I arrived at GZ, it was very quite, no muggles.
This one had been bugging me for the last couple of trips out this way, I was so close yet so far. Today was the day that I took the plunge and turned off the beaten track. It didn't take me long to find the well concealed cache.
I signed the log, replaced and I was off again.
TB "Scrat" visited your cache whilst on his Great Aussie Adventure.

A quick find by teen dragon on a side trip after being picked up from the school bus. This one has sat here for so long just waiting for us to drive the few kilometers from the bus stop and grab it. A sweet little hide. This area gets lots of visitation at certain times, but is usually empty but for the wandering geocacher. SL after teen did her thing with the fingernails.
Thanks for another cache in this area kimmatmoo

Had a day off work today so good time to get out and grab a couple of caches. My phone navigation took me to about 1.5kms away so out came the GPSr and away we went.
The caching gods where on my side today I think....got straight out of the car and walked straight to GZ. Knot bad going !!! thanks Kim for the hunt.

Wow another FTF saw this one come up a couple of days ago and notice last night it was still up for grabs so jumped on the m/c this morning and went for it. Nice easy find with the use of the clue. For those of us with not so nimble fingers a pair of tweezers are the go to retrieve the log from the container.
I love this spot if you drive in further, we use to come down here with the kids a lot when the were young for BBQ and a spot of fishing. It looks like a lot of work has been done on the roads since then making it car friendly.
TFTC kimmatmoo a great place for a cache.
