As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. Owing to Construction work this site has been disabled sorry but beyond my control
Hope this is able to be fixed soon by owners as it has been active but missing for a long time. Needs to be deactivated or replaced as the cache is gone ):
All the poles have no longer exist with the new subdivision and road works so this one has gone
We were welcomed in Whenuapai but the new sub division has underground power so no pole now.
Oh dear, with the road works all the poles have gone, will log a needs maintenance
Out grabbing some caches for our daily streak. Cache is still here even with all the major land restructuring going on in its vicinity.
Wasn't too tricky to find, but assumed it would be with all the roadworks at the moment. Thank you

Last week I was in Ahaura near Greymouth, this week on a course at Whenuapai - life with the NZDF always keeps you moving!
I was at the point in the week where I need to clear my head in the evening (rather than have another few drinks at the mess), so I decided to come and grab this cache which wasn't here last time I visited.
I took a couple of colleagues along for the walk, and found it pretty quickly once we wandered up to GZ.

Again, found another one very similar to this, so knew what we were looking for. TFTC
I took a Kwik trip around the circuit this afternoon. A pleasant way to fill in an hour. TNLN SL TFTC

Tied up the sign that had fallen down! guess this wind had broken the rope. This can be a busy road with vehicles roaring by. Love these hides, thanks for the hide and bringing us here.
Having just had a nice caching adventure with a friend (now caching solo not nearly as much fun) i dropped in to find this one...very cold today where did that wind come from!

Out and about for a spot of caching in the hot afternoon sun. I parked up outside the hedge near the (plumbing?) commercial premises and walked back to GZ. Nice quick find in the usual spot. Cheers for the cache placement!
I had some spare hours today to do more cache rambling in Auckland, mostly out west. Managed to get to a few of the 'Kwik Stop' series today. Although the naming convention was altered for this cache, it was still another good one. Parked across the road a little way off and walked back. All good here. TFTC, Biggles.

Out on a night caching run with slieschke and FMZ which is a first for me. I had great fun finding caches at night which is a total different level of geocaching. Those Kwik Fix caches make a perfect night time find. TFTC
Another quick and easy park and grab night caching with alpenmilch80 and funkymunkyzone. At this point I think we were rooting for a police car to pull over as we were parked on the side of the road to provide me with my first police run in while geocaching!

Out caching with alpenmilch80 and slieschke all night after meeting up at an FTF in Parnell much earlier in the evening. I have a strange sense of deja vu here and I'm sure we found this one late last year - maybe we forgot to log it! Ah well, here again tonight so definitely logging it this time! TFTC!!!

Glad this was indeed a quick stop as it is such a busy road. Knew what we were looking for so a quick sign of the log and on to the next one.

Extreme stealth needed here today with the [very busy] road . Already spotted cache upon arrival, just needed the right moment to retrieve and put back. Great disguise, thx for the great work in building this cache!
