I had a look for this late last year but had to register a DNF. Because I drive past this spot every day, sometimes several times a day, it has become a minor irritation for me. Today I finally stopped and within two minutes had the well concealed cache in hand. TFTC

That was just lucky. About to give up. Hard find

Thanks 3LG for this one. With all the DNFs I thought it was going to be hard but found the little guy far quicker than expected. Nice new log sheet so didn’t have to roll far. What a divine night for caching. Red wine. Caching. Life is great

I drive past this cache often. Sometimes, when I think of it, I decide that I might have a look for it. However, it seems that there is always someone in the bus shelter.

Today, being a Sunday, I thought it might be quiet. But once again there were muggles. However, this time I thought I’d wait them out and after about 10 minutes they all got on a bus and left.

It took me a while, but eventually I found it. And I just managed to replace it before someone else turned up to wait for their bus.

An appropriate location for this one given the nearby business, and its as busy as a beehive here at times! Thanks 3LG for the cache.

13-May-18
Previously, we had stopped for a look without any luck, but a quiet Sunday was more successful.

15-Apr-17
Mogni was in the big smoke and doing some shopping at Costco. Caught up with her there as well as AnyMules and Kiwi Ozzie and headed out from the heart of BobLand on the search for a few BFE's and anything else we might be passing. Cool
This was another of those 'just passing' caches. Today being Easter Saturday was the perfect time to grab this one without muggle interference. Or so we thought. Bloody muggle at GZ playing on his phone. So we all joined him which was enough for him to be uncomfortable enough to move and wait elsewhere. [:o] Then it took a little while to spot the hide. For once I found the cache and we didn't have to employ the mogni magic voodoo mojo. Smile
Insert the well know Freddo Nano rant here [blah blah blah and a kitten dies.]
How could you do that to the kittens. Twisted
Thanks 3LG for the cache. Big Grin

15-Apr-17
Out for a big day of geocaching with Brisal5, Anymules and KiwiOzzie. With these puzzle solvers on board I knew I was in for a big day of grabbing caches as well as many giggles (mainly me). Thanks for hiding this cache for our enjoyment and adding to the adventure.

15-Apr-17
Out and about with AnyMules, mogni and Brisal5 getting some caches. Good company, good weather and if course more than a few boxes found. TFTC 15/4/17, 3:51 pm Find #2081

15-Apr-17
We flew to this one and buzzed around a muggle who was instantly distracted and ran away. This left us to search for the dastardly hide. [Insert nano rant here]. 15/4/17, 3:54 pm Find #4570

Having had to take dad's car north to get serviced I decided I had enough time to pick up a few caches whilst I was waiting. Some generally quick finds were made, along with some good hides. A positive for the day was being able to pick up a few puzzle finals that had been sitting in my gps for a long time.

Day 265 of "consecutive days with finds". Cache #1372.

We had a 30-day premium member trial, so I decided to make full use of these 30 days by finding at least one premium-only cache everyday (except event day).

This morning, I left home 15 minutes earlier, so I can make a detour on my way to work, to search for this cache.

Parked my car on Meadows Ave, and walked to GZ. Well, it should be easy. Checked the classic spot, but no trace of cache. Have to check the hint. Found the cache with the help of hint.

Carefully signed the log, and carefully placed it back. Cache is in excellent condition.

Luckily no one was waiting for bus.

Thanks for the "Animal Facts" cache series, 3LG.

Out and about between International Geocaching Day events and a netball match so of course I was going to find a few caches along the way. Big Grin
Had the place to myself so was able to search without being interrupted. [^] Cache was soon found after I took a seat. Big Grin
Thanks for the cache 3LG. Smile

I love these Animal Fact hides by 3LG and Nanos are up there with the best for me with fave caches to find... oh the "Challenge!" The spawn of Satan can go and _ _ _ _ well you can guess that Big Grin coz today the "Spawn Of Satan" was quickly defeated [^]. The, indeed, 'wee bee' cache was in hand and the log (all BEE it was nearly quite full) was signed at 12:20 on the very cold day of Friday 24 June 2016. (Oh, by the way i love Honey. I have it on my Brekky every morning), I never got 'Stung' with the find either and the re-hide was a cinch also with no Muggles on both occasions [^], lucky me, BEE-ing a weekday and all Big Grin. I sat in my car and waited for 2 buses to collect muggles before i could check out GZ.

Whilst I sat there I contemplated how odd it is that I have a sweet tooth, but weirdly honey is one food I really can't manage...YUCK!! [xx(] Vomit stations!! [xx(] However, sucking sweetened condensed milk out of a tube - no probs Big Grin, but eat a teaspoon of honey and I feel sick Sad But I love to cook honey soy chicken kebabs ....[?][?] LOL, ok I know that is odd...too much thinking...now on to cache hunting Wink....

When I got to the structure I had a good feel around. OMG my hands became filthy!! EEK ...and then I saw it, I didn't need to get dirty hands at all! SurprisedRed Face [:(!] Razz

Although it was a sweet cache, I do have to insert the obligatory rant......

Bloody Nanos! Spawn of satan. Burn down the Nano factory, and exterminate anyone who sells Nanos...Wink

Decided to spend a quick afternoon caching, and since I was nearby thought I might get some honey.
Alas the shop is closed, and alas it is moving at Easter. Hopefully the art work will last a while.
Took e a few minutes to spot the bugger, but thankfully no muggles were around as I looked.
Took advantage of the seat to lay the log out on and took pity and signed the log as "C4".
Anyway, you know what is coming next.....

Nice hide. Didn't write in log as many muggles waiting for the bus would have been too curious.

04-Sep-15
Veni. Vidi. Vici. Scripsi. Called in on the way to work to try to get it off the list. Parked round the corner and walked to GZ. Muggles waiting but thought I could see it as I walked by. 2 busses and about 10 muggles later I got a clear run at what I thought was it. Bother it's not. Rethink time. Sat down and contemplated the next move and started a new search and hey presto there it was. Retrieved cache extracted the log and signed it then had to reroll it and put it back. This takes more time than finding the spawn of Satan. Nano rant. Anyway it was a fun find and glad to get it off the list. Love the animal facts series. Gratias pro cache.

Found during a caching foray into the northern suburbs. Very appropriate location although it wasn't my first search here, and even today I had to wait for a bus to pick up the 'occupants' before making the sting. Thanks for the cache 3LG!

28-Feb-15
Mr Tardis was on his way up north to the McKee event. He stopped by here to grab what was meant to be a quick cache, but 10 minutes later the damn nano was found.

Every time you hide a nano, the Daleks take a kitten Sad

Signed the log. Thanks for the cache 3LG.

19-Feb-15
We had three sets of eyes looking for this one and couldn't find it.

Bloody Nano, spawn of satan, burn down the factory.........

Ok so that is the Nano rant out the way, the cache was found after Mrs Sewer Rat did the phone a friend option and called the CO direct - Cache was found very quickly after that. Thanks 3LG for the cache.

18-Feb-15
While we were searching for the nano, a muggle entered the area.
So we vacated the area, and called the CO for help.
Then returned to the area to find muggle had gone and we were able to make the find. TFTC

22-Nov-14
We were a little worried about this one, being that a muggle was waiting for the bus when we arrived, but the bus came and he went, so we had a clear coast. After a bit of searching, and trying to look like we were waiting for a bus, we laid our hands on it. Thanks for the hide.

03-Nov-14
Last time Owl was here there was a highly suspicious muggle neighbour watching the proceedings, which rather dampened any attempt at a sensible search. Today the area was completely free of onlookers and the little critter was soon in hand. Owl would include a nano rant, but she's already completed that challenge.

02-Nov-14
We were looking all over the bus stop but we had no success. Twisted Unfortunately as we kept on searching a bus came past, so we looked rather suspicious, because obviously we didn't catch it...Twisted And eventually we found the cache.Big GrinBig Grin [^] [^] SmileSmile

Had a look for this one 11 months ago with no luck.
Much better results this time, but reading the logs was a bit confused as to the size of the cache.
Anyway that was answered in a matter of seconds as I put my hand on it immediately.
Nice to have this one crossed off.

Found this while we were out to grab a few caches in the area this afternoon. What a great hide - the only problem was finding a time when there weren't any muggles looking our way. TFTC

05-Sep-14
We DNFed this one awhile back, saw that the hide had been placed in a new spot so thought it would be good time to give this one another go, quick easy find today, quickly signed and replaced log. It felt good signing a new logbook, don't get to do that real often Smile

The council are going along and replacing all the sidewalk with pavers and have totally removed the bus shelter which had the cache, i will have to wait for them to replace the shelter and see if there is a hiding place for this cache.

Despite being in the company of a previous finder, four sets of eyes missed this one. A muggle gardening in the front yard of the house didn't help. It looks like it's been moved.

18-May-14
This was my 2nd visit here and 2nd DNF. We had a previous finder with us but still no cache although the muggle activity was making searching difficult.

We completely aborted the attempt when a bus came along and wanted to pick us up!

TFTC 3LG, maybe I'll be 3rd time lucky!

Mrs Froghoppin and I needed to buy torches, as we were well prepared for our night cache run!
Most places sold candles though - they would have been good to smoke out the bees!
All was good though, Mrs Frog has an eye for insects, and we had this signed and back in no time.

Reperio at 0930 with Big Matt and Shell and Farmer Frentzen.

On this our final day in South Australia after enjoying a fantastic few days at the Oz Mega event in Murray Bridge, FF, BM and I headed out today to find some urban caches. Having found many Animal Facts caches the day before...we were ready for some more...however the view was somewhat different. Cache was found after a brief search.

Gratias 3LG.

Our 8407th overall find.

Found with FarmerFrentzen and Marcus Vitruvius on our trip to the OZ Mega 2014. This was a very impromptu trip with my manager only approving my leave a week or two out. We managed to snag some cheap flights and met up with MV in SA to have a roaring 3 day tour.

Hey, I remember these from yesterday, the view is a bit different though!

Thanks 3LG for the cache.

Found during another visit to South Australia for the 2014 OzMega with Big Matt and Shell and Marcus Vitruvius.

A last minute decision to attend the Mega saw Big Matt and I book flights a week out from the event to arrive on Sunday. We caught up with Marcus Vitruvius at the event and decided to combine our search efforts for the trip.

Thanks 3LG for the cache.

After a DNF here a couple of weeks ago, we came back today for a quick find this morning (our first for the day - always good to start with a find), err, we think [B)].
This find wasn't without its obsatcles though - had to wait for a muggle across the road to move on before we even got out of the car (we think he was waiting for someone who never arrived) [8)].
Then, out of the car, we approached the bus shelter to look, but had to avoid someones early morning dinnner (fresh, regurgitated) and human faeces (slightly older we think), both highly toxic in fragrance [xx(].
Tiptoed around and quickly spotted the cache this time Smile. TNLNSL.
Replaced it and again, carefully detoured around above mentioned obstacles, back to the safety and sweet aroma of our vehicle [^].
And we always thought the badlands were further north Surprised. Thanks 3LG, err, we think (at least there were no bodies) [:o)].
